Excellent rep (Paul) came to our new home under construction to talk about options for the window treatments! He measured and brought many samples to select from. I placed the order and was told it would be about 6 weeks. Right at that 6 week mark, they were installed and look great! One of the shades was not going up properly. Without us asking for a replacement, he said he would get a new one for us. Great company!

I have heard nothing but good things about this company so I scheduled an appointment. He was courteous and agreed with what I had in mind. When the installer came (Troy) he was courteous and had them up in no time. He showed me how to pull them down and up, explained the warrantee (5 years 1 replacement) because I have a dog. I am so pleased with the look and the ease of raising and lowering them!
