One of the best Walmart stores I have been to. The shelves are well stocked. The employees are very pleasant. This store is very clean compared to other stores. I have never waited very long in the checkout lines here. The parking lot is safe and clean.

I have been going to Victor Walmart for years now. I do my grocery shopping there and have no complaints. The fresh produce is good. The shelves are always well stocked. Associates always around to help if necessary. Best of all, I love the self check-out lines. No long wait for check-out any more. Self-explanatory. Very user friendly. An associate always there to help. On-line pick-up is also very efficient. And to top it all, prices are the best compared to any other grocery stores😊

Seth in the pharmacy is absolutely incredible!! He always lends an ear when I'm struggling with my numerous medical issues and somehow makes my day just a bit better. He is so compassionate and goes out of his way to help you in any way he can. Seth is the reason my family uses Walmart Victor pharmacy, even though there are pharmacies much closer to our home!

This store I enjoy going to. Clean and friendly workers...for the most part. Some have been rude. Check out is so much easier especially for self check out.

11/2021 this visit was decent and I like this store but they just don't carry as much as other walmarts as it's a smaller store so unfortunately while I did get some stuff I couldn't find what I was looking for and had to visit a different location.5/2021 Very busy and Very nice store. I only shop here occasionally as it's not my local store. Only gave a 4 because they have this really loud alarm that goes off all the time.

Self check out software deemed that I may have missed a scan (I did not). Associate came over and was incredibly rude, grabbed my groceries and rescanned an item because she deemed I must be stealing (a freaking lunchable). She argued with me that I was wrong despite me pulling them out and showing her I scanned each one. Only once I repeated myself multiple times did she remove the extra item she scanned and walked away talking under her breath without a single apology. Absolutely rude, completely embarrassing in front of a group of people and my child, and the audacity to touch my groceries without a single word to me is unacceptable. Don’t go to this location.

After returning home, and noticing a missing item in my curbside order, I called and spoke to a dozen different people after our call was cut off 3 times and I was transferred to different people with each call, no exaggeration! Nobody could help me because they kept telling me I “canceled the item” while my app showed it was paid for and “picked up” I was clearly getting nowhere with the store, so I called Corporate and they confirmed it was paid for. I called the store AGAIN to explain and AGAIN nobody would call me back. Finally, the next day, I went in-person to speak to somebody about getting a credit, show them my app and prove that I paid for it because even after Corporate confirmed I had paid for it and agreed to issue me a refund, they actually emailed me a shipping label to return the item that I never received, in order to get my money back! Is this a joke??? Ridiculous!I’ll also add that there was only one person out of the dozen that I spoke to who bothered to apologize to me. Even after the item was tracked down and handed to me in the middle of the store, no apology from this person either. Like I am the problem?? I was literally just trying to get what I paid for. This seems to be a systemic issue with in this store. I won’t be shopping here again.

Now $2 per bag? Really? Greedy Walmart sucks. I spent $150 in groceries and you can’t afford a bag that is two cents?NOW you need me to pay for bags? Really? And check my own items out? Wow! And you underpay your staff so not great service, And no your items are not the cheapest around anymore. Very very disappointing. Target can afford bags. Maybe should get some tips from them.

One of the nicest Walmarts... Still depressing to go in. Nearly no cashiers. All self check out. Which I personally hate. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Purchasing from a corporate giant that doesn't pay well or offer livable benefits just disgusts me.

Sucks!!! Prices great!! Staff.. the one person we actually found... 👍 person, although he didn't know where anything was. Oh.. yeah... people were just walking out without paying... and I'm sure that guy is on Parole!

Walmart always surprises me with the diversity of products and services they offer at a great price. As an example, I was shopping for a replacement 6 volt battery for my granddaughter's motorized vehicle that cost $20-$40 online from other retailers including Amazon. When I searched for a better price, Walmart stocks the same part number 6 volt battery for $9.Walmart has very good selection of groceries that Wegmans only offers in their own brand. We love the Asian meal kits with spices, ingredients and sauces.

No trucking parking allowed. Neighborhood has a noise ordinance. Walmart drivers are not even allowed to park here. Again, no trucking parking allowed. You will get booted.

This was my closest walmart and not very busy. I was able to get in and get what I wanted and get out pretty simply! A Thursday in October. Note that buying paper bags is no longer an option here.Update: they have placed their reusable bags at the register to buy them.NEW Update: They now apparently have free paper bags available.

Has really gone downhill in the last few months. Dirty, not well stocked at all, parking lot is a mess-trash littered all over the parking lot including empty oil bottles and used diapers-disgusting! Really disappointed because I loved shopping here-it used to be clean and the people were friendly but not anymore.

Love this Walmart. Always clean and well stocked. Since it is a "Supermarket" and Walmart they have just about anything you can imagine. Plenty of parking. Staff on the floor as well as the registers are extremely friendly. Can't find some thing? There are always people to help you and bring you right to where the item is located. In the evenings, after dark, I am not afraid as a single woman to park, shop and return to my car. Always staff in the lot retreving carts so I feel safe, not that the location is unsafe by any means.

Walmart on line FORCES me to pay for order in advance/ It will not allow me to pay in store when I pick it up items. Given all the problems with Walmart, I did NOT want to put in MY credit card number, so I purchased gift cards to use. That was worse for ME, but benefited Walmart Profit - shame on Walmart. I suspected that my orders were shorted, but I had not printed out, and had factual information, so that was pointless to try to address. FINALLY after enough times, of not just me, as soon as I arrived home I checked what I recieved verses what I paid for - sure enough I was ABSOLUTELY shorted for what I PAID for, but did not recieved. If I am paying for items I do not get, it is like Walmart prices are 20% higher, because they get ALL their money, and I do not get ALL my order. I tried to get Walmart to offer some kind of correction, but that was a waste of my time, and just aggravated me. Cost-effectiveness is to order from a different company. If I get ALL Of my order, I will save money in the end. What price does not being aggravated hold - for me it has a pretty good price tag. Perhaps the Attorney General should be investigating this .... they do not even have to take my word for it they can go through the process, and most likely will get the same result as I did. I believe it is a general problem - not specific to targeting me.

This is the nicest Walmart in the Rochester area! Only disappointed that the Starbucks k-cups had several varieties out of stock for this visit. I drive a longer distance to go to this store.
