Best place to get your dog groomed. Melissa the owner is great. Very knowledgeable & friendly! We rescued a mini yorkie who we feel was kicked in the face, she lost 5 teeth and doesn't bark, very timid. She likes to hide & shakes if you go near her. Melissa gave us some ideas on how to help her. Dusty is our 10 yo Lhasa Poo, he also goes to Bow Wow.

I had a fairly good experience with this salon initially; I was able to text for an appointment and they did a good job with my pup. I contacted them again in the summer and they offered an appointment almost two months in advance - I took it, because I liked their services and they have a convenient location. I then received an abrupt text cancellation that the groomer who scheduled with me "no longer works there" and they can't fit me into the current grooming schedule because they're "all booked" - no offer of another appointment time, after waiting nearly two months for an appointment. Reading other reviews, it seems this is a regular occurrence. Unless you can waste time making appointments that won't be kept, I suggest going elsewhere.

Bow Wow never disappoints! I bring both my dogs here for nail trims and the owner (Lori?) always does a fabulous job! I’m always nervous bringing one of our dogs who can sometimes be aggressive, but she makes it a breeze. Very grateful to have you guys right around the corner!

We are delighted to find this new groomer for our dogs. They look and smell wonderful. Oakley’s nails are perfect. Other groomers seemed to not do his nails because he doesn’t like it! Kudos to Melissa. Both Oakley and Fergus had a pleasant experience! We will be back!

My 9 month old puppy has been going to Bow Wow Salon since April 2016. A wonderful experience! The staff is trustworthy and are always full of great suggestions. It's very clean there! Grooming, nail trimming, etc. is always carefully done. Doggy daycare has been a great time too. I love being able to buy grain free treats, healthy chews and check out leases, harnesses, etc. We're so lucky to have Melissa and her staff available to us! Many dog owners in my area are especially pleased with Bow Wow Salon.

I’m quite surprised to see any positive feedback honestly. I was throughly disturbed to hear the owner say that the dog she was working king with was “as fat as the owner”. Weather that’s true or not there’s no reason she needed to say that especially in front of other customers, now I understand why they have you drop your dog off and come back. Hearing this was sickening. I don’t think she’s any better to her employees as whenever anybody asks her a question she refers them to the other girls. Only to complain about what they did later on. I will never bring my dog here this was my experience from going with a friend I can’t imagine being an actual customer or employee.

Good location and nice people. Height adjustable tub was nice and they use all natural shampoo but the blower they had me use on my husky wasn’t powerful enough to get into his undercoat even with putting it super close to the coat. Probably won’t go back because of this

wonderful place to take your dog to be bathed and groomed. Was very pleased with the owner that was on site and very helpful as needed. Her staff were caring and helpful too. Looks like a nice place for a dogie day care opportunity too. Will make this a regular visit for my dog, Great prices and organic treats available there too. Over all very pleased.

Gus was a rescue we adopted about three weeks ago. The salon could have not been more knowledgeable and reliable with our 3 year old goldendoodle. Gus is looking better than ever and they pampered him every step of the way!. Thank you for us all having a Business like this locally.

The groomer did not cut my dog as requested. When I questioned the groomer I was pretty much called a liar as to what I requested. The groomer on the phone was very rude. And I don’t know what happened during the time the dog was allowed to walk around on the floor to when I got home but my dog now is unable to walk on it’s left leg. Because of the rudeness I will not be returning!

Went in with a dirty dog after a long muddy hike. We were able to use the self-serve dog wash. They took us in right away and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had the dog's nails clipped too while there. Will go again post hike. 🐾

Always friendly and very helpful. My 2 goldens can be somewhat unruly and very hairy, but they are always welcomed with a smile! Prices are reasonable and my dogs are always more beautiful when they are done.

Absolutely awful and unprofessional place! I took my dog there (who is small) and they did not groom him because he "would not get on the table." Needless to say, when I got home, I gave him a fur cut myself and he was fine with that. The lady at the Bow Wow Salon was cold and rude. Will not be coming back or recommending this place. I have known others to have nothing positive to say either.

Wonder place to take your puppy! Melissa is knowledge, kind, and understanding. Answered all my questions. If your taking your dog there for grooming or to bath it yourself, I would highly recommend Bow Wow!

Always personable. You can walk right in and use the tub, shampoo, towels, pet friendly hose and dryer, for a great rate! they do the clean up and are always glad to give you advice, answer questions and help you lift your furry friend in and out of the tub. What's not to love?
