I have a corporate membership at BJs, for 8 employees and myself, we are a small business in Penfield. I was charged for the annual renewal of the corporate membership and needed a receipt for taxes. I thought this would be easy so I called up customer service, they couldn't get me a receipt and told me that I should go to the store. The store told me that I didn't need an itemized receipt for the purchase, rolled their eyes at me several times and made me feel terrible. They told me that I could use my credit card statement as backup for federal taxes, I said that it wasn't itemized and could just be me buying beer, they rolled their eyes and told me that I would need to print out every account that had been renewed. I said okay and then they proceeded to give me printouts of all of the employees purchases for February -this was the renewal period. Once I realized that they might be giving out personal information ( they were giving me all of the purchases for all of my employees which could have been personal) I requested that they stop. Terrible customer service in every way possible.

I have not been able to go to your store in a year because of health reasons.I called ahead to see if you had motorized shopping carts and was assured that you did .I got there and there were 5 of them .I ask for one and was told they were all broken . WTH is that about? Is that customer service? As a result we left. Not being able to be there for a year, there was a lot that I needed. So sorry that I just renewed my membership. If Coscos wasn't 30 miles from us, that is where my membership would be.

Pricing for the exact same items are consistently higher at the Victor location, compared to Henrietta, Greece or Webster. I'm not talking a few cents either. More like 1-4 dollars per item. That adds up quickly. Gas is also much more expensive. As I write this review, Henrietta is 15 cents per gallon, cheaper.

This Bjs has a tire center and gas so you can easily make one trip when shopping. They have fresh produce and fresh meat to choose from. When you visit be sure to check out the clothing section, there is a great variety of clothing options. 🍎🥩👕

Love BJ’s! But the door greeter is the rudest old man ever! He always gives me hassle because I use the express pay and he hates it. Too bad! The rest of the door people are very nice about it.

AMAZING customer service, ABOVE AND BEYOMD!!! Jennifer in Bakery at the Victor NY store helped me with a big order for a large event we were having. She was incredible, placed my order with ease, had a cart ready for pick up and even walked me to the register and to the door to ensure I did not have any issues with my order! Again, above and beyond, best customer service I have experienced with a BJs store. Jennifer is a keeper and should be commended for how she values customers! Thank you for everything Jennifer!

Victor BJ's has been disappointing the last few times l've gone. Out of products l wanted, l don't shop there often, debating on if it's worth having the membership.

Gas prices are good, the store has some deals but they are kind of pricey for having to pay yearly to shop there.

The staff and management at the check out counter is very poor. I went there twice on the same day once for business and once for personal. On the first visit I was using self-check-out and I didn't notice that some of the things weren't scanning because I had to clear the area at the bottom. I was attacked by the manager and another staff member both at the same time yelling at me because of this and did nothing to help and stated they could not help me because of COVID-19. I was confused as they could not help me but did not give proper social distancing. Then after they left me they stood at the podium in front of me and started talking about me and complaining about me. Then the manager realized I was watching them and they stopped immediately. Another staff member saw how rude these women were and asked if I was okay and brought me another cart so I could clear the area.The second time I went there for personal. I chose the lane where a staff member was there to check out. I had my membership card out for her to scan and then she told me I first needed to load everything on the belt. Then after she started scanning about five things she realized that she never scanned my card. So then she asked for my card. I had cooler bags and asked if she could put the cold things in the cooler bags if not I would. She didn't say anything to me so I went over to the cart to put the rest of the bags in the cart as I had unloaded the cold groceries from them on the belt. She then yelled at me and said I had to step back. I did step back and she continued to yell and glare at me, so I asked where she wanted me to go and she pointed so I went in that area she directed me. I told her I understand the rules but I did not like the way the tone and the way she was talking to me and told her I was very careful to maintain six feet distance from her. She then said, "You are the one being rude." She also proceeded to continue to me nasty to me throughout the order. To make a long story short it was the worst experience I had at a check out at a store and I will never go back to this location. I have no problem doing what I am told but there is a respectful way to treat someone and I was completely disrespected. Even on the way out the guy checking my receipt had an attitude. I am also an essential worker and on the "front line" and I know that does not give me a reason to treat others poorly.

