Love my Oticon Zircon rechargeable hearing aids received from Tri-City hearing. The aids work amazing and sound great.Also, thankful for the professional staff and my hearing aid specialist Amanda VanFossen.They have quality products and the team is knowledgeable, transparent, very patient, helpful and took the time to get my smartphone app set up. I stream music to my hearing device with great sound.Just had my 6 month follow up and so far very pleased and thankful with the ongoing services.Thanks!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted very professionally with very sweet smiles. Amanda brought me in after testing my hearing and explaining to me very thoroughly and with concern. Set me up to be medically checked out. And then showed me all of my options of the aids that I will need, but left the choice up to me and wasn’t afraid of spending whatever time that was needed.

Visited Tri City Hearing today and met with Amanda. Upon arrival I was greeted at the reception desk and asked to complete the usual paperwork. Amanda reviewed my information, asked and answered many questions for me. Upon completion of our introductory meeting, I was advised of what a hearing test entails. Amanda explained in great detail what I should expect and thoroughly reviewed the results with me. I left this visit having a better understanding of my hearing and what to expect in the future. This office is friendly, easy to schedule with, appears to keep on schedule. I would recommend Tri City Hearing with no hesitation.

I’ve been struggling with a hearing loss for 20+ years. This is the first time I’ve felt the need to write a review. Amanda is wonderful. She will not lie to you to sell you a hearing aid. I believe she genuinely cares about people. She has really changed my life fitting my with the lyric hearing aid even though my hearing loss was actually slightly out of range for the recommendations. She was very honest, and in the kindest way, when we went over everything. She was so worried I would be heartbroken if the Lyric didn’t work so she made sure I knew it might not and the way she did it I knew she really genuinely cared and didn’t want to see me upset. It did end up working out, but she let me know if it didn’t she would help me find the next best thing. I can’t express enough how amazing she is. Her staff is also excellent and helpful. They stay on top of reminders and scheduling. They call you if there are cancellations and you need to get in faster. I just felt they all deserve credit and someone pointing out how great they are.

A perfect experience. Amanda asked me and my partner lots of questions to understand the hearing problems I was having. Then I was given a hearing test and Amanda explained the results. She picked out the perfect pair of hearing aides. I was able to hear how the worked in the same appointment. Amanda recommended showed me how to use and take care of them. I left with new improved hearing! I highly recommend this practice.

Tri-City Hearing is an excellent spot to take a free hearing test and to learn more about hearing loss, and hearing aids in general. Amanda and her staff are excellent: warm, caring and professional. I have been going there (follow up appointments are excellent too) for 4 plus years. Today I had my hearing tested again. For free of course. If you are struggling with your hearing, or turning up your tv or phone, or are having difficulty hearing family or friends at times, please get tested and don't wait too long. Hearing aid prices have come down and the technology has gone up. Tri-City hearing is easy to get to along with easy parking.Keith
