If you ever want donuts from tops Walworth is the place to go! Been to many other tops but Walworth is the best donuts around. You can catch great deals but watch out for the soda it's a little high-priced. The staff is also generally happy in willing to help.

Great place to visit. I usually get my birthday cakes from this specific location. Store is always clean and they have so many options. Always well stocked. Workers are always very friendly. Especially at my last visit. Unfortunately, I cant afford to shop here regularly because they are kinda expensive but I do definitely recomend stopping by.

I've been shopping at Tops Markets for years, and I'm always impressed with the store's selection and prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-organized. I appreciate the variety of products available, from fresh produce to specialty items to prepared foods. The store's prices are also very reasonable, and the quality of the products is excellent. I also appreciate Tops' commitment to supporting local farmers and businesses. Overall, I would highly recommend Tops Markets to anyone looking for a great grocery shopping experience. It's definitely one of my go-to stores!

*2/26/23 Since my last review, things have improved. Food is properly stocked and I can quickly make my purchases in the morning.Though, I feel like there might be food tampering or improper food handling/safety with the prepared chicken rice dish I like. Now every time I eat one I'm having horrible diarrhea. That definitely didn't happen prior to my original review 😥.Also, the consistency and quality of chicken rice dish has drastically gone down. There used to be actual chunks of chicken in it, now I'm finding large pieces of skin and fat.(Original review) Usually disappointed in their prepared foods section. I'm gluten intolerant and my favorite dish is always gone, fajita chicken rice and beans.Things they can improve:A) Better gluten free selection.B) Do a better job at keeping things stocked, especially popular things that are always gone.C) Service is pretty slow in the mornings while all the old ladies are busy gossiping.D) Cash back is limited to $40... really?Things they do well:A) Pleasant and helpful employees

Extremely rude and aggressive employees. This location is less than 5 minutes from where I live but I’d rather drive to Wegmans even if it’s farther just because I am not treated poorly by the employees there. While checking out in self-checkout, we had an employee YELL at us several times to stop removing items from the metal tray which weighs the objects. We explained that since we had a cart full of groceries, we needed to remove the items as they all wouldn’t fit on the tray. Instead of giving a solution, we were repeatedly yelled at and given dirty looks and made to feel uncomfortable. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a grocery store and I will not be returning.

Awesome, awesome place. Love the gas option and prices are way better than wegs. Do need organic milk and must take care of the yellow jackets in the parking lot, though. They swarm you as you put your groceries or kids in car.

I have never been disappointed with this store and the employees. I used to drive from Webster to shop here, now I live here in Walworth. I have had great customer service here, people go out of their way to help, the produce is great, the store is clean and well-stocked.

The lady at the front desk was so rude. She helped return some of my bottles but was spoke rudely when she said I could return other brands. I was going to buy stuff there after returning bottles but that completely me change my mind.

Had a question for the woman in the bakery and she was very helpful and that is what i would have thought for the entire store until i got to the front end . Gentlemen was asking a question about gas rewards and the woman at the end of the register was giving him half answers and when he left she mocked him thru her actions . Sure hope she did not do the same to other customers . It is funny in the certain way that the picture president of the company was behind her talking about the new tops .

This store is clean and tidy. They gave so many more items than some others. Found everything I was looking for, and then the cashier's were awesomely friendly and helpful too.

Seriously, prices here are the highest in town as far as I can tell. There is very little staff here to wait on you although the people you do encounter are reasonably friendly and the stores kept clean. I only go here for the bogos or some of the other weekly specials. All the other prices are like paying the high prices you would expect in a convenience store.

I went in for a veggie tray and found 1 option, which seemed relatively high in price. This was discouraging as it was needed that day. Other than that the store is an easy layout to maneuver and a good selection of the other products I was looking for.

I shop at the walworth tops weekly..I have learned you must shop on sunday to get the specials for the week..because the shelves can be empty..Sunday june 14 I came there at noon to buy corn on special for .24 each..there was none out..took a while to find help..I was told..we only put out a little each day..we have to make it stretch all week..there was a limit of 6 ..I said can you give me 3..I had 8 ppl coming over for a cook out..he reluctantly gave me 3..the worst corn ever..went in the garbage..my guests were appalled..they shared their experiences at this store..none were good..I will say pam at the counter is amazing..very helpful..always friendly and helpful..a few young kids are good too..but in general..not a good place to shop..I'm sorry..

As I was walking out of the store today the Male manager was very rude to the young man shoveling the walk way. At one point he said " dont look at me like I'm speaking a different language". I dont know what the problem was but he was very rude disrespectful and very unprofessional

Stopped to get gas and the young man in side seemed to be put out by my coming in to make sure I could pay cash and debit in one transaction. The staff inside store are amazing.

Great drinks and a great bartender. Server was good. Food had great flavor but unfortunately, most of the seafood in the paella was overcooked and a bit rubbery.

The store was well stocked and the staff was very helpful. Tops had changed it's policy on how much cash you can get back with a personal check, and I had no idea it had been changed however.

I cannot speak for all the other locations, but this Tops is very clean. The shelves are always stocked. The employees are all very friendly and courteous.

There needs to be better management in the Carry-Out Cafe. This is now the fourth issue I've had, all with employees who are untrained and clueless. Very disappointing.
