One of the best Walgreens I’ve been to in a very long time. Linda, in particular, makes this Walgreens great! In fact, I’d go as far as saying that Walgreens would be a fool to let her go. She deserves a raise. She is a sweetheart who remembers people by name. I was compelled to buy something from the store just because I wanted to be rung up by her after being in the store for a few hours to do some third party work. As someone from the city, she was refreshing to be around and made the store a fun environment to be in. I observed her asking people how they were doing when they walked in the store continuously, Also, without her knowing that I was part of the third party team, she went out of her way to recommend a better place to find the item I was looking for to purchase after she observed me looking perplexed while looking for it by the register. Then when I put my number in to retrieve my Walgreens account as she rang me up, she saw my name and started calling me by my name for the rest of the transaction. True definition of customer service.

Every month I go to this drug store and without fail, the pharmacy is closed because there is no pharmacist. There is no excuse for this. It is imperative that a pharmacy is open in order for the public to get their medications timely. What is someone to do when they expect to pickup their diabetes medicine or blood pressure medicine and the pharmacy is closed? Unexceptable!

Strict social distancing guidelines followed in this home town North shore gem. All employees wearing masks. Hand sanitizing station at entrance to store. Distancing markers and aisle arrows could be seen throughout the store. Shelves consistently stocked. Floors and shelves clean.Employees are consistently friendly, helpful and professional. Many employees including Linda and Mike at the register are always positive and able to help me in any transaction. I feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer.

Staffed with excellent, cheerful, and dedicated staff. Well stocked and the store looks great. Always service with a smile. Makes you feel really welcomed. At the pharmacy counter, pharmacist Muhammad is extremely knowledgeable, upbeat, and always willing to go above and beyond for whatever you may need, whether it be fighting the insurance company on your behalf, or even if you go there not feeling well, after dealing with Muhammad I usually leave in a better mood from when I walked in. Kudos to the entire team for providing such a WOW customer service! Thank You. I choose Walgreens pharmacy because I choose Muhammad!

Linda, front end associate, has a horrible attitude for someone who deals with customers all day. I used to work there and all I was trying to do was offer my help on something I knew I could do when she said I couldn’t. She will get the day she deserves. Have a better attitude, or don’t work in retail.

My review pertains to experiences as pharmacy services customer as I don't generally shop at Walgreens otherwise (not that it's a bad store, I just don't do much of that kind of thing). I am specifically impressed with the pharmacy manager, Jason, but the entire staff is pleasant enough and highly professional. Having used dozens of pharmacies over the years, Jason is without question the kindest, most competent, and diligent practitioner I have ever encountered. I have been repeatedly astonished at the effort he will go to resolve any issue whatsoever. He is pure Gold, a vital asset to that organization. If he were to move to another position an hour drive away I would probably follow and I believe that may be the highest compliment and a reason to retain him at any cost. I know of many who feel the same. I don't make a habit of posting things like this, but I feel that strongly.

We noticed poor landscaping and litter on the property. Especially on the southeast corner of the building.This is an embarrassment to our beautiful Wading River community.Please do a better job to keep this property up to a Wading river standard.

Thank you, thank you, thank you Wading River Walgreens! We had an emergency prescription to fill and you didn’t have it in stock but you researched for us and found it at the Medford Walgreens. Kudos to the Medford Walgreens too who filled the prescription in less than an hour. The Riverhead Walgreens was useless, didn’t help at all. Do yourself a favor and use the Wading River and Medford Walgreens, well worth the trip for excellent support and help!!!

Don't waste your time going to this Walgreens for COVID booster shot, they don't honor the appointment you made on Walgreens website, despite of their website determined that you were qualified for the 3rd dose, and confirmed an appointment for you, but when I went there, the staff there used their own rules, and refused to give me the shot.

Best walgreens in the area! Stocked up, friendly staff, and you can utilize the pharmacy without waiting for an hour (unlike other local walgreens...)! Switched my prescriptions to be fulfilled here :)
