Do yourself a favor and don't return your Amazon packages here. I've never once had this issue with UPS or Kohl's when returning Amazon packages. I returned a couple items and days later realized under my Amazon orders it said I never even dropped them off. I called and they said there's nothing they can do about it and that I would have to call Amazon. They told me they had run out of labels, so it may take longer than usual. Well, it's been more than 10 days since I returned the items and nothing has changed. I honestly can't remember if they handed me a receipt or not, so I have no proof of return with a tracking number or reference number other than I know the exact time and day I was there. Staples, if you have no labels available you probably shouldn't accept returns. I am now out $50 and it's been absolutely impossible dealing with Amazon on the matter.

Easy drop-off of empty ink cartridge and purchase of new. I would be more likely to stay in stored and buy something else if my receipt coupon was for something other than shipping or copying services.

Bought a La-Z-Boy office chair in 2021 and also purchased the extended warranty. The chair is used on a daily basis. Just last week the up & down mechanism failed and we filed a warranty claim online with asurion. The claim was processed in a timely manner with asurion, a 3rd party company. We received our e-gift card via email so that we could order a new chair in store or online. I called the Vestal store to see if they had any in stock and they did. I spoke with store manager, Anthony, who was very understanding and accommodating. I brought a copy of the original receipt and the eGift card that I was issed. Upon arrival, Anthony took very good care of me and personally processed the transaction. When I explained to him that the original chair purchased in 11/2021 was "price matched" and with a copy of the original receipt to prove it, he very kindly (he didn't have to) offered the same adjustment. I have purchased many chairs and other office supplies from this store and they are always so helpful and well organized. As a small business owner, it is reassuring to know that a big box store like Staples and the people that represent Staples care about their customers. We are very happy and will be returning for future purchases. Thank you!

Everyone knows assistance these days is scarce no matter where you go but the staff here has always been great. The one guy (wish I got his name) was particularly helpful at setting up the app on my phone for deals etc. I love the shipping/printing dept.

Hey Staples, interesting website you have. There's no email to contact corporate that I can find, and the feedback and chat buttons on your website aren't working. You are in violation of how your employees are treating customers who are medically unable to wear a mask. Your own website even states there are exemptions. Also, employees are telling customers, after they explain to them why they can't wear one, that Staples is being sued by customers who contracted Covid. Explain to me how anyone could prove where they contracted Covid-19 and sue a corporation? I was confronted by three employees and it was humiliating and I undoubtedly felt discriminated against. I can't believe I have to leave a Google review. We've done business with Staples for a very long time. We even had reps working with us to help handle our orders if needed. Thanks for making it so easy to reach someone.

I just went here for a interview my interview was at 10:30 showed up at 10:22 and sat there and waited for the guy till 10:43 nobody showed up.. I ended up leaving very bad first impression especially when you’re hiring… it would be different if he was helping a customer but I could literally see him. He was helping one customer then finished and went and stood infront of the desk

DO NOT GET A PROTECTION PLAN FROM HERE!!I bought a desk from staples and I got a protection plan with it, My desk drawer ended up breaking. So I tried to file a claim and realized staples only gave me a duplicate copy of the receipt. So I tried to file a claim but the receipt they gave me didn't have a bar code to scan. So I spent 35 dollars on a protection plan but I can't use it anyways because they didn't give me the original receipt. If I could I would do a 0 star review. Big waste of 250 dollars!

Just yesterday I had $231.08 charged to my debit card and although the cashier assured us it was voided so she could ring up the whole order again for 1 missed item both charges were taken out totaling over $450. The store says they have no record but my bank shows both charges. So will be soon standing outside with a sign warning everyone to be careful shopping here and watch their accounts. I ordered a filing cabinet online and it arrived damaged. Immediately called the local store to see if I could arrange for an exchange. To make it convenient for me, the store rep asked me to return it to the store and assured me that they have them in stock and I could exchange with another one. When I walked into the store, the store manager was very rude with the whole transaction. She did not offer help to bring the cabinet inside. It takes two people to carry it. And she denied the availability of the similar ones in stock. When I mentioned that I already confirmed availability with the rep during my phone call - she said , “ I don’t know who you talked to - we are a brick and mortar store, there is not much help here” ( I am giving the exact words- as I was really upset with the way she talked. I went in to also buy a office chair - but walked out without buying one. I don’t think I will want to go back to this store again.

A bit of along ride from home. That said they had half of the printer ink we were looking for. No black ink in stock, but the color cartridge was double capacity. Staff was friendly and had no issues with service. Wish the company would consider opening a store closer to my home in Towanda PA.

Went to them with a problem I needed some saved images ( from my phone ) that i needed printed out, halfway through their was a black out. I was very impressed with how the employees dealt with the situation, the power was restored shortly and they helped out everyone and managed to avoid what could have became nightmare for them. A team is great when it has members who are willing to go above and beyond. That is what I witnessed today at staples vestal branch when a staff member named Trinity (hope the spelling is correct) took extra job to print 750 color pages even though she had only 10 mints left in closing the shop. She also got hurt while binding the papers but all she focused on was finishing job properly. I have been planning to get those prints for weeks but couldn’t due to busy hospital schedule, but I guess it was the best day to get the job done by best team. Staples is always of great help since it is just in neighborhood

I was looking for a new office chair. I found this and I really like the design. The retail cost was $199 but they were able to price match it for $129. After getting home and assembling it, I ended up exchanging due to the creases you see in the photo. The manager and staff made the exchange experience pleasant and easy going. Overall I'm satisfied but not quite happy with the minorcraftsmanship and packing from the Renaro company. Thank you Staples!

Took a really long time to laminate my 1 item. The guy who did it did not know what he was doing what so ever and seemed very confused. I’m at very unsatisfied with the customer service here!

Customer service was horrible. I don’t know if it was because I look youngbut I needed Epson black matte premium paper. I went down the aisle and only saw white so I grabbed the package and asked an employee for help. He then asked his co-worker, to which she replied aisle 5 on the left- the same aisle I grabbed the package from. I did not find it helpful at all because they made no effort to help. Poor customer service.

Recently bought a laptop the manager was training, not a big deal. But someone needs to train her first. She erased everything twice and had to start all over. She doesn't exsplain products when she sells them to you. Like it's going to be a wait to get the laptop to have the anti virus ect installed . No big deal again. I ask about the rewards. She said yes you can use them anytime. I go home try to.access them a week.latee and there no where to be found. Spent 2 hrs with csr trying to find them. No luck got frustrated gave up . Tried again today and was told I can't use them til at least April 7 the. Which normally wouldn't of been a big deal. But to be given the run around just to make the sale is horrible.

I've always liked Staples for their customer service but my last visit, shopping for a laptop, was quite poor. The employee didn't know a lot about laptops but acted like a know-it-all. As soon as I left, I called Lenovo directly and they quickly cleared up the confusion caused by Staples.

Aubrey at the copy/print center is a machine.She handled our last minute planning board application print job in minutes when the other staples told us 4 hrs.She worked through a client of business and personal customers while our job was running.She needs more trained staff being the counter.BDM L3
