I honestly don’t understand how the store has gotten four stars. The shelves are consistently stocked with half rotten produce. I find it extremely aggravating and unconscionable that in a time where inflation is at an all-time high you’re selling us rotten food bags of onions, rotten peppers on the shelf rotten, just the most poorly looking food. I don’t think I’ve ever bought an avocado that wasn’t completely rotten on the inside, yet firm to the touch. I won’t even get into the fact that the shelves are mainly empty in the first place, and that the only meat that you sell is Chuck steak. We’re forced to buy prepackaged herbs that are also half rotten and extremely expensive. I will no longer shop at this store, I’d rather support Wegmans and drive a half hour. I should’ve taken photos of my last shopping experience, but you’ll just have to believe me, or experience the waste of hard earned and overly taxed money for yourselves.

I like my local Tops in Warsaw. Great beer selection! Nice size store. If you haven't tried the Tops brand frozen rising crust pizza, you should!

This place has all the groceries you need! Lots of good selection of baked goods, produce and freezer/cooler selection. If you need to get a lot of food for camping or just to make meals this is the place! The cashiers are really nice here.

Great selection of groceries, however I am not a fan of the rewards system. The points accumulation and redemption periods are awkward at best and force you to shop at certain dates to fully utilize the benefit.

Terrible shopping experience !!! No bags in the stores , filthy disgusting restrooms , no bags to carry your groceries out which is totally ridiculous !!! Everything in your shopping cart is in plastic so why can't I get a bag ??? Horrible horrible shopping experience and I will never shop at tops grocery stores again !!! Terrible dirty disgusting floors vestibule and entire store filthy , prices are outrageous also !!! It's enough to make you want to move out of state because there's no quality in New York state retail outlets anymore !!!

A bit pricey but great variety, with a hometown bakery that's top shelf even the most discriminating are sure to find something they love for their sweet tooth. Tops has a great deli and a helpful friendly staff. You must try their honey ham, yum yum!

Tops is Tops here in Wyoming County.Sam the Manager and Mark the Meat cutter are both top notch.Very helpful for a man shopping for his wife.

The store is usually really good, unfortunately they have a man who is there most days to pull the carts back into the store. I was there today and he was gathering carts (mind you I was parked in the spot right next to the shopping cart corral) so I gave my shopping cart to him and he gave me a dirty look and then said that he "wasn't collecting those carts". I will definitely go between walmart and the tops in batavia so I don't have to feel uncomfortable.

I stopped going into this store on April 7, 2020 because cashier's were watching me and making me very uncomfortable. They then hired a cashier with a history of inappropriate behavior, the very one who traumatized me enough to make me scared of all cashiers. It seems she no longer works here as of late 2021 but the store should check on the past of applicants before hiring so they don't get people working in customer service that are a threat to the customers. It is highly unlikely that I will ever feel safe in this store again.

Nice selection of goods, but not so great on price. Basically I feel like you're paying for the convenience of the only one stop grocery in Warsaw (Walmart and SaveALot usually don't have everything you will need in their stores)

This place is a joke if you're buying a cart full of groceries. There is only 1 cashier up front and only 3 self check out registers open and no regular registers open. There are always lines. I would love to say this has only happened once but it is a very common accurrence at this tops.

Way over priced. Again today at tops Warsaw, eggs, LG. Outrageous., went to save a lot. 18 LG for a dollar less than tops 12 pack.>>>>>. Eggs is Eggs, Tops must have Golden eggs.

Good place to shop. The store is not too big and not too small. The only issue I have is the "buy 2 get 3 free" and other sales of that nature. Today's smaller families don't need 5 bags of chips or 5 ice creams. I bypass these sales and look for a better price on one or two of the items elsewhere. It would be better to simply drop the price of each.

terrible, be sure to check expiration dates on everything. also when they have sales they just adjust prices before the sale so it looks like the sale price is good. you may as well go down the road to sav a lot. I only shop at Tops when I need a specialty item. Update: a year later, still overpriced. We need a super Walmart in town. One stop shopping.

Glad this store is here. Walmart has a not so great selection its nice that you can run over to tops right after and get what you need. Tops is not an inexpensive store you will spend more on some items however get a good deal on others just depends on what you are buyimg. They do have a great selection of special dietary needs food items. Happy shopping!

I go here often and it’s usually just a quick, normal thing. I like to shop late at night to avoid other people. My girl and I loaded our cart and when we were ready to check out I realized only the self checkout was open. I don’t mind it entirely but when you have about $200 worth of groceries, that tiny little spot to set them makes it tricky and I’m not very skilled at bagging, etc. The woman that was working saw the obvious sorrow on my face and offered to help me at one of the lanes. The relief I felt was immense. It had been a long day at work and doing other errands etc, and her taking the extra time to help us get in and out really made my night. I didn’t look at her name tag but wowee, she’s a sweet girl and so helpful. It made all the difference in my visit today.

This is a place that you’d only want to food-shop when your items are on sale or coupon’d. Otherwise, price point is at a Wegmans level with quality at SaveALot gauge. They have a great gas discount program in which last gas period, I redeemed my points and only paid $1.10 per gallon. There’s always a coupon clipper at the entrance so don’t fret. ALSO NOTE if you like Perry’s Ice Cream; about once a month they have a buy 3 for $10 deal on Perry’s. I stock up.

Picked up some things at Walmart next door then went to TOPS to pick up a couple things that Walmart doesn't carry. They actually had a scooter for me to drive this time. Much of the time I can't get one at TOPS or they are broken. The scooter situation is my only complaint about Warsaw TOPS.

A deli worker smelled like cat pee across the counter and looked dirty.(almost homeless looking dirty). Store was busy with only 2 cashiers. Cashiers were very slow. Long line of customers in both lines. Almost like they were forcing people to use self checkout or wait for very slow cashier.

What a disappointment today - we ordered a turkey club sub with lettuce, tomato, mayo and oil. Did our little bit of shopping and came back to pick it up. There was a sub sitting, uncovered, on the prep counter, while the young man and the other woman working back there seemed oblivious to our presence. We took our sub to the local park, opened it and found the poorest excuse for a sub I've ever seen from ANYwhere. Two layers - two - of deli turkey, one piece of cheese, some wilted lettuce and crumbled bacon. Mayo and oil barely there, and no tomato at all. Would post the picture of it if this website had that capability. Shame on you, Tops Market - we are regular residents and Tops shoppers, and this was disgusting.

Very bad. The first time I ordered a sub from the deli, no problem, it tasted great. The second time we called, they said 30 minutes but, took an hour for 4 subs. That was ok because subs still tasted great. So I decided we would try for a 3rd. That was a mistake. We ordered 4 subs and 2 fries they said 30 minutes but, this time they took hour and a half. When my wife got there 45 minutes after ordering the sub rolls were just sitting on the counter toasted like we asked but it looked like they had been laying there for a while. She waited for the subs to be completed paid for them and came home (5 minute drive.) We sat down to eat and This is where I got really mad. First, the sub rolls were different. We asked for Costanzo's rolls but, got something else. And yes, the rolls we got were toasted but left out for while before the subs were made which make them hard and crusty like unflavored croutons. Also the fries were cold and hard like they were a hour or more old. Tops has been great to me at other locations that's why I keep coming back the food is always fresh. Just not here.

Employees were smoking at the propane storage area in front of store. Big potential for an explosion if tank had a small leak.Cashier was not friendly. She appeared to be mad about something. She made the lady in front of us very confused and was talking down to her.
