Fair warning this site is a complete scam! I never new about this site till I made a third party purchase through Walmart. They advertised legit blinds for outdoor patio/porch (nothing was mis read or at all gave any ideas that it was a literal wall poster) because it was third party I had to contact them directly they gave me a complete run around for over a month! Finally I was able to return the product but then they tried to say it was damaged so they wouldn’t have to issue a refund.. I did finally get my refund but please be aware that there are a total scam !! And also be more aware when you by from places that do third party sellers do your research even if you trust the actual person your purchasing from cause sometimes third party’s like this get over looked !

Posterazzi does not address their emails, they don't answer calls and their voicemail on phone is full so you can't leave a message. The live chat feature on website also does not work. In addition to all of that, they do not pay their invoices to their vendors. Plenty of other sites to find posters and prints, do not use Posterazzi.

Don't purchase from them. Delivery takes forever and when you return an item they never follow up. They say they have submitted a return but my credit card says otherwise. I had to call my credit card to dispute the charge. What a hassle!

Definitely not a great experience. The first two times I received the framed poster I ordered, it arrived damaged. To their credit, they gave me no issues sending it out a second time. However, the third time (since it arrived damaged the second time as well) they sent it without the frame entirely. I called to complain and the man that answered their customer service line this time was VERY apologetic that it was sent without a frame and said he didn’t know why it was sent that way and that he would be sure it would be made right and they would get another one out to me. He even seemed to know exactly who I was when I mentioned the poster (it was a Sopranos poster), and I got the feeling like he was someone higher up in management but perhaps this assertion is incorrect on my end. I know this was the first time he answered the phone when I personally called because it was never a man’s voice in the past.I waited about 2.5 weeks and when no poster showed up, I called again today. The woman on the phone this time said they don’t know who I spoke with before but because I was already sent the poster out 3 times, there was nothing they could do except refund entirely. I again stated that the third time it was sent, it was sent without the frame and she claimed that is what they intended to do since the frame is what kept getting damaged. If I paid for a framed poster and the frame arrived damaged twice, why would I want just a regular poster I have to frame myself for the price of the framed poster I paid for? Framing is a hassle and this is why I paid for a framed poster. I get that it may not be their fault that the poster is being damaged in transit but it doesn’t seem like their left hand knows what the right hand is doing. If you are told it will be sent out again, it’s a huge failure on a customer service end for that never to happen.I don’t understand why the customer service rep today had no record of the phone call I had with the previous man who was very apologetic about them sending me out an unframed poster, and essentially it was like that call never happened. I do wish I took down his name because although he was incredibly friendly on the phone, evidently he and the woman I spoke with today are giving out contradictory information.I’d skip buying from this company if I were you. I’ll give them two stars since they didn’t fight me on giving me a refund but it’s been a headache all the way around. However, I will be closely checking my credit card account to ensure I receive a full refund since apparently this company will tell you one thing on the phone but then fail to follow through on it entirely. It’s a shame too because I really liked the poster and would have probably ordered more but something w/ this company is amiss.

Placed an order with them last September. Finally after about 6 months I received a notification that my order had shipped. After about 2 weeks the order had not delivered. So I contacted them and asked for a tracking number. They said they would look into it and get back to me. They never got back to me though. Contacted them numerous times trying to get a tracking number but they just blew me off. Tried contacting them again last week. They responded by saying the order was too old, so they couldn't help me. This company practices poor and deceitful business practices. Only giving 1 star because google won't let me give them zero stars.

I'm sure I sound like a broken record but..."I wish I had read the reviews first!"I ordered a poster back in December and was given a tracking number. After tracking it and not receiving it over two weeks later, I contacted them. They offered to send another one and said that if the first one eventually showed up, I was welcome to keep it.Three days after that, I hadn't received any tracking info, so I contacted them. They quickly provided one. I started tracking it and the USPS stated that they hadn't received it from the company.The poster was to be part of a Christmas gift and we are now in February. I've received neither poster and upon asking for a refund at this point, I was told they issued a full refund well over a week ago!They don't respond in a timely fashion, and appears to have dishonest business dealings. My patience has worn out completely. I'll just dispute this with my bank.

I wish I had looked at the reviews first! If I could give zero stars I would! Communication was given that they could only do the canvas not the frame, so I was to be refunded the price of the frame and canvas sent. I received a tracking number but nothing actually sent. I still haven't received my refund after 15 days and of course tracking details are still inactive. I have had to raise a dispute via my bank to get my money back. I don't recommend this company at all! You can't call them or email them, the business is never open, and says it opened at 10 am every day. They should be shut down immediately.Any positive reviews are fake!DON'T SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!

