I had to give the cashier my saver card 5 or 6 times before it apparently worked. She kept apologizing but it was frustrating to have to keep taking it out. Then I paid $7.99 for the worst pie I've ever tasted. It said wild berry but it was just a thick jello type filling. I've been shopping here for years but it may be time to look for a new store. Prices are getting too high, long waits at checkout & now food that's disgusting!On the positive side, cashiers are polite & helpful!

I got this live lobster to cook for my boyfriend's mom who is a nurse at Samaritan Hospital as her belated Mother's Day gift. "Larry " was a bit over a pound and it cost about $13 and some change. The joy on her face when you taste that sweet meat. Priceless. Good place to shop in Watertown aside Super Walmart or Aldi.😊💜

We were staying at a hotel down the road and went to Price Chopper to get a snack. Wound up ordering fish fries that were made fresh to order and included fries and coleslaw for only $7.99. We took it back to the hotel and ate it. It was very hot and delicious. The young man who prepared them was very pleasant.

Super specials at times, and a great meat department, and staff. But some items' prices have really floated high. For example...Progresso soup, which sometimes was 10 for $10 is now ~$4 per can.

The cashier assisting at self check out was very helpful and kind.An associate who appeared to be a manager was very helpful with directing me to an item I was searching for.Great experience and clean organized store.

Only been there once but I was in awe of the amount of variety, felt like I could have found anything in there, and I was beyond happy to have found gluten free options while there as 2 members of my travel party had dietary restrictions. Seems like a good store to me

Produce is always fresh, for the most part. Lately prices have been co to iing to saor out of control. Coffee creamer was $6+. That's just crazy.

I really don't have a quorum with this location. It's a clean, organized and well laid out store. I will say that the people who shop at this location are inconsiderate and don't have manners. Not one person said "Excuse me" as they passed right in front of me when I was looking for a product on a shelf. People taking over the aisles with their carts like they own the place or don't acknowledge that others are also trying to shop. I had a man walking so close behind me that if he didn't have his young daughter with him, I thought I was about to be mugged. Almost ran into me with his body, when me and my significant other were walking down the baking aisle for a cake mix. It was baffling to me. I don't think I will be back to this location because of how rude the customers are. The employees were great though! Very friendly and helpful. The cashier was pretty funny too. She redeemed the visit, but I think I'll just stick to shopping at the Walmart across the street.

The ride carts were uncharged and the one working one was not clean. The ladies restroom was not clean. The store itself is wonderful and your employees are pleasant. We got everything we needed.

Store was clean and well organized, found what I wanted with no trouble. Staff were not only helpful but super friendly! It can be a bit pricey sometimes but having one of the rewards cards is sooooo worth it.

Here is the best place to go shopping for your provisions. It's a very clean and healthy environment and well stocked at 98% of all times.(outside of shortages) Price Chopper is very well lit store inside and they have also a good supply of seafood to your delight. Plenty of parking and easy access for the elders and disabled ppl. Most of their carts roll nice too. They got a new recycling machine installed, from after the former one this one works fantastic and faster and easy to deal with. Worth shopping here and no other place not recommended. Always go to the grocery store being well fed first. 👍🏻😎❤️🏆

I still give it a 5 but I have to say I was a little upset I saw some meat get chopped, some vegetables get chopped a cake get chpped, everyones hair seemed to be nicely chopped but I didn't get to see a single price chopped but on the plus side nobody got karate chopped either

Nice PC store right off I-81. I needed some cash back for the border crossing but ended up getting a slice of 🍕 and a drink from the food section of the store. Pizza was delicious and very large for the price I paid. I went through the self checkout and it was super easy to get it sooner quickly without any waiting on line.

Went to the deli. No one was around for at least 20 mins.Oh and they left a slab of meat on the cutter the whole time. Who knows how long it was there for before i showed up. Asked another employee and they said the person just stepped away for a min . bs. Then i said something to the MOD and they said the person was just there at the deli. I was grossed out and disgusted by the whole thing. Thumbs down👎👎👎

needed flowers delivered to hospital for a family member.The choice was outstanding and the staff was very welcoming and sweet.The flowers were fresh and delivered on time.I buy all my flowers for all occasions at this store.great job floral department.

Nothing like a shopper do go shopping for someone for a delivery order for you to have 9 month expired ravioli in your freezers!!!! Go through your stuff seriously lazy workers shouldn't be an issue when I rarely see yall doing anything in there!

First time there it looked like a decent grocery store produce department was large and products looked fresh. The rest of the store was good as well. My reason for 4 star was when I got to express check out I had to wait on 2 of their curbside/delivery shoppers in express with way over 15 items. Couldn't they have a separate line for their people doing curbside/delivery rather then hold me up in the express isles???

Only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was because of my personal experience with the older gentleman that works the area that you buy the fried chicken and other hot foods from. Otherwise it's always a pleasure shopping there. The older gentleman in the seafood department is super kind and willing to go the extra mile. Also there was a gentleman gathering carts when I stepped out the car and he was warming and welcoming and that goes a long way. Overall great experience and will continue shopping at this location.

Always find what we need. Only downside was the register wouldn't accept our Canadian debit/visa card. We have used our cards at price chopper in Ogdensburg without issue, only seems to happen at Watertown location. Twice now in past 6 months

I love the sales, they are actually great deals. The store card is awesome and I save more shopping here. The deli and bakery are nicer than other stores, and the selections of cheeses and other specialty items rivals Hannaford. I've never seen it messy inside and they have an onsite butcher that makes this place amazing. 24 hours too!

Price chopper is my place but today was terrible I went to the Deli and this young lady is cutting ham then she opened a fresh pack of cheese and without changing her gloves she handled the whole pack of cheese. Then when it was my turn I had her clean the meat slicer and when she was done I still had to ask her to change her gloves before cutting my meat and cheese wow they need better training

Great store although prices aren't any cheaper than anyone else but you save using their card plus get discount on gas if u use their card.

Normally we love to get the haddock dinners, but tonight was a huge let down. Instead of frying it fresh they grabbed old previously cooked fillets, heated them up and put them in the box. If that is what I wanted I would have got them in the cooler section. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love going to Price Chopper for the fresh vegetables and their bagels, but I have to say that I am very impressed with the pharmacist and staff. They are efficient and never seem bothered to answer any questions that I have. I recommend them highly!
