I paid for my merchandise using self checkout. I paid with cash and received my change, I pushed get paper receipt. When I go to leave I realize the receipt that’s there isn’t mine ( I wanted my receipt to use on the flip app.). So I tell the employee I don’t get my receipt, she goes to the register and literally accuses me of not paying for my merchandise. Not once but twice, I told her I paid in cash and even received my change from the machine. I will NEVER EVER go to this location again. I’ve NEVER stolen anything in my life and was in shock the employee was telling me I didn’t pay. She obviously didn’t know what the hell she was doing and I left without the receipt. Wish I could leave 0 stars!

Gift shop owners should take a lesson from this place. We were greated warmly when we came in. They have the typical assortment of dollar store merchandise. I didn't find anything I couldn't live without, so we left without making a purchase. I about fell over when we got to the door. They thanked us for coming and invited us back. Well done Dollar General. We will be back. Nice to be treated like a valued customer.

Love they're new winter PJ section. My husband bought me 4 sets. Buy one and the 2nd set half off. Great deals. And they have cutest female robes.

I'm never shopping at this Dollar General ever again! My 10yr old daughter asked if she could use the bathroom. They refused to let her. Stating that it wasn't for public use. I've personally have used this same bathroom multiple times in the past. When my daughter walked away, I asked why if I have used the bathroom in the past, couldn't my daughter? They said it was because people steal. She didn't want to steal, she wanted to use the bathroom. We paid for our purchase. We're walking towards the car, when my daughter started to cry. I asked what was wrong. She was embarrassed because she had an accident because she wasn't allowed to use the bathroom. I won't ever go there again.

The employee named Jackie needs to slow her role about people coming in the store with or without a mask. I have a disabled child andJackie seems to make it her business to chase my nonverbal son around the store stating that he needs a mask or we have to leave the store. There's an article of the law article 202.18 that states if wearing a face covering inhibits such Individuals with disabilities and they can't handle it they are Not required to wear one.Also Jackie doesn't have the right to make customers wear a mask if they don't want to and she has no right to ask people to leave the store. That to is against the law. I understand these times are not what anyone wants to live in but there are a lot of disabled people out there that need to be taken into consideration to as well. Before you judge some one take a step back and think about it for a moment that something else may be going on with people that you don't know about.

This store is always in disarray. They block aisles with carts. The never have enough cashiers up front. I even had to yell out for customer assistance because no one was up front. It's hard to shop here.

Well they redone the place it's about a year ago think and they still have some of them grouchy employees there that's all right of the place to get whatever you need at a Dollar general everything's pretty reasonable other than the employees being rude and grouchy to you but if you need a place to get it I go there now if you need something

Typical experience. Cashiers are strained from having to stock shelves and look out for customers waiting at the register from, sometimes, far away places. Otherwise, a useful store.
