Good little truck stop right off the highway, has about 5 big truck spots around back. The entrance looks a little tight when ya pull in but you have plenty of room. Food is average gas station food. But tons of snacks and beverages to choose from. They also have a high flow pump from the looks of it

I like Byrne dairy mostly bc it's 24 hrs and nothing around here is 24 hrs anymore. My husband loves their chocolate milk in the glass containers I like the reg milk. When they make great milkshakes. The employees r friendly but there is one lady that works there that is just phenomenal I wish I could remember her name. Shes so polite and she fast there was a bus of baseball players last night and she had them cashed out in maybe 7 min. And she always remembers her regulars. We walk in and she immediately makes 2 chocolate milkshakes and has em ready when we get to the register. She is just great and deserves recognition for it!Update 3/28/24 ~ Idk this new crew of employees working tonight but I have to say they r absolutely phenomenal at customer service super polite and even delivered our milkshakes to us in our car. Never before has an employee here gone above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of their customer. And it's so greatly appreciated. Watertown needs more employees like these in all businesses!

I use to Love this place ,but at $2.29 per quart that nuts,an now they can't even manually punch in your EBT card if it don't scan cause it's junk ,but this is the only store that carries Byrne dairy quart chocolate milk.please fix

They are always so friendly here and they have the best deli sandwiches, you get a ton of meat on your sandwich. Plus they carry my favorite ice cream.

Two disappointing experiences there. A few years ago we found a couple of plastic Byrne Dairy milk crates. When I returned them I was told by an employee that I could be arrested for having stolen property. This year we found a couple of Byrne dairy milk crates in a house we were cleaning out. I reluctantly returned them today, hoping to not be accused of theft again. I didn’t get thanks but at least I didn’t get threatened. As long as I was there I thought a hot fudge sundae sounded good. I stood at the window, and employee inside glanced up at me, she was busy going through some papers. She did not indicate that she would be with me anytime soon. I waited for her to get done, and waited, and waited. Finally I went inside. Three different employees looked my way. Nobody asked if they could help me. I waited and waited some more. Finally I left and went to Stewart’s for ice cream.I doubt that I’ll be back to the store.

Food is horrible. Ordered medium wings which had a very oily and bland taste to them. I also ordered the Turkey Club which had barely any turkey in it, and it was pretty disgusting. To top it off, both of those things were on the popular items menu

Horrible. Terrible. Not good. That about sums it up. The cashiers always seem put out if you ask for something they sell like milkshakes. I thought it was just a bad day even though my milkshake was straight milk. The following week I tried to give them another chance and my smoothie was so awful my 6 year old told me I shouldn't drink it. Wouldn't recommend ever.

Hi to all, had a bad experience here. good place overall. and used by me slot, until today at 3:30 or so, I witnessed the girl at register cough without an attemp to cover it then use the inside of her hand to wipe on her nose, not once did I see her clean hands but then take money, WOW NOT TODAY LADY, I will not shop here as long as she's there, be careful here
