Don't bother going there within 10 minutes of closing. They don't care to help you especially when it's your wife you send in for a sump pump and she needs help. They were absolutely rude and distasteful even on the phone.

I had to pick up a few things. All I can say about Harbor Freight from the time I walked through the door got a cart. A store associate asked me if I needed help and was willing to help me find everything I needed. This was indeed a huge surprise and a plus. With this being said, whether you're a professional or DIY, this hardware store is just for you.They definitely deserve a 5 star for the professionalism, going above and beyond, for the politeness.

I went there to buy a engine for my golf cart, the service was berry friendly and the predator 212 was $160 and starts, I have not used it other them that, yet.

Went there to get a couple things to do work around the house was greeted and asked if I needed help told them no thank you cause I knew what I needed an exactly were it was well getting the things the bigger lady that was at the counter seemed to be following us around and asked multiply times if we needed help when we left she stood in the front and watched as we left very rude and unprofessional

I've been to a few Harbor Freight stores and this was by far the worst. A manager asked if I needed help. I kindly replied I was ok.Then I did need help and figured I'd ask the one person who seemed helpful.Oof, he pointed to the area directly behind him. Yes my man, I know where all the stock is I just can't find this specific one... You asked if I needed help yet you're still standing there... Worst of all was the cashiers both times I was there. Very short, rude, and unhelpful. If you're going to work with the public, that was an example of exactly how NOT to treat customers.

Of I could give them a zero I would. Took a chance on a pressure washer. Went threw three. Kept getting the warranty cause I thought it would also make sure I got my money back. All three pressure washer lasted but one use. The last gas one I upgraded to didn't last three mins, But because I upgraded I only get that back. Mind you I was well under the year warranty before I upgraded. Well they gave me the first one back as a gift card. Like I want to spend $200 in this store. Never again will I ever spend my time and money with harbor freight!

the lady with the grey curly hair was so dang rude. we had just spent $300 on a welder and supplies and she basically threw the welder on the ground and was SO rude to her employee right in front of all of these customers. and they were super busy there was absolutely no need for that.

I used to love this store but they're getting ridiculous. You can't use the coupons like you used to. I wanted to buy a miter saw stand and they were out of stock. I wanted to use a 25% off coupon but the manager told me that I could get a rain check for the stand but I wouldn't get the 25% off discount because the sale wouldn't be going on when it came in. Their tools are going up in price. I can get better quality tools at Lowe's for the same price. It's a shame.

Lady at register was VERY rude! Asked for a price check and gave a lot of attitude and was very mean every time she spoke! Tried to ignore her terrible comments but Every time she spoke she was awe full! Do not recommend unless you know exactly what your going for.

This is a hard one to rate. Bought a staple gun, put in 7 staples, it broke. Okay, stuff happens. I went to return it and new employee was friendly and helpful. Not so much the woman on the floor who seemed to be front end manager. She was surly, acted put out to help me, gave me wrong directions to find the item, and while I was deciding what to buy, she grabbed one off the hook and literally shoved it at me. I considered getting a refund and purchasing elsewhere, but the new employee was so nice, I did the exchange. The young lady at the register is an asset to the company, the other woman, not so much.

Well, honestly at the moment I wanna give less than 2 stars. However, it wouldn't be fair to the entire store being as that it's one cashier that's unbearable. Everyone I've ever encountered working here is always fantastic, friendly, helpful, knowledgable and just good at making this location a nice environment. However, I've gone in multiple times and a cashier here is the worst I've ever seen. So beyond rude, not ever to me, but I've been in line and witnessed how she has treated other customers; sickening. It's to the point where if she is working I'll just walk out and not purchase anything. However I do wanna state that the rest of the store staff is incredible. Just unfortunate to see they have someone who is just so unprofessional. I will continue to stop here, however, if she is there and I really need something I will go over to lowes and spend more money. Sometimes value just isn't enough to beat care. End rant.

It is a good store if you are careful about buying. A lot of what they sell never lasts long. Either cheap breakdowns or rusts immediately and becomes useless due to inferior grade metal components. If you shop wisely you can find good buys. If you don't care how long it lasts it can be quite cheap to shop there.

This place had great prices and typically everything I need, as long as I'm not looking to buy something I'm going to use all day everyday and sometimes even if I am. For the price you simply can't get better deals. And the customer service is soooooo good, like after the third person asked if they could help I was like "yeah that first guy helped me" which he did help me find some hex wrenches to fix my knife he was a great dude but then they kept being so helpful in every single isle smiling and waving and I was thinking these people are kinda weird I'm not that pretty of a guy that I'd expect people to wanna look at me like that but they did I guess so I was like "you know what? I think I could use some tape too." But was also like "I feel like this lady with a clipboard is looking at my package or something kinda cool if I could look at this tape without being looked at like a piece of meat" so I kinda did a spin move around the pressure washers over by the drills turned twords the back and there that sander was in my way . . Stiffarm that guy like it was a 3 lb hand tool or something and there I was turning down the aisle thinking I would be there with a chance to look at the tape without being objectified by this woman with a clipboard when bam there she was I was like "dang woman is good" so I just gave up and went to check out with no tape I don't know if I'd want my employees doing this if it were my store but that lady had some good "d" which should be commended stopped me from getting my cheap tape had to go to Walmart to buy the good stuff, looking out for my well being I suppose.

Check out counter clerks are always rude. Be prepared. Half of the time, they wont give you a bag. Gotta ask for one. The manager is very friendly and has experience with the products. He will give you an honest opinion and any extra help you need.

My Go to tool Shop...i have bought Many a tools and accessories there. One in particular ...i bought a 5 hp motor to replace on my wood splitter after being told at another place that it would be 480.00 I went to harbor for a small hand tool, saw a motor and for 79.00 thought well if it gets me through the season it will be worth it...that was 6 years ago and it's Still the Little Engine that Could. Love It.

Worst part is that the store can't order their own merchandise. If you go in for something specific and it's not in stock, be prepared to wait. They have no control over inventory. Recently been trying to get a wood chipper. Now been more than a month and none in stock. If you go to the website to purchase and have delivered to the store, be ready to pay steep shipping fees.

It is a store that takes on the personality of the employees that operate it; no surprise there. You can always find the products that are advertised, on hand. I don't particularly need assistance when I go there, so I can't speak to how helpful employees are, or not.

Love this store with all its coupons and deals for the tools, that's the best part, the worst part is when your at the register and a clerk named Caitlin is in such a hurry to get rid of you as she throws your receipt at you and doesn't care to bag your stuff. She acted like I was such an inconvenience.

Drove out of my way 100 miles to take advantage of 25% discount day. Picked out 300 dollars of electronics. At checkout that item doesn't qualify. Very irritating. Took it home, opened box and it isn't like the pictures on box. It is going back.
