I walked in and immediately was asked if I need help with anything and I told them what I needed and they showed me where the stuff was and I told him exactly what I needed. ( There was never any pressure. I could change my mind anytime). I tried to help me get the lowest price for what I needed. Going here was amazing.

Great store that may or may not have everything you need. Sometimes you get exactly what you want, sometimes you're making a trip to Home Depot. The saving grace here is that the staff are incredibly kind and helpful and often very knowledgeable. If you go in you'll immediately be greeted with smiling faces and they will direct you to what you need and help you find it every time, if they have it of course. A great store we have used for decades.

First time visiting the store. What a nice surprise. The store itself is large, spacious and well stocked. After walking down every isle I have concluded that this will be my new home store. Electrical, plumbing, building supplies, and more snow shovels than I have ever seen in one place. It has everything that most home owners would need.

I absolutely do not shop there everything they carry is solo budget and overpriced. I cannot stand having an associate follow me throughout the whole store after I have told him or her I do not need his help.

Went in value looking for pressure treated log type boards they used ro carry for bout 3-5.00 but guess no longer carry(wood selection is almost gone)they have 4x4 boards but at almost 20.00 piece-- wanted to use as boarder on new garden old ones were like 2"x3" bout 6' long worked pretty good n inexpensive but as things today are not anymore -- did find 4 in my shed so ill use them..Wish I had stocked up more on older things lol

Friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Warsaw, NY store. I was interested in a certain lawn mower and one store did not have it and said maybe next week. I called the Warsaw store and they had one in stock. They put it aside til I could get there to pick it up. All instructions were explained to me and two gentlemen loaded it into my car. Will go back there next time I need something. Great service!!!

We love our home center. They always have what we need. Someone helps you as soon as you walk through the door. Mostly you don't have to walk 100 miles finding what you need like Home Depot or Lowes.

Let the following began, the moment you walk into the store you are followed and stalked by every employee in the place. Here i'm shopping for plumbing supplies and I'm being treated like a member of ISIS. These people are relentless, peaking down aisles, pretending to restock every place I am, cleaning imaginary dust, hiding behind paint cans....how many times can you ask a person if they need help, just let a brother shop in peace, trust me I'm not Stealing ! The only thing being stolen is my privacy.

its ok if I really need something immediately. The hardware is so expensive there.. I bought five 5mm screws it was over $10.. I could get 40 of them for that price on amazon. The greedy stores are putting themselves out of business.
