Finger Lakes Cannabis Company is truly setting a standard for the regions cannabis buying experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to take a few extra minutes to answer any questions I might have. Product selection rotates regularly and the cute dogs are a huge bonus. While they are a business, it truly feels like they care about your experience start to finish. I started attending their events and I really enjoy the sense of community they are building. Visit the train car for all of your cannabis needs, they’re on the right track! 🚂

Short version: Friendly staff, cute interior, fair prices.Long version: There is a place closer to me that’s cheaper, but so is the product. You are getting every cent of what you pay for here. I have family who drive 40 minutes to go to this shop. Not to mention all the other cute merch and locally made jewelry and pottery, it’s really delightful to walk through the store. If I have to complain about something, it would be that I always spend too much time here, because I get lost in conversations with the extremely personable staff. I’ll be stopping by soon, I love this place!

Can I just say WOW! This place is incredible!!The location in and of itself is historically fitting, aesthetically pleasing and truly practical!The atmosphere is spacious, open, inviting, and ultimately, progressive AF.The staff is personable, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about the work they are doing, which is a breath of fresh air! Chelsea is an absolute gem, which is a great asset to this newer business!Overall, between staff, location, atmosphere, and brand/mission values THIS is where you shop local for unique, locally based gifts and self care favorites. FingerLakes Cannabis Co. provides for such a pleasant and connection-oriented experience, from a customer's standpoint. It levels the playing field between customer-employee interactions; allowing for organic banter to exist, rather than merely a rushed transaction.Stop in and check it out if possible...and prepare to be amazed!!!

Absolutely the most professional dispensary I have ever seen. The people are unbelievably knowledgeable and friendly. They can answer any questions and provide an incredible level of comfort. It is great space both inside and outside. You can sit next to the fire on cooler days and watch people come and go. What an exciting place. A must visit.

Great dispensary with so many knowledgeable staff, wide selection of quality products. They are so kind to me and always help me with any questions! If you like OG strains and good quality product for reasonable prices, come here! They also have products you wouldn't expect so be sure to check out the full menu.I've been to dispensaries in NYC, Boston, Montreal, and CT. This is by far one of my favorites. I will always come back, and recommend this place.

Stopped by for the first time today. Very impressed with the cleanliness, variety of products, and attentiveness of staff. It was busy upon my arrival, but after a minute of browsing I was approached by a friendly, helpful staff member and assisted to find the right options for my pain issues.I like the ability to browse all their offerings at the order kiosk. It allows for easier comparison and offers the ability to find what you need without direct assistance, if that’s what you prefer! Having had a medical card since 2016, I know how expensive and extremely limited the medical dispensary options have been. This was such a welcome change!Items are made locally, and prices are reasonable for the products I chose.As a cane user, I appreciate knowing they are adding a ramp to the entrance, utilizing a local veteran-owned construction business to improve their accessibility. All-in-all it was a pleasant experience; as a life-long New Yorker, I am so pleased to see legal recreational shops finally being able to integrate themselves and work together with local suppliers and businesses to help meet the needs of their community.

We stopped in for the first time today and I was impressed. Very friendly staff. We were shown how to navigate a purchase with the keypad and from there it was so easy. Reasonable prices too. I will be back for sure!

Very well organized, informative, and great selection! The only criticism is that paying with a card is annoying and theres alot of steps i dont need to do anywhere else. So consider bringing cash. Other than that i really like the vibe there. I look forward to seeing what they do in the future. Between them and the brewery right there i have high hopes for that area. Update they fixed the credit process is way more streamlined now. Thanks to management for your response. i did not stop going to u over it but i am glad to see it resolved. In response to some of the negative reviews I think that the staff is super attentive and ive never waited more than a minute to be addressed. Theres always nay sayers dont let them get you down you are on the right track!

Skeptical, I read the reviews and headed to the shop. I was greeted and helped right away. All the top reviews are spot on. Staff's knowlegde and assistance is superior to any place around. Weights are perfect and the prices match the quality and amount you purchase. Staff can work with what ever descriptions, medical and curious questions one can throw at them. They cater for recreational to medicinal uses. There is much more than you think inside too.P.S. Tell your pets they deliver. ***This is a next day delivery. Still worth it.

Way better than the other legal place in the area. The people working could actually provide me with answers and suggestions instead of just random workers behind a counter on East Ave. Place was clean and safe not far from my house!I especially enjoyed the products I bought from local veterans. Really looking forward to this place being a regular stop for me.

they don't keep their app/website actively updated during the open hours, more often than not i have to leave without what i went there for. also, not open on Mondays? with that amount of staff/workers? inconvenient & out of touch. thought this was a company that actually cared about it community, but i see now that that is not true & they are just like every other company. fingers crossed a GOOD dispensary opens up in the area soon, because this is depressing.

No credit card security you will lose money here.They don't accept master card(No wonder why)DO NOT SHOP HEREPLEASE READThe card I use here was charged $300 that I didn't spend on a day I wasn't there.I've started the dispute and I'm getting the word out. Theft or bad security for it's customers.

This place is great! It's a cannabis shop located in a boxcar, literally two of my favorite things ever.The products are awesome and the staff was as well.They have flower - pre rolls - hash-ish things , and edibles.They also sell some glass and papers and things to help you use the products they sell.

Excellent place with amazing staff. I cannot believe the amount of care and concern I was given by my budtender. I believe his name is Cooper? I will check and come back to correct this because this kind man gave some of the absolute BEST customer service I have ever been given in my life. Glad to see someone in town. pricing was ok but not great. I’ve visited many cannabis stores across the country and this was the first one that I felt like I was at the mall. The product is is not physically available so you can’t smell what you buy you can look at a bud in a jar with a magnifying glass…kinda sterile, orders are filled out of site so you never see what is going in the bag. Maybe in the future they will have more product and start buying local, it’s all NYS but not from Monroe or Ontario county. Outdoor field grown product would be nice as well.

Middle aged and tried it for the first time! I’m very happy with the Senior Moments Relief mints. I don’t feel loopy or nervous. I was extremely worried that would happen. I only feel like I’ve had a glass of wine. I like that they also have CBD for pain and inflammation, rosemary extract, and Lions Mane. If you’ve ver considered trying this is perfect!