This website is as shady as it gets. I was stupid enough not to check their reviews before I ordered, and almost fell victim to their shell game like many others I now see.I ordered a $60 photo print, and the next day they charged my card, marked my package as sent, and were kind enough to even provide tracking info. A couple weeks later, I had not received anything, so I checked the tracking number and it said "USPS awaiting item" (still says that), so they had never taken my package to the post office. I messaged them WTH and they said my print was out of stock, but I could get another one if I wanted. I declined and requested a refund, which they claimed they immediately processed. They never refunded anything, and several weeks and emails later they responded saying someone from Customer Support would contact me within 24 hours. Obviously no one ever contacted me, since that response was the one they have given to many others as part of their scam.I'm currently working through my credit card company to get back my 60 bucks these con artists tried to rob. Steer clear of this website unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a poster and the website indicated a shipping label was created on 1/28/21, but was never received by USPS. When I contacted the company about this matter, they indicated the poster that I had purchased was no longer in stock and I could choose a different poster or receive a refund. I told customer service I would like a refund on 2/24/21. On 3/16/21 I contacted the company again stating that I still have not received my refund, they told me I would be hearing from the a superior shortly. However, I never heard anything from a supervisor. On 4/27/21 I contacted costumer service again and informed them I still have not been refunded or heard from a supervisor. They once again said they were looking into the matter and I would be contacted within 24 hours. I finally re-emailed customer service and informed them I still have not received a refund. I would highly recommend thinking before you purchase anything from this company. I will never purchase anything from this company again and there customer service is horrible.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!I ordered a laminated poster back on 9/3/22. Their site stated it was shipped via USOS on 9/6 but came to shortly find out USPS never received it to bring to me. I contacted Posterazzi's customer service and was told they would re-ship it (except they never really did in the 1st place). Now I am checking on it and have had 3 messages bounce back. They either are closed or scammed me. No refund and I can't get a live person.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I ordered 2 posters from posterazzi they arrived in a timely fashion but one was so cheaply printed that it is very pixel-y and when I went to rub the hanger on the wall through the poster the ink rubbed off on my finger so now there is a smudge.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! I purchased two prints back in April. They were very poor quality. I promptly sent back for a refund. It is now July, and they have yet to refund me!! They told me twice now. Once in May and in June, I was refunded in full. Waited. Nothing!! I have tried calling them several times. Left messages. Never an agent available to speak with. Also emailed them several times asking to speak with a supervisor. Been told three times one would be in contact with me. Never happened. I strongly encourage you NOT to order from this company. I have since reported them to the BBB. It’s a scam!!

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. They have photos listed on their website that are out of stock, yet not removed from the site. They say they have created a shipping label, but then the package doesn't make it to the distribution centre. Now I have the choice to choose other photos, or request a refund. I have been requesting my refund for over 6 weeks and they have told me multiple times that it has been processed, but it never does. Then I'm told that a supervisor will be in touch very shortly. Once again, no follow up. Run, and run fast. These guys should be shut down.

I'm sure you don't care but here is what I said."I was billed and was told the item I ordered was shipped. The item never arrived and customer service verified that the item was never shipped and issued a refund. Multiple emails were exchanged, many with apologizes and updates issuing refunds. After the last apology and refund (the 4th), I determined that Posterazzi has no intention of refunding the money and consumers should be alerted.

Don't order from Posterazzi. I cancelled an order before it had been dispatched and was told by customer services that I would receive a refund. It has now been two months since I was told this and, despite me chasing repeatedly, I still haven't received it. I'll take this review down once I'm refunded.

I've read all the negative reviews, and here are my thoughts. The poster was MOSTLY outstanding except the faces of the individuals looked sooty like they'd been sweeping chimneys or something. I will not deduct a star for this because I looked at other photos of this music group from that period and many photos looked like that. Was it the lack of photographic skill, the equipment of the time, the dark room, the gloominess of Northern England, I don't know. Apparently, the photographic equipment and the camera operator were not dealing well with shadows on faces during partly sunlit days. That's my guess. Other than that, which I can live with, the rest of the poster is of superb quality and for sixteen bucks a tremendous value. All comparables were eighty bucks and above on eBay and the rest of the web. Delivery was unbelievably fast like they drove it to my mailbox from the mid-Hudson Valley NY (they're in the same area as Orange County Choppers of cable tv fame). I would absolutely order again. If you expect perfection for 20 bucks you need to look elsewhere. If you're reasonable, this might be a terrific deal for you.

