I do agree that some of the stuff isn’t helpful or nice but when the lady with the dog George is there is the best time to go. She is friendly kind very helpful. George is adorable and friendly. My dogs love going there to see George and to get there favorite treats.

Absolutely LOVE this place! The staff here is amazing and will answer any and all questions you have. They give you facts and not lies. They are always upfront about their products. They will even order specific items for you if they don't have it in stock.

Very professional and helpful staff. Well stocked with a variety of pet items. Prices are comparable to large chain stores. It's a family run business. I highly recommend this store for all your pets needs.

Although I agree some things are more expensive I support family owned businesses. I ordered pet rats from them and took them home today. They gave me such good advice about how to take care of them and pointed me in the right direction of what I should buy for them. They told me they would be a little scared at first because they weren’t totally used to human interaction since they were babies and so far I can see how healthy they are compared to stores like petco. I had horrible experiences with these big stores due to lung infections and these guys don’t seem to have any signs of health issues. It might only be a day but I already would notice signs (coughing sneezing) within a few hours after buying from them. They seem to really care about their animals and that means more to me than the price of bedding or food. I will definitely continue shopping with them for my animal needs. I’m so glad I chose them for my new fur babies!

bought a gentle leader dog head collar by pet safe, recommended by the worker; was the worst buy ever. The first time i used it on the dog all he did was jump in the try to get it off and ended up biting his tongue. Also they kept trying to sale me small $30 bags of dog food, over priced items.

Great place, affordable higher quality brands, lots of pet toys - LOCALLY OWNED. They gave us a sample of Fromm Dry Cat food free. You can bring your pet in.

3/31 went in here waiting for help for about 15 min only one other customer. Not a hello, smile or acknowledgement that I was in the store waiting at the counter.. walked out currently On my way to pet smart so much for supporting local businesses.

Walden Animal Deli is the ONLY place to go for your pets. The girls are AWESOME to the pets, my dog Charlie, and to pets moms and dads. Extremely helpful, caring and friendly... AWESOME JOB GIRLS. I go NO where else. Its worth the trip thanx my friends !!! 👍🤗

Expensive. I would not shop here regularly because of the prices. I only only in a last ditch effort if I couldn't go to another store. Although this is a great place to get specialty dog foods that other local stores don't carry.

Very rude staff not helpful at all was looking for small animals, Guinea pigs which they say they have on their website but they have nothing at all. A woman working there was making rude comments under her breath to another coworker.

Nice local animal supply store used to be Cagney's feed. Still has a great selection of natural pet supplies.
