A gem of a bakery and a boon for this community. The quality of their baked goods is well-documented, but there's more here than initially meets the eye: it's also a social focal point on weekend mornings/early afternoons and offers one of the best views of the passing train into the city from just behind the building through an elegant row of square windows, which plentifully illuminate the loaves and pastries below the rest of the time. And where else around here can you find cold cans of Japanese Royal Milk Tea!? Highly recommended.

What a FANTASTIC bakery! Easily the best cookies, breads, pastries I’ve had in years. And a special symbiotic relationship exists between Vitsky and Ten Mile Table Supply (Ariel, the mega-talented baker behind Vitsky, bakes everything in-house and sells it through the Ten Mile counter). A prime example of a tight-knit small town doing what it does best. Community + cookies, what’s not to love? Do yourself a favor and stop in to sample the wares.

If you live within an hour of this bakery, make your way there. It's only open F-Sunday and plan to get there early (10 am) before the owner sells out. You will experience the best baked goods EVER!! Treat yourself to the croissants, muffins, breads, and pastries and forget about any diet you are on or planning to go on. It's worth it. The owner, Arielle, is lovely and works like a dog to prepare everything by hand. Seriously, get yourself there. You're welcome.

Ariel is a tremendous talent and this bakery is a long time coming. Everything from the classic chocolate chip cookie to her cardamom buns, her flavors are delicate and perfectly balanced. I can't wait to see how her seasonal offerings change into the fall.

Absolutely LOVE this bakery! We were staying at Troutbeck for the weekend and saw that Ariel, who was previously the pastry chef at Troutbeck, had started her own bakery and had to come try it (we always loved her pastries of the day at Troutbeck when she was still there). Went to Vitsky bakery two days in a row because everything was so good. Her pear tart was just the right amount of crumbly and soft, and not too sweet, she really let the ingredients shine through. My fiancé had the chocolate croissant, pumpk, in muffin and sage cheddar biscuit and all were amazing

Had some of their goods at pop-ups in the past- but glad to see we can get their great stuff regularly now. A welcome addition to the area.Wheelchair accessibility: Designated spot with flat packed gravel + wood entry. Floors inside are smooth cement.
