I love how nobody is ever at register gotta wait ten minutes for anyone toshow up no wonder why nobody in this town goes there plus if you prepay for gas they never turn pumps on gotta go back in to ask for fuel again what a bunch of crack heads I also left a one star review but classic 7-11 style it shows as five star and won't let it show 1 star what a joke

7/11 is my families go to at night but Samantha is very rude. Every time my family and I go in when she’s working she always has an attitude. When I ordered a pizza she huffed and rolled her eyes. She’s the only employee there that I’ve had an issue with. I will not be going there anymore when she is working.

We stopped at this store to fill up on our drive from Buffalo back to CT and quickly regretted it. We had a terrible experience. As noted in other complaints you could only pay outside with a card. We also purchased a drink and a bag of M&Ms. Before pulling away we opened the M&Ms, which clearly were not stored correctly - they were melted and disfigured. We did not eat any and went back into the store to exchange them. Kristen, the employee, refused to exchange them or allow us to return them. She became belligerent and argumentative. We just decided to leave. I’ve tried to call the manager twice with no response. Terrible customer service and rude employees!!!

This 7-11 in Warsaw ny is the worst Mobil to go to for gas at least. So we got gift cards to Mobil and synergy gas stations which 7-11 is for gas for christmas. So I wanted to use them. THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO ACCEPT A GIFT CARD. I wanted 35 dollars in gas and I payed 20 in cash and was going to take the remaining 15 out of the gift which had 30. They couldn’t get it to work so I had to just get the 20. They are a Mobil synergy station and don’t take gift cards for it. It’s ridiculous I won’t be returning for gas unless I really need to. !!!! Also the empolyees had a very bad attitude.

Always horrible, unfortunately it's right by my work or else I'd make sure to never visit this location. Employees are always clueless, even the ones who have been there awhile. There's always some "problem" with the registers or gas pumps, which the employees like to pretend is for any reason other than they're just all incompetent. There's constantly dollies piled with overstock blocking isles/the drink cooler as if they have no where else to put it, and they definitely don't move them even when they observe you trying to get an item that's being blocked. Zero stars if I could.

Always well Stocked with all the Goods most 7-11 Stores usually have in Stock. A 7-11 Large Pepperoni, Cheese, or a Meat Lovers Pizza is only for the Price of approximately $7.53 per Pizza. And they Accept "SNAP BENEFITS" for the Pizzas & the Best part is you only have to wait llke 3-5 mins. for the Pizza to cook. Plus they Sell Fresh Doughnuts they keep in a Closed Container to keep tje Germs off of them & Keep them as Fresh as possible. There is a very nice selection of Deli Sandwiches & Fresh Deli products to purchase & choose from. Open 24/7/365!

I had downright dreadful experience at a Tim Hortons this morning. I'm on a road trip so 40 minutes in we had to stop to put some fuel in our stomachs.7-11 might just replace Tim Hortons as my regular coffee stop. They had numerous different sugars and creams as usual. I found in addition they now have syrups, powders, sprinkles, and cinnamon.The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because there was no french vanilla latte in the machine, told one of the employees and she said it was empty, there was no sticker covering it or a sign saying they were out of French vanilla. The gingerbread latte and hot chocolate signs were switched not a big deal as I got both. I did call and leave them know they were switched and the guy that answered the phone just said ok.Better than Tim Hortons, 3 coffees for $3 at any other place it would have been at least $12.

Coffee area is always disgusting. Stopped to get cappuccino . there was 2 flavors of hot chocolate and chai tea. Not even a tag on one so had to pour some to discover it was hot chocolate. This place is such a dump

I came to 711 to get gas and other items but the store and pumps were closed. I checked the hours and it said open, also said was updated a week ago. Knowing this town with two gas stations both being closed really sucked. :/

Was in there last week, to get a slurpee, when I turned the watermelon flavor to fill my cup, the dispenser sprayed slurpee all over my big jeans and t-shirt. To my surprise the flowzell walked out of the back room and started cleaning me up....thanks for the dedicated service flowzell.

The gas pump would not take either of my cards. I went inside waited forever in line cashier was dealing with food. There should be more than 1 person working. It's small and cramped inside.

Could the cappuccino machine get cleaned out. It is so clogged it barely spits it out and no water comes out with it so it's too strong and sweet to drink.

I went after washing 60 cans and bottles to get deposit the manager tells me you can only bring in 40 and clean she wants spotless I washed them twice since I've had one little spot that I wiped off she wouldn't take that's bull crapp you can buy two cases of drinks or beer and b charged for deposit but don't take them back I refuse to buy anything from the Hem from now on

August 7 2018 9:00 I walked into the store to take one small garbage bag 50 cans all washed out and cleaned pre counted as soon as I walked into the store the ladies at the counter denied taking them and continued to say nasty things to me and refusing to take the cans back saying if I didn't leave to store she was going to call the cops for no reason other then she was having a bad day and didn't want to work.

Go to the store every morning and I question myself why because the store and never has creamers never have sugars three people on staff and they'd rather sit behind the counter and talk and I give a damn about nothing it's about time maybe corporate steps in and actually gets the store up and running the way it should be.
