We just received our carpet back from Robla’s Carpet Care and I’d like to share just how impressed I am with this company. From the moment the phone is answered until your service is complete, you are treated with the utmost professionalisms, efficiency and consideration. Add the top-notch service into the mix, and it adds up to a win/win situation for us.Our carpet looks almost new again, and we feel so much better knowing it’s been cleaned inside and out, on both sides. We felt like their price was completely reasonable, and they picked the rug up and dropped it off for a minimal fee. They moved the furniture and the two service representatives, both named Josh, were delightful; again professional and efficient, with personality plus. An additional benefit is that the company covers a huge service area.We won’t hesitate to call on them next year. We highly recommend Robla’s Carpet Care!

Roblas is the only company I will have steam clean my carpets. Unfortunately I had to cancel my first appointment and they were able to reschedule me right away. Josh Kennedy was very polite and professional in describing the process and performing the steam clean. We had a fire at our business, the Raquette River Pub near the end of 2022. The entire staff of Robla's was amazing! Fom the floor pros who dealt with water soaking everything from putting out the fire to all of the cleaners who meticulously scrubbed every surface and every item in our place, they were professional, thorough and very thoughtful and understanding of our emotional state while dealing with the devastation we were dealing with. It was a huge relief to have them here handling the cleanup! It was also nice to know it was a local company and crew. I highly recommend their services for fire or flood restoration. I recently had Robla's carpet care clean my lr carpet and a couple small area rugs. These rugs look like brand new. I have been using Robla’s Carpet Care for years now, and will continue for years to come! In a house full of dirty work boots, a toddler, and muddy dog paws, my carpets can turn to filth quickly. It never ceases to amaze me the life that is brought back to my tired carpets after a cleaning with Roblas! Making an appointment with RCC is as simple as it gets, they always answer, and are extremely flexible when requesting to schedule an appointment.
