The store had a lot of stock. This is a nice change to the last few time we have shopped there. It looked like they changed the layout of the store a bit. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The store was very clean considering the time of year and the sales associates were doing their best to keep the displays tidy. Well done!

I had not been shopping in Kohls since Covid. The store was clean, well stocked and appeared to have a good level of staffing. The sales associate who assisted me at checkout ( Maria) was very helpful and patient with assisting me to update my credit card. She really displayed excellent customer service. Overall a good experience.

Kohl's in Watertown NY it is a very large store with a broad selection of anything you need from cloths to shoes to household goods and product's. representative of all top brand names from Nike Levi sketcher's ect. Plenty of stock in the store and plenty to be unloaded and put out. Great helpful staff,with a great rewards program for frequent shoppers that would benefit.

I'm writing this review after what seemed a total disappointment, turned into a decent experience all because of a man with glasses and a black shirt named Joe (at 7:15pm on 4-29-24). My girlfriend could not find the shirt she saw the day prior and we looked all over the store, asked for help up front (to no avail), and then I finally asked this gentleman for help. He looked in the back, and when he could not find it, he gave my girlfriend a comparable shirt to see if she'd like it. (She did not like it lol), but his professionalism, care, and demeanor really turned the experience into a much better one. Thanks again Joe!!

Watertown Kohl's takes shopping to such a pleasant level. The store is clean, the service representatives are so very helpful and kind. It has a wonderful selection of merchandise from clearance to classy. (and some classy clearance!) I was visiting and went to the Rochester Kohl's near the East View Mall. What a disappointment! That store did not come close to our store here with regards to (price)selection and customer service. Keep up the good work!

When walking around ladies wear, a employee may a point to say hello. I found the Watertown Kohl's very clean and well staffed, cashier hands down the best, she knows how to sale a credit card, she must have been a mind reader, she knew this girl loves a discount. All kinding a side, great customer service.

Kohl's Watertown branch is worth a visit. I would first like to give a shout out to Amy who was on the check out. She was extremely diligent and helpful. She made my day with the easy going banter that we both shared but above all she went that extra mile to sort my Kohls Card out. I managed to get some good deals on my visit and made the trip from Canada worthwhile. The store was bright, clean and well laid out.

The wife found the perfume she wanted. Not the exact one she was looking for. But the employees did offer assistance. The selection is not as wide as it looks from the first glance. She tested many of them and asked me for my opinion.. a lot of them smelled a lot alike.. not the variety she's used to.
