Being a veteran and on cruches on long walks to stay off my foot right know seeing a parking sign for veterans is huge but this store stepped up and asked me what I need help with. They didn't just help they carried my stuff for me. I mean from shelf to cashier and I asked for a bag to make it easier to carry out that young kid looks at me not missing a beat "I will carry it out for you." Tractor Supply " Thank You

They have the cutest post-its, notebooks, etc. You would never expect it. Went for birdseed but came out with more.

As soon as I walked in, a fine gentleman asked if he could help me find anything. He was very helpful and the cashier was great, too. I love Tractor Supply and this is my favorite location, though there is one 10 miles closer to my home.

Never had a bad experience shopping here, as staff are always polite, the store is packed with a variety of options for those working on their lawn, landscaping, to even clothes and farming supplies.Store is kept clean, they regularly have fundraisers outside, so all in all, it’s nice to be close to this place.

Cashier was very helpful, I couldn't find an item that was in stock. One simple question pointed me to the exact in store location. And they were patient when I couldn't decide on what length T-posts to purchase. The yard attendant greeted me with a smile and had already gotten my items around for me. Quite an improvement from previous trips here.

Everyone there has always been very courteous and the customer service is excellent. Chad was very busy at the counter today, I had a problem with my order and he had me in and out of the store in five minutes. He has a great attitude and was extremely helpful.

As the name says, it has a lot of merchandise that is farm related. When I need a specialized piece of hardware, I know I will find it here. They also have clothing and other non hardware items that people would like to have at reasonable prices. You will find the staff knowledgeable and friendly as well.

They almost always have what I need (the products I purchase are apparently popular and sometimes out of stock, which is not unusual). The only negative here is thst they seem chronically understaffed which means their people are overworked. It can be difficult to get assistance but this is not a people problem, rather an issue of them not having enough staff.

They must incent their employees on customer service, everyone is so nice and helpful. I love just walking through this store and seeing what I can buy. I swear one of these days I'm bringing home a chicken coop and some chicks. I've never had a bad experience coming here

You are greeted everytime you first walk in to the store. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable about the products and those who aren't don't pretend to know if they don't know the answer then they will ask someone for help. All sorts of products. Not just for your home but also for animals.

It is well organized here and clean. The employees do their job they are just not, let's say, inviting. But overall, if you need something that they have, I would definitely pick this place over others in the area.

Employees are cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. They did not rush me through. They were patient with me as I erred using the card machine. I was pleased to find the catfood and flea treatment that I was looking for.

I only go here for 1 thing, pine pellets. Every time I go here, they hound me for a membership. I spend 7.99 a bag of pellets a week. I don't want a membership. Just want my pellets and leave.

They did have what I wanted, and what I did get was significantly more expensive than the last time I shopped here.9-15-2023 got a wheelbarrow tire. Not exactly the type I wanted, and more expensive than I expected.

We walked in to this location about 850pm, close to closing, and wanted to be 4 dog kennels, which they said the had in stock. Went to check out and the closing manager said she couldn't find the kennels and wasn't taking the time to look. I won't be shopping there anymore.

Tractor supply is where we go to purchase our equine necessities. We never have an issue finding what we need here. The store is well organized and staff are very helpful when we have questions.

Bought a smoker from here while we were in the process of re doing our rear patio. It sat in the box for a month while this project was being completed. By the time we got it together we realized it does not work. At that point it’s past the return window. Even though I purchased with my tractor supply cc they can pull up the order and it’s brand new they are unable to exchange or offer a way to make it work. Very disappointed as I felt tractor supply was a honesty customer oriented company but this shows they could care less about the customer it’s all about the almighty dollar. Last visit to tractor supply for this family.
