This Dunkin location in Warsaw is awful at being open on time. Google says that they open at 5:00 a.m. yet I show up at 10 after and the lights are still off. The door is locked. All I wanted was breakfast but now I'm taking my business elsewhere. Someone who will be open on time

Usually have decent service, understand they’re new as well but really people? Come on now. (Latte and bagel came this way) after waiting 30 minutes in line when there was only 2 cars ahead of me you’d think the items would at least be prepared better. Not impressedEdit: What I got VS what it is supposed to be like come on now legit every time I’m disappointed ☹️ Like how do you mess up a muffin

I had previously written a review based off the customer service here. But after actually speaking with an employee it’s the manager of this place not the faces you see at the drive though and counter.On 5/15 one of the employees who I always see was left alone when management was scheduled to be in to help. She was screamed at by numerous people and forced to shut the store down. This is NOT her fault she was left alone during the morning rush.Cooperate needs to get rid of this “manger” and put someone who is capable of leading in their place.So in short don’t blame the employees, they are trying their best.

Literally waited in line for 30 minutes with a single car in front of me. Never in my life have I waited that long nor would I have if I didn’t use the mobile app. Got my money back when I finally was able to get someone to actually come to the window. Save your money and go support vertical cafe.. even Tim Hortons

People are literally yelling at the girl working and leaving. Girl was actually shaking so scared. It's not her fault she was doing the whole restaurant while three co workers ignored it all and stood outside the drive thru smoking. Other than the girl actually working this place is a joke. The manager of this place should be fired!! This is not the first time. First issues we had here they just told us to take the entire display case of donuts to make up for it

I usually don’t leave reviews because I’m way too lazy but I’ve made the decision to never come back to this location based off of the last 5 or 6 visits.I always try my best to be understanding when things are out of stock or when the wait time is a bit longer due to understaffing— it happens and that’s okay.However, this location in particular is constantly out doughnuts.Not to sounds morbidly American but it’s Dunkin’ Donuts. Dunkin’. Donuts.When I get in my car and embark on the journey to the local d o u g h n u t place, I’ve kinda already got it in my mind that I’m gonna gorge on a little doughy delight. So the disappointment I feel when I hear them say “wE aRe CoMplEtlY OuT oF DoUghNutS” hits a little too deep.They are also usually out of the other breakfast items but it’s not called Dunkin’ breakfast sandwich, so it’s whatever.Also, the staff is pretty rude but at the same time, I would be too if I worked at a fast food restaurant in Warsaw, NY.

2 Sundays in a row I have pulled up to the drive thru and no one has taken my order. The service if you get any is super slow. Better off going to Tim Hortons across the road.

Literally EVERY SINGLE time I order here my order is wrong and only 1 time I can recall an employee being kind/without attitude. Would give 0 stars if I could, I literally will not recommend this Dunkin to anyone I tell everyone Mt Morris. Customer service 0 , attitude 0, food/drink quality 0 and overall wait time generous 1.

Went there to get a hot chocolate and a gift card. I walked in, there were donuts out and a staff person there but I was told they were closed and they would not let me purchase food or the gift card (which would have been a cashless transaction). I understand that there was a "storm" but they should have put a closed sign up, or lock the doors, or dim the lights... or something. Two other people walked in to try to order something (and left) while I was there. This was the first time I went to dunkin' donuts and it was the last time too. You should find a way for people to know you are closed like every other business out there.

It's a new Dunkin. The staff works really hard and does their best - there's a learning curve for each new employee. Service is always friendly, and they are very conscientious about the job they do. Service can get a little slow when they get really busy, so patience is appreciated from the staff and the patrons.

Went here instead of Tim Hortons in Warsaw because they didn't deny a pup cup or dog friendly donut. Also were friendlier and gave the pup cup for free!

These are the slowest, least personable people. Would it kill them to look at you, smile or even say thank you or your welcome. If they don't like their job find something else where they can stand around on their phone all day.

After almost 10 minutes in the drive thru, my simple order of an everything bagel with cream cheese and a medium regular coffee with cream...what I got was a bagel with barely any cream cheese and a coffee with coffee grounds in it. Paying almost $7.00 for this is ridiculous!!

Can’t seem to make hash browns when all you have to do is press a button, employees always on the phone in the back and make it longer then a 15 minute wait when in store, employees are just plain out rude/very unprofessional even at a coffee shop, this particular dunkin has had state troopers there talking to all the employees on multiple occasions. All in all this dunkin is awful and would not recommend to anyone.

We went to dunkin at 4.30 waited in line for 10 minutes only one car ahead of us. Placed our order and they were out of large cups. Waited at window another 15 minutes. Only 1 person working. Very slow. Guess its back to Tims.

Employees were very friendly but my whole complete order from food to drink was all wrong, although I spoke to manager and they have resolved this and have given me free food and drink order next time I visit there to make up for mistake so hopefully I will be able to report then that they are doing five star service

Placed an online order. Waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. They managed to still screw up my order. I’ve been here two times and had the same experience both times. Unreal.
