This store is no longer meeting my expectations. Many items over priced, single screen protector for $5.55 when the dollar tree sells them for $1???The store itself is chaos, narrow isles and poor directional lanes and now you have to check yourself out. Would not recommend.

Store was clean and employees were very polite. Was not impressed with a hand crochet pillow for $5.55. As a crocheter. You know it's not machine made as it's impossible. So the person who made it got paid pennies. Just expected more from box stores

Everytime I go to Five Below, I only plan on buying a couple items, but that never happens. I always leave with tons of stuff, they have t-shirts, art supplies, pet supplies, phone accessories, posters, makeup, candy and so much more.

Every Five Below I have been to is great. The beat deals I have found there have been on candy and confection, stationary and books, and seasonal items such as pool and swimming items. The staff at this location were kind and nice to deal with. I will definitely be back!

What a trash heap of a store. It's impossible to figure out how to get into the checkout line because they have a weird maze set up with no signing at all.

They have so much to look at and choose from. And if you are discerning enough the quality will not disappoint you. However, I had only gone into the store to pick up a fake plant for my fish tank. Which it just so happened fish tank supplies are the only things that they didn't carry! I had a great time anyway, spent way too much money. Staff were very warm and helpful which was welcomed after a stressful day.

This store is above my initial expectation. It's clean, organized, a wide variety of items and even when they are busy, the staff still say hello when you walk through the door. Our Five & Below is a great spot to find a quick gift, or an amazing find. My kids love going in there and the candy station is the best.

Each time I enter Five Below I'm always greeted with a wecome and a smile. The store is forever pleasant and clean to browse about and yout not bothered by pushy salespeople. The staff is always available when I needed them. This is a great store for adults and children alike. I always find what I need and then some. Great store to shop for seasonal products!

Amazing upgrade!! If you're looking for unusual "gummy food" this is the place...lol At least half the price of the stores in the Mall. Also, their beauty section is beyond belief! Eyeshadow pallets, false nails etc. I was really impressed with this store!!

The employees at this location are so helpful and friendly, retail can be hard dealing with customer attitudes but these ladies don’t let it get to them. The manager was so attentive and nice and as an instacart shopper she helped me fulfill my customers order which got me a 5/5 and an extra tip, thank you!

5 Below has such a fun variety of products ranging from cosmetics, clothing, toys, art supplies, tech, and decor all for under $5 as promised! Now, for that cheap, one would expect everything to crud out pretty quickly, but that's not the case! I have things like headphones from there that have lasted me five years and still going strong. Their stuff is cheap, built to last, and awesome making this store my not-so-guilty pleasure. And the staff is always happy to help and welcoming. Moreover, the typically clean store has taken extra measures to take care of their customers during this pandemic like offering sanitizer at the entrance, moving displays around to accommodate social distancing, and requiring facial coverings before entering. I always leave 5 Below feeling just happy and especially lately, safe.

I would give five stars if it really was still five below . But it's not , it seems that now there are more things above $5 than below . You really should call the store 25 below . Not to mention their joke section is gone . There are no gag gifts in there anymore . In all actuality the store sucks now , the prices are up to $25 and all the best stuff is gone , there's no reason for me to go there anymore when Walmart has the same and even better pricing on a lot of the stuff.

Five below is a great store for cheap gifts. They have something for everyone, clothing, accessories, party supplies, toys, sports, room decor, electronic accessories, a good variety of hard to find candies and lots more. My kids love this store. Everything in the store is $5 or less so you can't go wrong! I highly recommend this store for the hard-to-buy-for person on your list!

the young lady working was very helpful and pleasant.Very well organized storeVery cleanMy only issue is although they carry phone cases there is only for IPhone nothing for Android phones.That was upsetting as it was only item I went there. I had been told they carried both types.Still I will shop there next time I am in the area.
