My first time going there so I can only speak for myself the food is to me extremely over priced 30 bucks for 12 tenders only, but you get 4 tenders and fries for 7 bucks. Now I'm only speaking for myself but other than that the store is good

The sub was great but the young lady making the sub put new gloves on but stuck her hand in her cleaning bucket wiped the counter down put was ready to make my sub with the same gloves I had to ask her to change her gloves to prevent cross contamination

Sad to say because usually who ever makes our subs does a great job. This afternoon around 4:30pm we went in and had subs made the lady who made it put about 5 pounds of mayo on it and maybe 5 strands of lettuce when we clearly asked for lettuce idk what's going on or if she was new but it was very disappointing to have to eat basically a mayo sandwich. Will have to make sure she doesn't make them again

Best Family run store/gas station/car wash in town. Highly respected family for decades and it continues to show with their customer interaction. Extremely friendly and helpful from Deli foods to Pool water sample service. My pool has never been more stable and clear since taking my samples there for recommended chemicals and maintenance. Chemicals for pools are most reasonable/highest quality in the area. Food is absolutely delicious. You wont go wrong going here!!!

Gotten subs from here twice. First time was amazing, the second however not so much. The bread was not fully cooked and still quite doughy. Had to cut away half of the bread before I gave up and tossed the food. Hopefully better experience next time.

I stop in on a daily basis to the general store and can't say how great the employees and owners are. Excellent food and prices. I love that the car wash is right next door also. I only wish they had longer hours is all.

I work an afternoon/evening shift with a business in Watertown, so I tend to stop by the General Store for a bite to eat before heading into work. Today when I returned to my car in the parking lot I was unable to drive it due to a mechanical issue. A staff member was able to provide tools and spoke from experience to assist me. Unfortunately, that didn’t work out and the car was towed to a shop, but I’m very thankful that he was able to assist and at least try to get me back on the road.

Stopped here for a breakfast sandwich, which was alright. The rest of the store was... odd. The store itself seemed disorganized, since half the area was just piles of random stuff. Plus some people, who were maybe the store owners (?), were just milling around seeming bored out of their minds.

Still the highest priced place for gas even now with the "tax holiday" good way for a Watertown council member to show they really care about the people in their own community. Would serve them right if everyone boycotted them.

Combination gas station, grocery store and deli style restaurant. Decent Friday Fish Fry. The best part of the dinner is the macaroni and cheese available for $.50 substitution fee. The fries were awful, perhaps if they were fresh they might have been ok. They have a seating area in the center of the store with high top tables. The grocery prices are a little high, but in line with similar stores in the area. A big plus is the availability of great Italian bread.

I had the best turkey and cheese sub from The General Store. The bread was freshly baked on the premises and the vegetables were fresh also. You can also choose to have Boar's Head meats on your sub for a different price. If your ever in the neighborhood stop by get a sub a chocolate chunk cookies or any of their hot foods. I miss living on that side of town even more now since eating this delicious sub.

Great service but i got a churrochino and it came out liquid but then it was a cup of slim so that threw me off and the machine got hot cocoa all over the place because it wasn't closed.
