This store has really gone downhill. There's only ever one cash register open. Often the cashier is also helping stock shelves, resulting in nobody being up front. Today there were boxes blocking the aisles and they were out of bread. The Dollar Tree on State Street is better stuffed and better stocked.

Wish I could give zero stars for denying the bathroom to a pregnant customer. All they needed to do was move a cart slto grant me access to a toilet.To topp it off they also had the nerve to complain for whomever directed me to the back for using the bathroom. As I walked out to go to a nearby store, they paged for Linda to pick up the phone. As she answered she said "I didn't sent anyone back there!"

Love this Dollar Tree Store because of the wide range varieties of items and friendly staffs. I was there on Saturday, November 21st and Ms.Cindy, despite being busy helped me locate the perfume. In addition, Ms.Chelsea, the cashier literally ran out of the store after me to return my phone in the parking lot. That right there is a great customer service that goes beyond. Keep up the good work ladies and have a Happy Thanksgiving 2💝2💝.😊💜🌻

Always find something I didn't know I needed. I agree often more cashiers are needed, apparantly having to wait in line makes many people rude and have no problem cutting in front of people when a new line opens "for the next person in line" Maybe they should shop when they have time. The staff is very patient and pleasant most always. The store seems cleaner then it use to as well.AKA line corodinator.

One of your customers was very rude to me. When I told her that I was going the other way opposite of what she was allowing me to go she got rude and told me not to be rude to her I think she should be written up for this I did not get her name but I feel that she should be told that this is not how you talk to customers. I work in a grocery store and if I talk to a customer the way she talked to me I would have been written up for it. I give you a two-star rating because of this employee. I

I love the store, I always find something I want. My only complain is the customer service could improve. My boyfriend and I were checking out and the lady cashed me out, and then just got up and walked away when she had a line. She didn’t ask for backup or say she’d be right back or anything.

It is my favorite store, it is always stocked and very organized. What they should be more aware of is the cashiers, most of which are friendly, but they have one, which I have up to her name and surname, which is rude, she believes that she owns the spoiled, inrespectful store. knows how to treat customers

I love this store. It could be a bit better organized and they should allow more people to work as they are often busy and it upsets rude customers but the employees are always nice.

Good place to find inexpensive decorations and party items. Cards are 2 for $1. Usually they have a little line.
