Not a bad spot for a quick snack when shopping. The pretzel bites I find are easier to eat. They were pretty good. The lemonade was very sweet so if you like sugary drinks, you may like it.Service was quick and the staff were friendly enough.

Fresh soft pretzels, but service was slow and not very friendly.The sugar cinnamon pretzel was really good. It was soft, flavour, smelled amazing, and made fresh infront of you.The service wasn't the best. 3 employees and only 1 person ahead of us but it took 10 min to get our order in.The product is good, they just need a little more speed, and a smile goes a long way.

We've gone here a handful of times, very delicious pretzels, only complaint is sometimes they have a little too much salt. My favorite is the classic or cinnamon sug bites.

Pretzels I got were good. But the woman cashing me out had the biggest attitude. I told her what I wanted and she just kept on asking "so do you want anything else" and was not letting me finish my order. I will not be going back to this store if the associates are gonna just have attitudes. Might be a good idea to find some more positive workers. 👍 I came in at 7:35pm on July 19th. The associate was not wearing a name tag but you should be able to look at you’re schedules to see who it’s was.

The food is good but management and most employees are not the people I would want working for me. They act like little kids and it's like middle school with special treatment for some while others get fired due to things that aren't even verified for complaints. There should never be less than two employees on duty at any business time. The owner should look into doing a complete house cleaning to make sure he can get the best employees to improve his bottom dollar.

Where do I begin, well first off I am still waiting for the main office to return some sort of feed back from my complaint that I filled out on Friday early afternoon (521605 Complaint Number). Just to keep it short I was there Friday my niece order a pretzel and we sat down in front of the business and a lady and her child came up and order. Sorry to say this but the very large white women took her money while wearing her protective gloves. Now I instantly new this is wrong but I was hoping she would remove them and replace them with new ones. Did she, nope not at all and when I told her that she needs to throw away that batch of pretzel dough and replace her gloves. She looked at me rolled her eyes. I told her I would report her and all she said was “ I don’t care” and continued on at the same time just giving me dirty looks and arguing with me as if I was asking her to do the impossible. I would have gotten her name but she wasn’t very forgoing with anything other than hostility. I don’t recommend this to anyone unless you like your pretzels tasting like money, and we all know how dirty that can be!

Service is slow. Every time I come I have to wait 30 minutes for them to make the hotdogs in the pretzel. And they say it’s the most popular item so why don’t you make more of it.
