I have been bringing my 10 lb dog for grooming here regularly for 16 years, 6-7 times per year. My elderly dog is now blind and deaf with no other medical problems. I have been washing/shampooing my dog at home for several years at their request ( and incidentally still being charged the same fee). I was informed today that they would no longer accept my dog for grooming because “she gets so upset and is difficult”, they “are afraid that something will happen to the dog”. My dog still needs to be groomed and I think perhaps some compassion, professionalism and gentleness for my elderly dog, a long time customer, might be warranted and may go a long way toward making her less “difficult and upset”. Dog Grooming By Rachel was recommended to me after my puppy had a horrible experience at a previous groomer that left her fearful of having anyone touch her paws. Everyone here was friendly and my dog was treated with care. We were taken quickly and my dog liked it here so much she didn’t want to leave. Thank you for making our day.

Highly recommend!! I have a very anxious golden retriever who is afraid of everything. I was shocked when the groomers told me they were able to use the blow dryer and do everything I asked to be done. They were extremely accommodating and my golden came back super soft, smelling amazing, and looking adorable! Definitely will be coming back :)

The only groomers I trust with the pups. All instructions are followed 100%. They're never afraid to go in and they always come out looking fabulous! Always grateful for Ann too, who always gives great tips for taking care of the pups!

Had been bringing my two German Shepards there for awhile until one day I had to wait two weeks for an appointment and by the time I got the dogs in my one dog was shedding pretty heavy upon arrival, the owners daughter was very nasty and told me my dogs hair was unexceptionable and they wanted 20 bucks more to groom him. I wasn’t happy with the way she was talking to me but I said ok. About 4 hours later they called that the dogs were done and ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was informed that my dogs are nasty and were biting Which they told me was going to cost another 20. My dogs were never a problem there before so I’m assuming it had to do with the daughters attitude and how they handled my dogs because she was mad he was shedding. On the way out I was told if I wanted to bring my dogs back I’d have to sedate them????? . I told them don’t worry I won’t be back.

Professional service! My friend’s dog has been going for years and we adopted our dog in October of 2017 and have been going for a long time now! Our dog isn’t used to being groomed and is difficult. However, they are so kind and patient. They really care about our dog and are so grateful and happy with the service!!

Anne is so knowledgeable about my dogs health needs. She has recommended products that my vet never has & thanks to her, my dog is 16 today, walks twice a day and happy & alert. Sarah is the best groomer ; has a lot of patience

We've been using this pace for years. They take good care of dogs and aren't overly expensive. Sometimes they don't trim completely according to the requirements for the breed, but it's not a big deal for non-show dogs.

The owner dragged my dog by his head collar and I had to yell at her to stop. I should have followed my gut and never left him there. When I picked him up he was dehydrated and shaking and had a fear of groomers after the experience. IDK what they did to him there but I would never trust my fur kids with this place again EVER.

Very poor customer service. Disgraceful the way they treat their repeated customers. I brought my golden doodle at appointed time (7 am) for bath and cut. The groomer was shouting at the receptionist that she always OVERBOOKS her and she can't do my dog. She proceeded to say I must have either washrd him myself bc his hair was curly. I denied this saying he has curly hair. Next the groomer , still in the back SHOUTED tome his paws have mats!! She'll have to shave his whole body & repeated I don't have time for this!! This was a confirmed appointment. I left.

They did a very nice job with our Jax, who's an Aussie terrier/mini poodle mix and 13 months old, for his first time haircut and he looks so handsome! I'll be bringing him back next time around.

Called and got same day appointme r. Knowing my 2 sogs neesed a lot of pampering. They did excellent job on both my dogs. I will definately be bringing them back on a fegular basis
