Tracy at A Happy Tail expertly grooms our bichon/poodle mix named Bryce every 6 weeks. She does a beautiful job maintaining his often matted coat and gives him her loving attention at the same time. Wow!! They do such a great job. I have a malamute whose undercoat was way overdue to come out and they took such good care of her! She looks and feels like a brand new dog. They also groomed my mutt and did an amazing job. I would recommend to anyone in the area. Prices were very reasonable as well!!

Absolutely the only place I will take our shy rescue pup! This was her first grooming ever and she loved it! We have been to a few different groomers locally and this one is by far the best. Our dog, an Akita, has a very thick coat and I've never seen him so fluffy and clean! Prices are great and staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Communication was fast and convenient through text. Definitely now our permanent groomer!

Our Dog Groomer though she was amazing at what she did moved on to other ventures. She recommended A Happy Tail Pet Spa to us. FINN ( Our Soft Coat Wheaton Terrier ) had his first appointment today. I was nervous because he can sometimes be moody with other dogs. Tracey was amazing with Finn. He looked amazing and happy when I pick him up. These are the most compassionate groomers I’ve ever met. We recently adopted a dog who was in need of some TLC and grooming. A Happy Tail Pet Spa were quick to get our dog in for an appointment and took such great care of her. Tracy and her staff are excellent with my fur babies. She spends lots of time helping me b a good fur mama and a look ways knows what to recommend for my pets. She even tells me if she feels they need to see the vet for an ailment. My dogs love her and get excited to go see her for their pampering. I would highly recommend her for all your pet needs. I have been going to Tracey for at least 3 years now. :) :)

The girls at Happy Tail are wonderful. They take great care of your pets and treat them as if they were their own. I have three large dogs, two of which do not like having their nails trimmed. Julie is very patient and makes sure your pets are comfortable. My dogs have never looked or smelled better!!

The groomers were happy and excited and just plain wonderful. They allow our fur babies to socialize with each other, which is unbelievably helpful for puppies that don't get out much. The only downfall is the cost. I did have some much needed add on services like nail filing and for two dogs and the cost was just a tad higher than expected. But my fur babes were happy, smelled and looked wonderful, and very much enjoyed their experience so I can't complain too much. It was mostly worth it.

If you’re looking for a “perfect” groom for your pup take him/her to Happy Tail Pet Spa! I have a yorkie-poo and I am very particular about the way I like him groomed. Happy Tail never fails to amaze me with their attention to detail and the end results with Kai’s hair. His paws and face are always shaped to my liking, his nails are always perfectly cut/filed, and I have never had to correct or ask them to change/fix something after a groom. Watertown doesn’t offer many spas for pups, not with the service and care Happy Tail provides. I would get on the waitlist for this one! You won’t regret it. Very affordable, clean, the staff is always polite and helpful and best of all their communication has yet to disappoint! They truly go above and beyond.

Tracy is the absolute best! We have 2 dogs, a lab and a mutt that we got as a rescue. I took the rescue in to her and explained that we didn’t know her background so I wasn’t sure how’d she react. Tracy called me when she was done to pick her up and she was able to give her a complete groom and the dog was happy and relaxed when I picked her up! We had an Aussie mix and Tracy was the only person that could groom him. She takes care of her clients like they are her own!

So my little morkie is not a friendly dog to people he doesn't know. I was made to feel very comfortable leaving him in a new environment. I received a text telling me he was doing great which was very comforting . He looked great when I picked him up with an adorable tie around his neck that he later chewed when he got the chance.. My previous groomer was moving and I was in a panic I would not find a new groomer. He still has not had a bath after 2 weeks he was so clean. I would highly recommend A Happy Tail Pet Spa.

Our westie Oliver looks and smells great and seems to be happy when he’s at Happy Tail! We took him to another groomer last time and he didn’t have a good experience and got cut by a razor accidentally, so I was worried he was going to be extra anxious this time. But the ladies here managed to keep him calm and happy and said he did great! I don’t think I’ll be experimenting with other places again 😁
