I left my review on a different spot. So I'm rewriting it again here. My review is about the pharmacy.I was having issues getting a prescription filled. Something about my provider not renewing something to be able to write prescriptions. The pharmacy took care of it. They were very patient with me, and kind. They took care of the issue. They were outstanding!

Great place to buy things that you need, recommend place for groceries. There is a bakery, subway, deli, seafood, etc. Very big electronics section, also there is a great pet section for any food/accessories.

It was fine. My big complaint is your stores lack the sensibility to have hand sanitizer at doors during cold and flu season. That is irresponsible of your corporation. At least the grocery, drug, dollar stores in our area have the intelligence to supply santizer. Disgusting!

I would give this wal mart a half star if I could the lady at service desk is very rude and disrespectful and they have people work in bakery they snot comes out there nose "GROSS" I do not like this wal mart. They should have signs on what can and can not be returned you have to try the stuff first to see if it work's and then if it don't bring it back for money back or same item. But most of all there are alot of employees at this wal mart that are very rude and disrespectful.

Nice but had a not so nice experience with Sherry who called me and my car dirty. Great place that like any other hires unpleasant people. Just when you think progressive ideas exist in your neighborhood, you find out that some people still think it’s others and not their own minds that need to be cleaned out of prejudice and laziness.Apparently she can load vehicles just not mine 🤔

I returned a gas can I didn't need. No hassle. No drama. I got ten pounds of sugar cheaper than nowhere that I can think of. I got asparagus. Good asparagus. Some sourcraft. Some ballpark franks. And a pretty good price on beer. Well what do you want? It's walmart. And truth is pretty cool.

Every trip I take to Wal-Mart is usually a pleasure and I am able to accomplish my shopping goals, whether big or small, planned or unexpected. This time I particularly spent most of my time browsing through the general clearance section at the back of the store. For being one of the more "popular" sections of the store, the products still seemed to be fairly organized. I noticed the isles in this section are stocked according to price, cheapest to most expensive. This helped me save some time, seeing as how I tend to have a budget in mind before entering the store. I am huge on "diy" crafts and decorating and was able to find products for literally pennies! I am also very thankful for the abundance and variety, particularly on this trip, of the vitamins and supplements that were on clearance as well. It actually served as a reminder to pick up a few different one-a-days for myself and other family members. I would also like to commend employees in the electronics department that helped me decide on and purchase a media streaming device, which had been a subject I have recently done some research on. Thanks to a helpful young man, and Wal-Mart employee, I was able to confidently settle on Google Chromecast with Google TV. Very happy with the choice!

This is your typical Wal-Mart. Usually the stock is pretty good and the customer experience is friendly. I've had a couple of issues with their pharmacy staff in the past not answering the phone or being on hold for long periods because they are short staffed, but other than that it has been ok.My biggest gripe about this location is that the dates are not always checked on items shopped for grocery pick up. Most recently I received a carton of eggs that expired 4 days out from the day I picked them up. It's frustrating, now I have to stand at my car and check every individual item because if it's expired or getting close and I do not catch it there, they force you to bring it back for a refund and I live over 30 minutes away.

I've changed my rating from a 5 to two stars. The conduct of the employees of waterloo walmart is found to be lacking. Their coach management team. Specifically greg hall. Is a very rude and aggressive individual. He got in my face and screamed at me. As management he should descalate not make it worse. This store also rudely stops customers at the door to check receipts. Also be aware there has been multiple incidents. Of an increased price on an item ringing up. That was marked differently on the shelf. Various times. Be weary

Employees are very standoffish. You ask anyone for help and they act like you're inconveniencing them. I even had someone watching me in electronics like a hawk when I was searching for a phone case. Funny part is, they were all behind a glass case hahaha!

The people there were very snotty and acted like they were better than everybody else. The only reason I stopped at this. Walmart is because I was out at Sauders and this was around the corner. I hate the store and I thought this time maybe things have changed from the last time I was at the store. I think it’s gotten worse over the years. The only reason I got one star is because I had no choice to leave a star.

Atmosphere has changed since new manager took over. No longer the always low prices they used to advertise. Some days you may get to wait a bit if you don't want to use self checkout. Store is still kept up better than most other locations. Watch out for pickup workers to walk out in front of traffic without looking, and occasionally may block every aisle you are on.

I went tonight and myself along with SEVE other people shopping we were lunged at and barked at by a “service dog” this service dog would not even sit when told to sit by owner!!! This was in NO WAY A SERVICE DOG!!! No papers he said he didn’t need them he doesn’t have to prove it!! I think then EVERYONE SHOULD BRING THEIR DOG TO YOUR LOCAL WALMART AT 5 pm Wednesday THEY ARE YOUR SERVICE DOG!!! That’s all you have to say!!! Nothing can be done I’m told!!! I just don’t like being barked at and lunged at by a dog while shopping AND there was kids there

Very happy and pleased with Waterloo Walmart, very organized, no moldy food on the shelves, always stocked and their auto care outdid themselves on my car. I highly recommend Waterloo Walmart! forever will be my place to go when I need work done on my car or groceries. And the staff there are amazing.

Most of the time the machines at the redemption center aren't working. A very good majority of the employees don't even care about their job and show little to no customer service skills. I honestly hate coming here unless I need something in a pinch situation.

Great while shopping. But when I got to the registers they had 2 open and the self check outs. Some of us don't know how to use them or don't have the time to use them. I did not have the time this time and was told to go to another register because someone spilled something. There was no place else to go!What would you do? Go to a longer, slower line or leave? I left, sorry I didn't have the time to wait.

Walmart has many employees around that know the store very well. If you do not know where one particular item is, they can help you. But, sadly their book prices are fairly high compared to online retailers like Amazon.

I was dropped in as an inconvenient problem to the auto department with a flat tire and every single member was polite and helpful to both me and my dog! (They got him water and made sure he was doing alright) Their assistance got us both back on our trip in no time and we appreciate their professionalism and help so much! Thank you!

The one girl who rang up our stuff seemed more concerned with making sure we weren't trying to steal than making sure our stuff wasn't just one order (Which it wasn't) she's also the same one that rang up our laundry detergent 4 times for one bottle of detergent 🤦🏻‍♀️

I love my local Walmart for many reasonsPlenty of fresh fruitLots of variety in many departmentsBeing a baker it has loads of inspiration for new projects to try to make from scratch at home be it recreate something from bakery or make something homemade that you can only find in a box.I only have one bad thing to say which really isn't their fault but ours as a society... no one wants to work anymore so there are no employees to run registers or stock the shelves like it used to be pre covid.We are so quick to complain about the 500' lines in 7 isles but no one wants to fill out an application to work as a cashier. (if I could, I certainly would)
