This location is great. Nice and quiet during the week and Rick is always so nice. Friendly and great customer service. They always have what we need and my dog feels welcomed as well.

definitely one of the best organized, most clean Dollar Stores I’ve ever been to! the woman working was the only person on staff, since things were slow, and was friendly and kind. generally just a pleasant dollar store run! the aisles are set widely enough apart that it’s easy to navigate for folks with mobility devices as well, which is always nice.

The cashier was extremely rude! She stared at us the entire time we were there. And it seemed as if she purposely coughed multiple times as we were approaching the counter to check out. She was an older woman. Not sure if it was the color of my skin that she was bothered with but she made it pretty clear she didn’t want to give us any service. Pretty disappointing since my family came from out of town we had to deal with that.

What a bunch of low life people they’ve hired recently. Maybe it’s because I’m black I was invisible while I was waiting on 10 minutes. While I was waiting 3 employees were laughing and talking by a register . Ignoring me and two other people in line. Two of them went to back and one took her sweet time getting to a register. She had the nerve to say some random guy was ahead of me. I told I’ve been waiting in line when she was talking. Rude. No apology. No we’ll be with you in a second.

Merchandise can change daily which can be disappointing if you go back to get something. See it ... purchase it!Returns are store credit only and seasonal items can not be returned.Employees at Victor location are very nice and helpful.Employees at Henrietta, Jefferson Rd location are also very nice and helpful also.Lots of parking at both locations.

Are you kidding me? In the history of the USA we are in one of the most difficult times that it has ever been in! The fact that "Dollar Tree" is still booming (oh, and the price of $1 hasn't changed!) speaks volumes of its founder's. A true blessing in, not much of a disguise! 🙏

Floors have not been swept, vacuumed or mopped. Trash all over the floor. Boxes of merchandise everywhere. We walked in, down one aisle and left due to how dirty the store was.

I have been to several Dollar Tree stores throughout Upstate NY. This store is clean, neat, organized and well-stocked. This store stocks certain products that I use that are sometimes hard to find in other Dollar Tree store locations.

Well kept and great customer service. I was a bit disappointed in the wrapping displays. Very disjointed and widely separated. Easy parking and access. Will definitely shop there again.

Decent enough store for being a dollar store. Friendly staff. Brand name, warm spectrum, LED bulbs for $1! You can find deals if you look around.

Hey Out There, If you have not shopped at a Dollar Tree (I really can't believe that you have not ) you are definitely missing a FUN experience. ......and a great way to SAVE MONEY. YEP. YOU can buy ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. .....for only one dollar. Try it.

Jason is a bad management my daughter was play when I was buy stuff and he was mad because my daughter had one belt and she put the belt in the wrong place waooo what a good management....And he told me for put everything in the place I don’t even know where stuff going ...Bad place .....

Stocking shelves made it hard to maneuver my cart in some aislesA couple aisles were messed up by customers and needed straightening but they have a hiring sign on the door so probably short handed.

Friendly service and a sharp eyed cashier who noticed one of my mylar balloons I was purchasing was defective and leaking and it was replaced immediately.

Not as much selection as the larger Dollar Tree in Canadaigua. A good stop if you need something quick, though.
