This place is the best cat shelter I have ever seen. They don't keep cats in cages and let them roam around the building and includes a cat patio for those who want a little fresh air. Staff are very sweet and helpful. 100 percent I recommend

My husband and I went there yesterday to meet Shelby. After an hour we took her home with us. We live 45 minutes away and she did great with the car ride. The shelter was cleaner than any shelter I have ever seen and the staff was very patient and helpful. With Shelby being 2 and never having lived in a home we weren’t sure if she would come around, she was very shy. When we first let her out of her carrier when we got home around 6pm she immediately ran into a cubby on our tv stand and that was her comfort zone so she stayed there for a while, by 11pm she was ready to explore, about 2 hours after we went to bed she even got brave enough to jump up in our bed. So far so good. She is coming along much faster than we expected. She even ate all of her food. More pictures to follow

This is not your typical adoption facility! Pet pride is a beautiful feline sanctuary with employees & volunteers that exceed expectations. You will be impressed by the cleanliness and resources put into the sanctuary-it’s straight out of a magazine! Unlike lollipop, everyone working here is knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat, welcoming, professional, patient and extremely helpful. The majority of the cats roam freely and are all so adorable & happy to greet you! There is no need to feel rushed but make sure to make an appointment on weekends. WHY? So you can reserve a time slot for one on one time with your cats of special interest. Yet, weekdays are walk-in friendly. My cat that I adopted today was handled by Julie. She is beautiful and so enthusiastic about the adoption process! I brought my 1 & 3 year olds and there wasn’t a problem. My kids were able to test the temperaments of each cat we chose to meet. I genuinely recommend this sanctuary because you’re guaranteed to bring home a happier cat vs anywhere else!!-Go here-don’t waste your time or money anywhere else! You’ll see what I mean when you open the door!

My family and I went to visit today all the little furry kitten and adult ones. We spent about an hour and a half socializing with everyone who was awake. We love the place and how the staff and volunteers take care so nicely of each of the resident felines. We are planning to go back again.

Best place to go to adopt a cat, very helpful staff, wonderful cats and kittens and very quick in and out process! What's not to love about this place and also a lot of the cats run free in the facility so you get to play with them and grow with them until you find the one you want. We got a kitten aurora (originally Holly) who's perfect!! Very energetic and loves to play and gets along with our other cat as well. Definitely recommend this place 1000000%

A bit late to review but I adopted such a sweet boy (froggy, now known as Jax) from this facility a few months ago. It was a wonderful experience start to finish! The cats are all lovely and have a very clean and spacious environment to roam! The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the different cats personalities. The adoption it’s self Was also a very quick and easy process! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to adopt a cat!

I had a great experience coming here! The staff were very kind and helpful, the sanctuary was super clean and, very nice inside. They take very good care of all of the kitties! I saw Benji on Petfinder and had to go meet him! We brought him home same day through foster to adopt, which was exciting. I highly recommend this place. The staff were very helpful. Benji is already making himself comfortable :)

I was really amazed by the physical space the cats have at Pet Pride, it's like a first class hotel for these kitties waiting for their forever homes. The staff have constant interactions with the cats which helps them learn about their personalities. This is very helpful for matching adopters to adoptees. We found our perfect fur friend there and highly recommend checking Pet Pride out if you're looking to adopt a cat or kitten.

tl;dr - if you're looking to adopt a cat, you should visit Pet Pride first.I adopted two kittens here. It's a literal cat sanctuary. To say that the people who work here care about cats is an understatement. They were so supportive in helping me select the right cats for my household, and put no pressure on me. The people who foster for them also definitely love the cats they care for. All in all, a great experience and I am so happy to have adopted my adorable kittens here.

I adopted my kitten here about a month ago and the staff is so friendly and helpful! I called a few times for extra information as this is the first kitten I've had and they answered a lot of my questions! I would say though I would have liked a little more information in the packet they give out about the procedures once they are spayed/neutered because this being my first kitten, I wasn't aware that you should prevent them from jumping as much as possible and watch out if they are not using the bathroom after 72 hours (which my kitten was not doing) or not eating properly and I had a pretty big scare. They did let me know to check around the scar for any redness or bumps to make sure it doesn't get infected but maybe a little bit more details in the (already nicely constructed) packet they give out. But overall really great experience and I'd definitely go back to adopt again!

We met our sweet Abby tabby cat a week ago and absolutely fell in love. Everyone at the rescue was knowledgeable about all the cats and honest about their behaviors if there were any. We brought Abby home with us and she was shy at first but has since come right out of her shell. Her eye started watering and the rescue got us right in and treated her without cost. Pet pride is an amazing rescue and we would absolutely use them again!!

