I feel so incredibly lucky to have a business such as this in Rochester. I had done a ton of research on feeding a raw diet to cats, and switching seemed like a no-brainer. When I was told we had a local business who did just that, I was thrilled and ordered that day.Since then, my cats have tried all the feline food options and are absolutely obsessed. My orange guy, affectionally named Fat Baby, would have you fooled by how picky he usually is with his food, but I have not had any pickiness issues with Roc City Raw food. He and his sister Lilah sit at the counter and scream at me while I prepare it. They've never been this excited about meal time, and I've never been this excited about how they look. It only took about a week for me to notice a change in their coats. They are much softer and shinier then they had been. Fat Baby has some dental issues and suffers from stinky breath, but I've noticed an improvement in that as well. Even the contents of their litter box has shown improvement from switching their food to raw.I didn't even need to justify the cost to the health benefits. Roc City Raw is so affordable that it is actually a little bit cheaper than the store food I was purchasing before. Plus, the customer service is great. Katie is quick to turn around your order, extremely communicative via email and social media about what is available, and what will be available should there be low stock, and has the most convenient pick-up set up.Lilah and Fat Baby will be eating Roc City Raw for the rest of their lives (which I'm certain will be lengthened by switching over to a raw diet). I can't wait for their next vet appointment, and all the good marks they receive for their health.10/10, thank you for this wonderful product.

Roc City Raw has been an absolute blessing and game changer for me. This time last year I was dealing with frequently recurring bouts of some kind of bacterial infection with my oldest pup JJ, a going on 6-year old Husky/Mini Australian Shepherd mix. The kind where I was starting the become a frequent flier at my vets office. She lost weight, was barely pushing 30lbs when she's supposed to be 40 pounds. Was pooping blood and had constant diarrhea, and her coat was absolutely terrible. We've tried multiple different kibbles over the years and she would just not eat or would pick at it.Since I discovered Roc City Raw she is at a normal weight, is happier and has more energy, her coat looks and feels amazing and best of all? Normal poops! It is so easy to order, the pricing is incredibly reasonable given that it's locally sourced from quality farms and they are more than happy to answer any questions that you have.Feeding your pups shouldn't have to be super stressful. Roc City Raw has made it so easy that I'll be transitioning my other two dogs to it as soon as I have freezer space!

Amazing service, communication and food!! (so I'm told). Very affordable and a healthy alternative to kibble. I highly recommend buying from them, you wont be disappointed...and neither will your fur baby!!