Customer service at this location is awful. Called on the phone and was on hold for 40 minutes and hung up and called back 3 times before getting to talk to manager about a TV we purchased just over 90 days ago that stopped working. Manager Patrick approved us to bring it back for full refund. Came into the store and asked the greeter if I could take the flat cart because I had a large return. He rolled his eyes at me and said yeah I guess. I pay a fee to shop at your stores and this is the type of service your customers get. Will not be back.

Personally a great store and great employee team. My son chocked on his baby cereal and a helpful employ by Cody saved him. I will definitely be coming back there to do my shopping soon.

I was at customer service today to get my card renewed and the customer service teenager was more interested in talking to her coworker the whole time while she was helping me and didn’t look at me once and just was like pay here and gave me my card and walked away…RUDE!

I see this place is getting some bad reviews from locals I'm a recent transplant from long Island. I can say, this BJs is heaven compared to the horror shows of long Island. This place is never busy (sorry management) and when it is it's always seniors buying like two or three items. I show up to the register 3 carts full and don't have to wait.I always find good parking, always find diapers, chips and other goodies I need. I really love this BJs, the only place they fail for me is in variety of certain food products.

The only thing I asked for was to not cut the bones off the prime rib. But on Christmas Day when I cooked it they were separated. No good at following directions. Why did they ask me how I wanted it done then?

Really enjoy going to BJ’s the prices are better with the quantity that you get. Wish they hadn’t left Geneva NY! We would all like a BJ’s in Canandaigua, NY.

This location is well stocked. For a warehouse club when compared to Costco they don't offer the same amount of tasting stations as does Costco. The location is really convenient as its right next to a mall. Prices are standard for bulk purchases.

This is one of those messed up locations that requires drivers to wait inside while providing no safe or quiet area for drivers to wait during unloading. When I delivered here, they rolled a chair out to the dock area to make me sit in the cold and noise of an active loading zone. If I were to wait in the vestibule, they wouldn't let me sit. If I were to sit, they wouldn't let me be warm or safe. It sounds like a stupid thing to rate a store for, until you have to deal with it. This place reminds me why I have a Costco membership, instead of a BJ's one. It's just not run as professionally.

B j's in Victor has now pulled a fast 1. The gas price they have out in front is 10 cents lower than the actual gas price. They get you in and then say oh to get that price you need the B j's credit card. 1st time they've ever done that. pretty low.

This location has been a great provider of food throughout the covid crisis. A well-kept secret. Also, I just went to the optical area and Amanda is amazing. She repaired my glasses and sent me on my way with a new case for them, all at no charge.

In the midst of all of this covid stuff, I left my cell phone behind in the cart while I was leaving this store! By time I got home and couldn’t find my phone, the store was closed and long story short, the manager Shane was called by an associate that was closing up, and he drove 30mins back to the store at 10pm on a Saturday night to unlock my phone from his office for me. I am so appreciative and definitely will shop at this location consistently. Thank you so much Shane!!

Do your homework and know the unit price on items at grocery stores before buying here. Bargains can be found if you will be able to make full use of the larger quantities you must purchase here. Gasoline is not a bargain. Member price is between 2 cents either side of local gas station prices.

Signed up for a 1 day pass and it said good to go spent like an hr in there and found what we wanted went to cash out and couldn't because the day pass didn't give us a number...very irriating so walked out without a cart full we had. So won't be coming back there again!

VICTOR, NY Store: In the past, we shopped at BJs frequently. On May 3, 2020 we visited the store at about 4pm. All of the customers were wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing, as required by New York State. Very respectful and polite. There were, however, multiple BJ associates not wearing face masks (2 associates, walking right next to each other laughing away) and wearing face masks that were pulled down to expose their nose or whole face (multiple). We know it is uncomfortable to wear the mask, but doing so is required by law and is respectful of others. When we approached the exit, my husband asked the person who checks your purchases to, "please, sir, pull your mask up before we approach you," the associate said, "I absolutely will not do that." We were shocked. The mask is to protect the customers and, again, is required by law. We felt unsafe in BJs VICTOR NY and will not be shopping there again during this time.

I love visiting BJ's because of the availability of samples and coupons. The place is always clean and easy to manuever. The staff is very helpful in finding items if needed and assisting with questions. The prices are great and getting certain things in bulk is so convenient.

I have and will continue to be a member but I was shopping alone one day and had a emergency they said they couldn't call a ambulance so I call someone to drive me home when she arrived she called 911. To make a long story short I was having heart problems. O wonder what would have happened if my friend did not call for me
