I have been a customer of Kinney Drugs since I was an infant and continue to stay loyal to my hometown business. However, things have changed. It takes days to put up a simple prescription which is tolerable, but to think that you no longer have to answer your phone is inexcusable. I am all done trying to accommodate you, and will be going to your competitor. What a shame.

My family has used this Kinney since before I was even born. The drive through line is always cars and cars long. Never answer the phone. And normally the pharmacy phone people are rude. I use two other kinneys and I’ve never had this issue and all other kinneys are very professional, fast, and efficient. So I just see no reason why this one is so bad.

I generally give companies the benefit of the doubt and don’t leave bad reviews, but after my last trip to the pharmacy I can’t not leave my feelings. They usually don’t have your prescription ready and a lot of the time medicine is “being delivered later.” I’ve dealt with that quite a few times, and although it’s a little irritating I’m ok with it. This last time was the last straw. The two pharmacy techs I dealt with were SOOO far beyond rude that I left and am switching to another pharmacy. So if you don’t mind having to make multiple trips to get your prescriptions and make sure you NEVER have questions then I’m sure you won’t have any issues with them. If you would like to be treated like a decent human being and get your prescriptions in a timely manner I suggest you have your medicine filled elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff are amazing here. Even when the place is packed, they are kind, helpful, and efficient. Over the years I've even seen them handle two medical emergencies with a calmness that was truly impressive, all while continuing to help customers who were sometimes less than understanding of the situation. These folks are awesome!

Extremely unprofessional workplace. Not very friendly uppermanagement I walked in and a young lady was helping me while tears were streaming down her face , I asked her what was wrong, and she said she was alright. However Mr. Jeff kirkby showed me very clearly why she was crying with his sour attitude that was directed towards the young girl. She looked like she was doing the best she could, and he was consistently on her case in the 10 minutes I was in that store. Do better, treat your employees better, and maybe don't treat your staff like that in front of customers or at all. Have some common decency and respect for others Mr. Kirkby. Or you'll lose your customers and respect from your staff.

Very friendly and the pharmacy tech was extremely helpful. She even pulled infant Tylenol off the shelf for my sick baby because she knew it was hard to come by nowadays.

I went there dressed casually, and bought reading glasses there and when I got to the front was poor shamed by the old lady working there while I was getting my wallet out. The glasses were 26.99 and the cashier said to me “You know these ones are a little more expensive right?” Kennys lost a customer today they shamed me and it’s also happened to my girlfriend. I work a full time job and just get to busy to go to the optometrist, I should not be shamed for how I’m dressed on an off day.

Lines are not too long (I accidently hit the yes button when I was asked that question, was going too fast).. Kinneys has been great with me so far. I have to go there once a week. The lines have only been 1 person in front of me and they have my prescription ready no hassle at all I'm in and out within maybe 10 min from walking in to walking out

Very poor customer service in the pharmacy. I was on the phone for 40 mins before I could get the pharmacy to answer. When at the pharmacy counter none of the workers bother to look up or speak to you. I understand they are busy but a simple acknowledgment that they know you are there would be nice.

The wait time in the pharmacy is unreasonable and disappointing, especially after they call and say your medications are ready to be picked up. Why do I have to wait in the tiny pharmacy area for an hour if they called yesterday saying my medication is ready? I think if you tell someone to come get their order, that shouldn’t require an hour standing around in the store waiting. There are 4 professional, friendly pharmacists. Mary is the best one! And there are 2 unhelpful rude pharmacists- a silver haired man and a young person.

Kinney's around the area is my go to drug store. They are helpful and carry a nice selection of products. The pharmacy is nice and they offer a comfortable waiting area with a self check blood pressure machine. It's very close to the fairgrounds if you need snacks or cold beverages.

My 87 year old mother and I were in the Coffeen st , Kinneys Drugs today for Prescriptions The customers ahead of us didn’t have a masked on or gloves on. They used the credit card machine. Then when they left the clerk never sanitize the machine. My mother had to ask him and she had gloves on. Then we went to check out up front the same thing happen. When my mother asked again that clerk said to my mother u have gloves on I don’t have to!!!! Really and this a drug store that should be sensitive to this ??

Coffeen Street always insures the wait for prescriptions is minimal! I've been a customer for over a year and never have I waited longer than 20 total minutes for 1-3 medications! Thanks Kinney!

Every single time I have a prescription filled here I have to wait two days to get it filled completely they never have anything on hand that is very common for seizures and I have suffered greatly because of their lack of common sense, and the Pharmacy is so out of touch with what’s going on but it usually takes three or four people to actually consult you before your correct order is filled - Anyone who has anxiety steer clear of this pharmacy choose a Walgreens or a CVS even a Rite Aid

Prices here are insane! My rating is based on the prices in the store and not the pharmacy itself which I have not used so I can't comment on that. But everything else in the store is insanely overpriced. I'm talking 2-3x the prices you get at a regular grocery store.Now I know this isn't a grocery store and I don't expect grocery store prices, but I went in today and bought 3 gatorades for 3$ (looked like a great deal, until i got to the counter), 1 soda, 1 loaf of bread, 1 jar of off brand grape jelly and 1 arizona green tea (they will always be 99 cents thanks to the pricing on the can!) and the total came out to $15!Turns out that their pricing system doesn't actually take into account what is actually on sale! I got charged $2.09 for each Gatorade instead of the 1$ each I should have been charged. And the loaf of off brand bread was $4.19 even though the price sticker said 2.99.I know this isn't a grocery store, but you could go down the road to the corner gas station and still pay less than what kinney's charges. They must make a killing selling those pills because I don't know how they sell anything else in the store.

So I've had to have my prescriptions called in multiple times, Jeff who works in the pharmacy is rude and humorless. If there was anything closer, I'd go elsewhere. If I could give zero starts, I would.

I do not understand why every prescription that has been sent in for me seems to never be in stock and will either be in on the 6:00 truck that night or the following night. This never was the case and not sure why things changed.