Horrible business. Ordered posters in November for Christmas. They were supposed to arrived in a few days. Come to find out they never sent it. Called and was again guaranteed (in writing) and still didn’t receive. Called again and asked them to overnight it due to their mistake. She guaranteed me again they would be there and had plenty of time to ship it. Called again and they said it wasn’t coming until after Christmas. The customer service agent never even apologized and was rude. Told me to contact the post office. She should have rectified the situation or at the very least said sorry. This was my child’s only thing he asked for for Christmas. Just all around bad business. Liars and thieves in my opinion.

I ordered a poster on thanksgiving. Several days later I got an email confirmation for usps shipping. A week later the pacage was still at the Chester post office. I emailed, they apologized and would ask the post office. 2 days later after no input I email again and they say they will send another no cost. A week later I get no secondary code and call. They say they are sending a third, 2 day priority. This was on December 20th now at 9 am. Package eventually was delivered December 29th

Do NOT order from here. I ordered a poster for $70. I returned it and was told I would be refunded. After several weeks of no refund I complained to the Better Business Bureau. The company lied and told the BBB they had refunded my money. They ripped me off for $70 plus tax.

AS POSTERAZZI AND I LEARNED LAST WEEK , WHEN AN ITEM GETS TO CANADA AND IS DELIVERED FROM THERE BY CANADA POST, THERE IS NO TRACKING. THE TRACKING NUMBERS AND CARRIERS PROVIDED BY POSTERAZZI ARE VALID ONLY IN THE USAIT TOOK SOME PRODDING BUT NICK FROM POSTERAZZA SUPPORT FINALLY RESEARCHED THE STATUS WITH CANADA POST. I AM BELIEVED HE WAS TRULY TRYING TO RESLOVE THE ISSUE. HE OFFERED RESHIPMENTS OR A FULL REFUND. I OPTED FOR RESHIPMENTS. APPARENTLY, DUE TO COST, POSTERAZZI DOES NOT OFFER ANY SHIPPING OPTIONS OTHER THEN CANADA POST.NICKS SUPPORT WWAS EXCELLENT. I ordered a wall poster to be sent to an address in British Columbia, Canada. 3 attempts by Posterazzi thus far and have not received it yet.On the + side, the customer Service Rep Nick unless I am being misled seems to be really trying to resolve this.Apparently, with Posterazzi shipments to Canada , once a shipment clears customs, it then goes to Canada Post ( canadian mail service ) for delivery and can no longer be tracked. There has to be a better way, where it can be tracked until actually delivered. The 1st order shipped on july 10, 2022, so it has been 5 weeks.It wasn't until last week that the Posterazzi rep when trying to follow up ( ON MY REQUEST ) found out that tracking numbers are only valid in the US and there is no tracking once in Canada. Seems kind of hard to believe.In the last few days attempts to contact Nick at Posterazzi to get the latest shipment info ( 3rd attempt ) have not been responded to. I have tried text and phone message.I may be generous with 3 stars, BUT I think up to last week, there was been a serious attempt by nick at Posterazzi to resolve.I am still hoping to receive the posters. They were intended to be surprises for my sons

Tracking number show only a label was created, never received by USPS. I should have read all the similar reviews already posted. Never received poster.

I ordered poster, the shipping cost the same as the poster (I live in EU) , i've been waiting 4 weeks since this it was "dispatched" and I have still yet receive it. They send posters overseas by land (cheapest option for them) and not by air (i would have paid for this), I shouldn't have wasted my time with Posterazzi.

Horrible customer service. I tried contacting them about an order and the lady gave me an attitude when I told her I wasn't pleased with my poster. The poster looked like a blown up photo with the worst quality I have ever seen. I'm not exaggerating and I rarely write bad reviews. She went on to tell me in order for me to get a refund, I'd have to mail back the poster... which I assume would cost me gas plus shipping. It makes no sense why they just couldn't give me a refund when I have photos of the horrible order they sent me.I just wish at least the customer service was better and I wasn't treated rudely for wanting a refund.

If I could give less than one star I would. I ordered a movie poster from this company. Poster arrived and it was blurry and the words in the title were smeared and running together. There is no way this should have been sent from the factory. Now they are fighting me on returning the poster. Stay far away from this company.

If I can give 0 stars I would!!! Don't buy from this company its a scam!! I have tried reaching out by calling emailing and even on instagram!!!!! NO RESPONSE whatsoever to return the item that I canceled before the order being processed. Waste of my EFFIN time.
