Nationally advertising the return of their summer blizzards to start April 1st....so it was extremely disappointing to be turned away when trying to order one of them and told "oh we aren't doing them until tomorrow." ESPECIALLY when i can order it on DD or GH today...I've worked in restaurants for ages....that's an abysmal way to operate especially as a national chain whose been advertising for WEEKS that they would be ready April 1st. I'm pregnant, I've been in the hospital, all I wanted was this stupid blizzard to help cheer me up. Get it together!

I got a churro dipped cone the last time we came to the mall and the teenager was really.... Squidward personified. Wasn't worth $5 personally, I'd rather have gotten a blizzard or a sundae.

we came in today and the girl working was extremely rude. she was visibly angry so when she gave us our food i apologized to her and said that if we upset her or something by our order that i was sorry and she rolled her eyes at me, crossed her arms, and said "whatever" and then mean mugged me as i just looked at her in disbelief. i've never had a negative experience at this location until today. super disappointing.

Went mostly to have an orange juilice but this location doesn't make them. Grabbed a burger and onion ring combo instead with a shake. Burger King has better onion rings and the burger wasn't anything special. Shake was on point though as expected for a dairy queen.

Waited in line for 5 minutes for the lady at the register to tell me that they are only doing smoothies and Julius’ because they close at 8. It was 7:45. We wanted blizzards. Pretty disappointed.

I was just told about this review page so I figured I’d let management know about this. This place literally has the rudest service. I came here months ago and some girl Jayleen was very rude. I walked up to the counter and she looked at me checked her phone and rolled her eyes probably checking the time. I ordered and she made it and literally didn’t say one word to me the whole time and I said thank you. Tonight I went and she gave my friend several dirty looks for no reason and I honestly can’t understand how she even still works there. I ended up not ordering because I couldn’t make up my mind. As a fast food worker myself I really can’t understand how she acts the way she does. She should really think twice on how she treats people because all it takes is for her to give attitude to the wrong person. I definitely won’t be going back.

This seems to be the only place in the mall that sells iced coffee, so I went ahead and ordered one, mocha flavored, and a molten lava cake. While the service was pretty quick and the employees seemed friendly enough, it was literally THE WORST coffee I have ever tasted in my life. After I tasted it I went back to the counter and asked them if they could add some more cream and sugar, they were happy to help (which is why I gave them 2 stars - good service) however they said they could not just add to it and that they would have to start over from scratch. I wasn't in a rush so I didnt really care about waiting around a little longer, when it was done I experienced the same awful taste, I don't know if the coffee was burnt or just old but it was soooo gross. Will never get coffee there again. I will say that the molten lava cake was very good.

I've had good and bad experiences here with staff not the food. I love their blizzards. I do not like it when a girl rolls her eyes when waiting on me.

Sad to say that the mall has reduced the seating and variety of choice menu items due to the viruses. No place to sit and enjoy DQ treats.

one time i asked for some soda and all they gave me was iceanother time i went here and ordered some fries and ketchup,they only gave me 9 fries and mayo.

I ordered a peanut butter milkshake and this was the best place to get one great service I love this place. Definitely recommend.
