Store was clean and serviceable parking lot was clean limited parking space for big rigs located directly off of a 45 mph road so be careful first time going there and making your turn. Store could be updated a little. Customer service was great lady was friendly and professional.

Lots of great deals here. All their winter stuff is 50% off. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I do have to say that some of the aisles are hard to navigate when they are restocking....but that's not the workers fault.

I had to give it one star because their is a red sign on the door stating that store is condemned. Been tring to go their past 3 weeks and still condemned. WHY??

I'm impressed with this Dollar General !! It's been a long time since I've been back in one of their stores after a few very bad experiences at another location. I was actually a bit skeptical about going back but like I said was surprisingly impressed ! The store was clean,well stocked. Both of the employees were generally helpful and pleasant.The one that cashed me out asked if I needed help out ( I only had one bag) was being thoughtful seeing I was having some difficulty walking....Overall A+

Normally there is no problems,but this one seems to have a big turn over with staffing. That also means consent training and they seem to be either out of products or just not ordering it. Times I've asked about something they say it's in back, but no one gets it.

It is a good 5 & 10 store. I stop & get quick food & pet food every week. They do have many other itoms fore sail. Cloths or nice gift itoms. Come & check it out. You just might be surprised. Reasonable prices.

Great place as always reason for the 4 stars is this particular store is always under staffed. Esp on rush times and on weekends. Staff is always calm and friendly. Always find what we need. Always clean.

I, just have to give the manager of the store 5 stars, I, went in the store today to put money on my debit card. And he got on the phone with me, and question me about my card. Just wanted to make sure that the card was mine. He explained that last week a lady tried to buy a debit card, cause she got a call from someone claiming to be the I.R.S. and that she owed them money. This is due to those phone scams, claiming to be the I.R.S. I, retired from the IRS, and know for a fact that they don't ever call anyone. Thank You so much, for looking out for your customers. GOOD LOOKING OUT.

Cashier in Waterloo store is very rude and she told a handicapped boy he couldnt come in the store he has the rights just like anyone else does I heard the mother came back in told the cashier she was going to turn her in cashier Aleasha should not being working around people discartnate and I was in the store againe her kids where in the store and she let her kids take what they want not pay for it I a video shopper I love dollar general store to see a worker treat a handicap that way is uncall for

Not everything is a dollar but prices are reasonable. Buy makeup, dresses, underwear, outdoor lighting. Staff available at checkout but none throughout the store to direct you. Ask questions before venturing into the abyss.

One short haired woman employee, in particular, is extremely rude. Always gives my girlfriend a hard time when using coupons. The employees smoke cigarettes right in front of the entrance, even though they have a side door near the loading dock. Employees frequently complain about customers, while you wait in line......just terrible

Good deals convenient, pretty fast lines. Only down fall is they have the smallest isles and any other space they put something for sale there its a maze when they're busy.

I don't love in town. This place is my one stop shop and close to home for me. Has everything you can think of. We stop and get things we forgot at the store for dinner all the time.
