There is a great team of people who really want to help you there, there is a disconnect, however, between what the online team says is in-store, and what you’ll actually find when you get there. I’ve been sent to the store many times only to find I have taken a trip out to look around and find empty shelves. If I’m gonna shop at Best Buy, I will have purchased the item online and would pick it up or call to an actual team member and make sure they set the item aside for you. Otherwise it’s a wild goose chase and a waste of time sadly.

The only reason this place has a 3 rating is because it's Best Buy and you can always depend on electronics availability for the most part. Whoever the customer service at this particular Best Buy I believe is significantly worse than others I've been to. I've stood by items in certain areas looking directly at workers and got no response as they walked by my deer in headlights stare. Was finally after I'd say maybe 10 to 15 minutes of looking obviously in need of help attended to which at the end he helped but it shouldn't take 30min in a store if you know exactly what you're there for just need assistance to obtain the item discovered online. Maybe I'll go again but I'll make sure to stop someone in their path to ensure they help more proficiently.

Couldn't get individual receipts for gift cards that were purchased. Said only way that could be done was to buy them individually. We had over a dozen of them, wit a line waiting. Not a very practical system.

If I have the opportunity to go to Best Buy, I go there to look around and look at their electronics. I like Best Buy for the fact they have almost everything that other stores don't carry. The other thing I really like about Best Buy is that you can order anything online, and the item or items can be shipped directly to your home.

Best buy is best buy , I only buy when items are on sale, otherwise they are more expensive. I wish they were a certified Samsung repair outlet. That would make Samsung repairs much easier considering Syracuse is the closest one. I do recommed three free touchscreen monitor when you buy a stereo over $250 from Best buy. Look for sales and compare prices.

Mediocre at best. They stock the cheapest and most generic of the BB inventory. The workers at other Best Buy’s I have visited approach you and ask you if you have questions or if you need assistance finding something, advice about a product, etc. I have not witnessed that once at this particular Best Buy. I will say, pick up option is fantastic when you can find the product you’re looking for in stock. They could easily get up to a four or five stars with just a little bit of interest shown to the customer.

This Best Buy always has the most knowledgeable and friendly experts on their team. In particular, Rome, the shift lead, fit us to the best options for our budget and scenerios and we are so pleased with our purchase. Thanks Rome!

The hours are a little short and the register situation is slightly confusing on where the line starts. But the staff is helpful and they have a decent selection of computer parts for Watertown.

If you go in knowing what you need and roughly where it is it's awesome. Getting help? Depends, sometimes you have to chase down an employee. I'm deducting a star because it's not clear where the actual register is, its by the exterior door to the right but nobody is ever there.

I purchased 5 appliances today and had an excellent experience at Best Buy. Jon helped me all the way through from start to finish and he was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He made excellent recommendations and explained everything clearly and made the process easy and I'm very happy with the choices made and also in getting My Best Buy Membership. Joe was also very helpful and followed up with an additional purchase. Great customer service and highly recommend getting your appliances here.

Tried to return a product that I purchased 18 days ago. I was unaware that the 60 day return policy was only for MyBestBuy members. They wouldn’t honor it. I live 3 hours away in Malone and this is the closest bestbuy. I will just use Amazon at this point because I can’t make a 3 hour trip every weekend when an expensive piece of electronics doesn’t work for me.

The store didn't seem very bright inside so it was a bit off-putting. Now the staff that I dealt with was quite the opposite! Chris immediately noticed I was unfamiliar with the store layout and guided me straight to what I needed. On my way back to the register he asked me if I needed anything else. I told him I had a pick-up as well. He helped me from the time I came in, to the time I left maybe 5 minutes and left a great impression!

We were in a tough situation, and needed help with SIM cards quickly. The staff took care of us in a timely fashion, they were polite, they were respectful, and got me and my family set up and out the door with working devices. Wasn't really busy the time of day when we were there. Was greeted at the door by an employee upon our entrance. We're asked if we needed help finding anything. The store was clean. It was not very stroller friendly.

I want to thank Best Buy Watertown New York store for their exemplary customer service and leadership by store manager Kendall and his team of self motivated professionals. Kendall and his team not only proactively attended to our needs but also provided the absolute best customer service satisfaction through strong problem solving skills, customer service management and design of company policies to exceed companies service standards. We live in Canada and purchased a Samsung television which was defective and had to be returned to Samsung. This was not something that was a smooth transaction and it took time , frustration and increased stress Thank you Kendall and team would highly recommend Best Buy Watertown and will certainly be returning to this store for any further purchases we would need.SincerelyDavid & Charleen Findon
