I cannot stress enough how important it is to find a car dealership that's reliable, kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Best Buy auto in Waterloo, NY is definitely that dealership!George is the most helpful kindest gentleman I've encountered in the car business. He went out of his way to make sure we would get into a reliable SUV for my disability. I have also never been approved and received the car so fast. It only took 30 min to get approved and signed documents.I will only recommend George at Waterloo Best Buy Auto. My son will be getting his first car here soon and now my mother will be coming for a visit soon.Thank you George so much, for helping our family out. Working with Jack from the Waterloo store has been a pleasure. He found an issue with a car that I was looking at and was upfront and honest. It's an uncommon thing to have a seller pull out of a deal for something that could have been easily been swept under the rug.Jack showed integrity throughout my experience with Best Buy.

Bought a car from there a while back and had issues within the first few months including heater core plugging causingno heat on passenger side, a thermostat housing leak and an idling issue. Brought it back several times for heater core and gave up after nothing actually being fixed. Just a run around. They asked me how much I wanted for my trade and I told them $1000 given the car had no rust, service lights, and was perfectly operational and they gave me $200 instead without telling me. I know someone else who recently bought a car from here and has experienced similar things. Would not recommend. In response to the reply, no my car was not sent to the junk yard...it was auctioned off to another local dealership and I know the guy who bought it. You never were transparent about what I was getting for a trade. I just signed papers as it was my first time buying a car through a dealership. And yes I came back to get it looked at on more then one occasion with nothing fixed

Great experience with the staff at Best Buy Auto Sales in Waterloo. They took their time listening to what I was looking for, gave detailed maintenance histories, and set me up to test drive a couple cars. Jack was great to work with. Highly recommend!

I have waited a month to write a review because the experience buying my now old car at another dealership was so bad, from pickup to the day I traded it in a month ago. But this experience was totally different! Jack made trading in the old and buying the new so easy and quick! I stopped in to test drive a couple vehicles not expecting to actually buy from Best Buy. I was working with another dealership to find what I wanted, but I kept comparing other vehicles to the one I ended up buying here. A couple days later, I contacted Best Buy about the SUV. It's a little older than I wanted, but is in great condition and the mileage was right. I definitively traded up! I also felt better buying it knowing all the car's systems and features had been tested and worked, it had new tires and brakes before leaving the lot, and it had a basic warranty for the first 1,000 miles or 30 days I had it. I feel confident in my vehicle again and I will recommend Jack and Best Buy to others I know who need a good, reliable used car and a great buying experience. Thanks, Jack and staff!

Honestly this was the most amazing experience. My husband and I were in a pinch. We needed an affordable car for commute ASAP. The people we tried working with and searching online did nothing but cause a bunch of new hard inquiries on my credit. I contacted Jack Meredith who was my daughters amazing little league softball coach and within 24 hours we were bring home a great vehicle we could afford. Jack promised he would get us a new vehicle and sure enough he did!

5/5 would recommend going to see Jack if you are looking for a car. He was very patient, kind, fast at responding and was extremely helpful. He answered every question I had honestly and did not give up on finding me the car I was looking for. We would go back and forth all day about multiple cars . he was very understanding to be sure it fit my needs.

Selection is good, and costumer service excellent. Jack makes sure you walk out with everything you want. We had a couple small issues during the test drive and the next day they were all fixed. Very happy with what we walked out with. Just ask for Jack.

Such a great experience working with Jack Meredith and the vehicle I've gotten from him is perfect and I'm in love. No complaints at all and am happy to be in business with the first honest car dealer I've met in a long time.
