Excellent customer service. Had a problem with a gift I bought for my grandson for Christmas. It was past the 30 day return policy by a couple of days because of the holiday. I showed them a video of the problem (product was 400 miles away) and they gave me a replacement. I went in thinking I was going to have to put up an argument and they were nothing but gracious and apologetic!

Love this store. Always have good deals and the staff is always helpful and polite. I can tell they love their job and take pride in their store. I actually went twice yesterday because I had to bring my mom to show her why I keep going there 😆 I have to go back and get another sheet set (only $10). Love my gravity chairs and kids name brand school clothes! Thank you LC New York!!

This is a nice store and can purchase items at a good price. I have been to this store multiple times. and This week I was able to get 3 kids sweatshirts (champion, star wars & mindcraft) 2 hurley kids sweatshirt/t-shirt combo, kids Georgia Bull Dog T-shirt and a little girls coat all for $13.52.

luv this place.. its like a real deals for higher end products ..some are refurbs just like ollies but the prices are fantastic..

You never know what you'll find at LC New York! Great selection of clothing at prices you can't beat. Last week I found some cute fall throw pillows for $4.99 and a 10# box of Quaker Oats for $8.75. I like to shop frequently as the selection is always changing!

Decent store. New items every few weeks. Employee followed us around store while we shopped. Told him to stop following us and he says, your a customer of coarse im following you. When we decided not to finish our shopping because of this, he said it was a joke. Won't be back to this store if this is how they treat their customers.