We bought home our kitten and couldn't say enough good things about petpride. First off the facility is extremely clean and the cats all look healthy and well care for. You can tell these people care a lot about the cats here. Second, the process was awesome. We didn't have to compete or run in to the place to adopt the kitty we liked which was so much more convenient than other places. The adoption fee is very reasonable as well. Just can't say enough good things about this place. If you live in the area and are looking for a new kitten or cat, you would be best to go here first.

Wonderful cat shelter! Recommended cats based on my expectations. Cats walk freely, so you can easily interact with them and choose the one you like. Very helpful and friendly staff!

Pet Pride is one of my favorite places to visit. The staff are always lovely, the cats are clearly treated very well and most of them are extremely friendly and love visitors. Go in and pet them! And adopt!

Mt first experience with them and everyone was so great! We lost our cat after 16 years and coming in and visiting with the cars and kittens really helped. My new cat found a hiding spot for the first 12 hours but came out meowing. He is very lovable and cuddly. I'm glad I went and he found me.

Nice place where cats can go till adopted. Quite setting off the main road. Volunteers are very helpful. We had to surrender two cats that were born at our campground that we would have loved to take but we already have two rescue cats. We felt better that they were left in good hands and hope they have a new home soon.

Bottom line if you want the best of the best and the best of the rest, go there. Very knowledgeable and helpful people and at the same time they're not necessarily looking for people who want cats but are looking for Cat People. Bottom line if you think cats should be statues and not be on your kitchen counters and do exactly as you say like a dog then I would not go there because they are not for you but if you love cats and you feel they should be a part of your daily life and a part of your home then they are the place to go!!!

I am still upset about this place. It's been over a year since my childhood cats were put down here, and I'm reminded every day from the keychains of them on my phone that I didn't do enough for them. We were in contact with this place before we brought them in, so they had the means to contact us. But when our healthy cats got sick and had to be put down, they didn't tell us anything. You might assume that surrendered cats aren't cared about anymore, but it was the only choice we had and we loved them dearly... Which is why we brought them here, and not elsewhere. If I knew that they were sick, I'd have driven straight there to hold them while they got put down, but instead they died alone and scared. Any place that cares about their animals would've TRIED to reach out to us to be there for them. We wouldn't have even known that they died if my sister hadn't reached out to check on them, and even after the first one was put down, I messaged a week later to check on the other one just to find out he was put down too, again, without telling us ANYTHING. Furthermore, my sister was angrily messaging them at the same time as me calmly messaging them, and due to this, my asking about if anyone held them while they were put down and if we'd be able to get their remains, was ignored. All I have is a tattoo of their paw prints that I had no intention of adding halos over...

They seem very friendly and caring. We had surrendered 2 of our cats because we could no longer take care of them due to health issues on our part. They were both completely healthy had no problems at all had even been to the vet earlier this year who said they were totally healthy. A couple weeks after surrendering them. One of them supposedly got sick had fluid in her lungs and had a bad liver so they put her down and checked her brother who they said was fine and healthy but then not even a week later the EXACT same thing happened to her brother. I don’t believe they are a no kill shelter. I still want answers from what happened but never got a response back from them. I get the impression they only care to have kittens and not senior cats or adult ones because most people only adopt kittens.

I recently just adopted a cat from here. First I’ll start off with I LOVE MY CAT. I have been going through a difficult time in life and was in need of a new companion. They were communicative from the start. Once I arrived they were so warm, welcoming and friendly (the staff and the cats) They had a very great energy at the shelter. The cats were mostly roaming free within the building so you could really see they were at ease and see their true personality. I was interested in a cuddle buddy and inquired upon 2 cats in which they guided me to the right cat that was going to be the best fit and didn’t rush me into a decision. The whole process was a very easy and happy one. If I could do it all over again I would. Other shelters I have been to seem too impersonal and scary loud places to be for not only a human but for an animal. HIGHLY reccomend Pet Pride!!!

We took 2 kittens to them and everyone was very nice and accomodating. We could see the care they have for the cats and immediately started them on the shots they'd needed. It was a big relief knowing they are safe and will find a good home.

I just adopted this beautiful little girl from Pet Pride (I wish I could upload a photo), after a successful trial adoption to see how she would adapt to the new environment. She's getting lots of love and attention from her new dad and her adoptive brothers. The folks who run this shelter are awesome. They genuinely love the animals entrusted to them and take great care of them. The shelter is a house, which is fitted with numerous cat trees, condos, toys, and everything else one of these furry treasures need. When a cat isn't in his or her pen, it has free reign of the house, or at least that's how it seemed to me, so they aren't caged all the time. Plus, the adoption process seems suited to the cats needs. I've been looking for a long time for a kitten like this little princess and I'm very thankful to the shelter for giving me the opportunity to care for her forever.
