This location is the messiest, dirtiest and most poorly maintained store I have ever seen out of any Target I’ve visited. I went on a quiet Thursday at 12:30pm. No holiday rush. Absolutely appalling. We left and went elsewhere.

Placed a same day delivery order today to this target and waited 4 hours with no update. I called customer service and they told me that the store was closed and that my order wouldn't be processed until tomorrow. Why would you accept people money knowing that you can't provide the service you promised? I ran my issue through two avenues of customer service and all they said was sorry and have a nice day. This is an extremely scummy tactic to increase their bottom line. The only positive was that I got my money back.

Un-acceptable check out, even with store manager intervention.Target was know for having a revered front end operation, not anymore. You can validate this by reading other reviews. We have cancelled out Target credit card of 15 years and will shop elsewhere.

Once again in a Saturday their phone system was done completely! I started calling from 830 am until almost 2pm and finally gave up. I even called their Customer Support Number and they didn’t care! Wow! Make sure you don’t blame any of your associates get blamed for not calling in on February 17 for being sick because I can vouch for you. This happened about a year ago too for a whole day too! Not good for business! Reason I was calling is I put in an order to be delivered, as I am very sick and not wanting to get others sick. Put order in at 930am this morning. First order was to be delivered at 11am. Next thing it moved to 11-12pm. Then 12-1pm. Since I couldn’t call the store I called the 1800 number each time and was told to wait for the new time. On my 4th call at 132pm, since I didn’t get a 100pm delivery, I called back and was finally told the truth. That this store, Vestal New York, didn’t have anyone available to get my order together or deliver it. Now my new time is 3pm, supposedly. Wondering how you would feel if you wasted your whole Saturday morning and afternoon, when you have bronchitis, waiting on Target, and only to be lied to all this time? I am so furious! Why we pay extra money to do these services, for convenience and not to go out when we are sick! I can not believe a company that notes itself with great customer service would treat a customer over 40+ years in such a horrid way! I am embarrassed for you!

I mean a Targets a target but this place is a dump. Garage on the floor everywhere. Nothing picked up. Clothes laying all over. And I came in to the store in the morning so it’s not like it was mobbed all day and they didn’t have a chance to pick up or something.

Definitely on the more expensive side, and it’s fairly messy. That being said, you can’t beat the convenience of target. I can’t give it 4 stars because of how disorganized the store can be, but it serves its purpose well and the staff do their best.

Love the variety and quality of all the items in the store. Price is always reasonable. I also love that they are one of the few stores that still have a maternity section in the area. Clean and great customer service

Ive loved Target for a long time. This location has grocery and it's great about keeping items in stock. The drive up is extremely fast.

I went to the men's department and was looking for a shirt.I have never seen such disastrous mess In my life. Everything was thrown everywhere, pants and shirts and underwear all mixed in together.Found 1 shirt and when I went topurchase it the price was mfg. Suggested price. No discount, no sale.I'll never go back.

Store was messy and disorganized. The app said they had specific shoes in stock so I drove an hour to the store to try them on my son's feet to see they did not have what I was looking for. Just disappointed.

This Target carries a large variety of products, much more than my Target in Mt Kisco, NY. I feel sorry for the people who work in this store. Every time I go in here it’s an absolute mess from previous customers who have left things in total disarray and employees are busy cleaning up and remolding, rehanging, and straightening and restocking shelves. I suspect they don’t have late night crews cleaning up but the customers seem to be at fault from what I’ve seen as a visitor here.

Had a little trouble at the self checkout, and Rose Marie came over and helped us in a flash! Always great holiday decorations, got a GREAT deal on Christmas lights 🙌

As a former Target team member who worked as part of the flow team until 2012 I am very disappointed in Target as it is today. Everything that we used to do overnight is now done during the day. The employees block the aisles with their bins of boxes so people either cannot get in or they put it in the middle of the aisle so people cannot get around it. I personally have decided not to get something more than once because an employee has placed the bin blocking my way of getting what I needed. This is a constant thing for at least the last few years. Everything the etl's taught us back then about safety when working they do not do at all anymore. I'm waiting for the day when a customer gets injured because Target would rather be in a customers way then employ people at night all year. The etl's back then would be in complete shock if they were to walk in there today.

The store in Vestal is the nicest Target I have ever been to. It was clean and well lit. We were able to find many items for our incoming Binghamton University Son. The workforce knew where items were located.

Store is great, wish they had more Selection of water. How ever On-line WILL NEVER place an order again. I placed an order online for delivery, which I normally don’t do but being that I had surgery and cannot drive I had no choice. I placed an order for $75. They charged my credit card $109.00 four times. ($436) total. Being it was a weekend I could do nothing, customer service told me to dispute this charge through my bank. That helped NOT. Will never order delivery from them again.

Order online instead. In the past 10 years, this store has become a second iteration of TJ Maxx. Clothes and products are strewn about, all over the floor. The quality of clothes has declined, as well, going from being affordable and trustworthy, but maybe not the best, to junky.Overall, it's as if this Target decided to remove all incentive to shop here over Walmart or TJ Maxx. Whoever is responsible for keeping the store orderly and tidy should have lost their job(s) years ago.

I have to say this location at Target is the best. They have outstanding service, they put the patients needs above all. They have the fastest and efficient service I have ever encountered. Staff pleasant always, and so helpful. I definitely recommend you get all your optical needs addressed in Vestal. I will be back!!

Prices are too high. Products aren't that great, especially food products. Plus they're taking on social issues they have no business in advertising social agendas in the store. Do not recommend shopping here

Poorly stocked. Always out of stock when items are shown as in stock in the surroundings stores. Brought this up many times to the store management and they state they have no control over inventory. This is by far the worst target I have shopped at.

The store itself was ok. The Starbucks gets zero stars 2 drinks for 17 bucks and they were gross waste of money.Looking through the store I seen phones wanted to check them out not needing a new one, the guy that wanted to help was quiet unpleasant and gave off a very bad vibe skeevy at best. Made me want to leave the store and buy nothing.
