Went in to look at reclining loveseats and were asked by several employees if we needed anything. They were welcoming and when we did finally have questions, the person who helped us was very good! She had knowledge of the product and answered every question and even took us in the back to show us the size of the boxes. In the end we purchased both the matching recliner loveseat and recliner couch! Thank youThank

My husband and I are new to the area and was in search of some new furniture...Ramsey couldn't have been more helpful with all of our questions. She was very Knowledgeable about everything! We were quite impressed by her customer service too..she is our go to girl if we are looking for something special..this girl needs a raise!!

I had the most amazing experience here picking out my furniture for my new apartment. Ramsey is Absolutely amazing. So kind and patient. I think she ran to the back about 20 times to make sure everything I picked out was in-stock. Great customer service so kind and helpful. My new favorite store lol.

This store is close to where I live so it's convenient. They do have good quality and quantity. The furniture in my opinion is over priced but the rest is moderate. The hrs r ok. Store is clean and service is good. They have good humor and they actually talk to u when u speak to them

The store was nice, but furniture sales manager Kimberlee was extremely rude and mouthy towards my husband. Very unprofessional. They were sold out of all of the furniture we were interested in due to the pandemic (understandable). So we asked if we could purchase any of the floor models. She told us it depended on which one we were interested in. Every time we would ask about one she would say “no absolutely not”. Then we finally came to an agreement on one of the sectionals and she refused to give us the military discount. We received 10% off because it was a FLOOR MODEL. Not a new couch. She was very nasty when he asked for the military discount which is provided. Tried refusing to give it to us even though they can, tried to tell us “no it’s one or the other”. She then told us that we have to pick up the sectional before dark because they won’t bring it out after dark. The store doesn’t close until 9. So we were there to pick it up before dark yet we had to take the couch apart and carry it out OURSELVES. So what was the purpose of us needing to be there before dark? We get there before dark like she asked and as soon as we get there she pitches a fit and goes on “break” for about a half and hour. Any questions we’d ask, she would talk down to us like we’re idiots. Very snippy and disrespectful. We did in the end get the military discount so they could obviously do it, but before it was given to us my husband asked her why we couldn’t get the discount, and she said she doesn’t HAVE to give us one. Then proceeded to say that she could just make us wait and come back tomorrow to get the couch. There were multiple costumers in the store complaining about her attitude amongst each other.

Had an issue with an associate who was quite rude, however, Bree one of the managers was just fantastic and was super helpful. I almost walked out at first with no intent to come return ever again. However Bree resolved the issue and saved the sale. It may have only been $200 this time, but that is not counting future purchases.

Great place for some great discounts.sometimes things can be scratch and dent. But are easily fixed or often in places that can't be seen. But also giving you a huge discount from a large retail price if you find what your looking for. Plenty of staff that was more than willing to help and give a hand if needed. Fast and easy check out on the purchases we made.

The cashier Kim is rude and has absolutely no customer service skills. She is a poor representative for the store. She talks to customer as if we are getting on her nerves from her just doing her job. I will never shop at this store again after my interaction with this employee.

Purchased two leather broyhill couches. Within a few days we started experiencing an electrical issue. The recline function stopped working on one of the couches. Called several times to get some kind of a resolution, not one returned call. Called again and left messages with Lucinda “Manager”, no return call.

Always love me a Big Lots. Surprised by their selection of furniture! They have quite a lot of couches, recliners, dressers, and more compared to a lot of other Big Lots that I've been to. Their prices are substantially lower than the local furniture stores in the area as well.

The Watertown store is the closest to me and so after ordering items online and realizing they have no way to send them back, I went there. I took my 30 in coupons with me but of course they would not work. Worst store to order online and not worth driving an hour for anything else.

Bought over $600 worth of furniture from this company only to be told that they don't deliver, and now I'm having trouble finding movers to help me get it to my house. I don't know what moron(s) started this company but they're clearly idiots. Who sells furniture but don't provide delivery! What a shame since I love the furniture I bought, but now I'm going to have to return them and shop some where else that was smart enough to offer delivery. Thanks for the run around Big Lots, won't be shopping here ever again!

Big lots always has something cool to buy. I live an hour and a half from the closest store, so it is on my "Must Stop" list when I get close. Everything from food to housewheres to furniture, there is something for everyone. Prices are always reasonable.

My go to place!! Staff are always friendly and always remember you might not be by name but they do. Love this place at times I Think the price’s can be a little high but you get what you pay for! Hopefully one day the will expand and make it bigger !!
