Awesome service.I ordered something and had it delivered to Lowe's on Watertown. Their policy is pickup within 7 days but because the delivery was late, I could not. Phoned in and let them know I will pick it up in 5 WEEKS. They were very accommodating and put it away for the time. When I got there pickup was easy and quick!

Big bearded guy named Jake helped me out in the garden section on Saturday. Really nice guy, helped me load everything and was super personable. There were also two different Kevin's who were great as well. Quality hires in the Watertown store. Way to go guys.

I needed a chip of paint from my bedroom matched. Jolene in the paint department was extremely helpful. She couldn’t get a good match from the computer, but I took her best judgement from the cards on the wall. It matches exactly, and you cant even tell where I painted. Can’t thank you enough!

I have always considered Lowes the best hardware chain and the in store customer service has always been outstanding. So to save myself some shopping time i placed an online order that totaled $200 and applied a $87 dollar gift card to the purchase which meant they should have charged my checking account about $113. Instead they charged my account the full 200 and a few hours later charged another $27 and a few hours later charged another $171. they did return 200 back to my account but that is still $87 to much.

So our fridge broke on Saturday morning wife and I picked new one out paid for it was gonna be delivered on Tuesday needless to say it showed up smashed ended up being glass all through my house. They said no problem we will bring you one on Thursday. The day arrives and they sent it to the wrong address so now we’re apparently scheduled for Sunday if they get it to the correct address and we will be over a week to get a refrigerator I already paid for to be delivered. Just keep pushing the date out further and further and don’t expect you to get be upset about loosing 100s of dollars of food we just bought. Currently living out of coolers. Maybe some day we will get the product we ordered in a timely manner with out my food going rotten. So maybe Sunday morning if this one isn’t damaged. Thanks for waisting and entire day waiting!!!.

Went shopping last Saturday, 30 March at the Lowes in Watertown, NY. Did not know what I was doing for I was sent to buy construction material for my husband. I had a list but no clue where to start. Some items I had never heard of. A gentleman by the name of Jacob approached me and asked if I needed help. Great for me but I'm sure it was horrible for this young man. He literally did my shopping for me. He explained everything along the way and talked over decisions when it came to brands. He was extremely knowledgeable, and polite! Now if I only had his schedule for the next time I shop.........

Great experience with Bill in Appliances. However, Lowes lack of appliances availability makes shopping frustrating. Website says they have the item, store says its been obsolete for weeks. Same adventure different Appliance. But Bill was great, and made the soup sandwich edible.

I would choose lowes over home depot any day.The employees seem to be alot more knowledgeable and trained.Home depot literally is mistake that made it somehow,but once people realize it,lowes will push them out.Keep up the good work lowes

Today 6-27-2022 I went to Lowe's looking for pavers and flowers to work on a little landscaping. Janice in garden center was such a huge help, she helped me find items on sale. Extremely courteous and kind.She even helped me load items in vehicle.Make sure she sees this. Thank-you Janice!

On the Friday before Memorial Day, while searching at Lowe's on Arsenal Street in Watertown, I met Peter, from England, a very jolly chap who, after I was handed off by young Troy, ably assisted me in finding the Craftsman 72" tool cabinet I was looking for. (Hint: They are NOT up front by the regular tool chests!)We located it on the customer service computer and then found the item itself back near the rear of the store. With help from a manager (Eric) this 6-foot long, 120-pound, some-assembly-required, tool cabinet was soon on a freight dolley and headed to checkout, where I employed my newly applied for, and approved, Lowe's Advantage charge card and got INSTANT EXTRA SAVINGS on this great cabinet. Then, Peter & Eric loaded the boxed item into my vehicle. Next time you're in the Watertown-area Lowe's, be sure to ask for "Peter from Liverpool", and tell him, "Dave, the British-bike fan says howdy!" (Code words: "Bug-eyed Sprite".)

I had one of the best experiences that I have had at my Watertown Ny location. Every encounter that I have with an employee by the name of Sunil. He was extra courteous, kind and helpful while I chose the storm door that I was looking for for my forever home. He made me aware of my options, styles and the price and structure of the doors available. With all the knowledge and help I was given by Sunil was purchased the perfect door. Thank you Sunil and Lowe’s for this and every experience I have at my Watertown, ny location….

This rating used to be 5 stars. It is now 2 stars. The salesman helping us select windows did not come up with the correct size for NY compliant egress windows. We specifically asked if they complied and he said YES. Going through the size selection with the building code guy the windows were too small. That would have been a $10,000 mistake. Be very careful and know the codes because they don't.

We had the most amazing encounter tonight in the appliance department. Peter Mahoney, who are works in another area of the store, saw that we needed assistance and offered to help. He was so thorough and a pleasure to deal with. We bought a washing machine and left feeling completely satisfied with our purchase. It’s been along time since we had such a positive sales experience.

Purchased pressure treated plywood. Looked like it had been outside for a couple years. Many sheets cracked and broken. Went to a local lumber yard and spent more but it in much better condition.

Floor size and selection is typical of this type of business. Lowe's is comparable to Home Depot. Lowe's offers brands that are Home Depot does not & vise versa. Prices are moderately high as they are compared to Home Depot. Lowe's does offer a 10% military discount. They offer delivery & installation of certain products/services.

I'm big on customer service. I believe everyone should receive exceptional customer service. That is exactly what I experienced here. My wife and I was looking for a washer and dryer set and we walked away feeling great about our purchase! Our salesman made sure we had the best price and included every discount and reduction we were eligible for. He even did price checks online and in the surrounding areas to verify the best price. I will be back for all my homes needs!

They need to have more people om the floor to help customers.. I was looking for a product that I wanted to buy.. I looked and waited for over an hour. Finally I found an associate and asked him he looked for a second and than said he was in the middle of helping another customer he would be right back or ge would find another associate for me. Well neither happened in 30 minutes waiting and myself still looking. Needless to say I got frustrated paid for what I already had and left.. sorry Lowes but you missed out on a big sale.

Be carful, Lowe’s will screw you on price. I was looking to get kitchen cabinet at their Watertown ny store. Same cabinet I just purchased at their rochester ny store except $30 more? $30 for exact item. The one that got delivered was damaged. So I had to do to Lowe’s that finally had the same cabinet, only to learn now I have to pay more?? I don’t think so! They told me price is based on demographics. So if your town is more affluent…. You pay more. Screw job!!

I ordered a deep well pump from Lowe’s, which stated it would be at my house four days from when I place the order. When I received the email as stated it was going to be four days longer than the initial delivery day. I’ve been out of water for a week I’ve called Lowe’s numerous times. Lowe’s says it was shipped, but it was never shipped as I’m looking at the tracking number. I will never ever buy anything from Lowe’s ever again. Their customer service is beyond a disgrace thank you Lowe’s for making me go without water for a longer.
