Love Sam's club! Great deals on diapers, wipes, and formula as well as food for the rest of the family. The snack shack there is good, too. We will stay with Sam's Club over BJ's Crapfood Store. š

Price was great but after that things went seriously downhill.10 days to get tires,3 weeks to get appointment for mounting. Told today to pickup at 3 and car never touched when I arrived at 3:10.Said they were behind but got a blank look when I suggested they should have called.

Buying from Sam's club online is awful. We bought a very heavy item and needed to ship it to a different address and it was impossible. It didn't take returns either. Once you place an order on Sam's club, there is no way to change the shipping address. We tried to reach customer service, but no help. Sam's club is using a Danish company for deliveries. I will never buy from Sam's club online again.

The store has a really great crew and management now, I was helped whenever I needed it and even though it was closing time soon everyone was friendly and helpful. The guy returning the carts was dressed in full subzero weather gear and took my cart for me right at my car.

Went here for dish washer detergent ended up spending $100 on other stuff I didn't need. Like this sparkling drink that is full of antioxidants.Not the stores fault... I have no self control. I love the scan and go feature in the app.

Rating one star solely for their curbside pickup. I used it at Walmart and honestly idk how a company completely messed up between two of their stores. Walmart is 10/10 great for curbside pickup. Sams club is -100000000000.Currently Iām sitting in a spot at 5:45pm when I was scheduled to pick up my order at 5-6. I do not have hope itāll be out on time. I made a curbside order both for Walmart and Samās at the same time and I got my Walmart one forty minutes ago while sams havenāt even picked my order yet.Iāve got the plus membership where this is supposed to be a perk but itās more like a torture tactic to make sure no one ever uses this service again. And guess what? It works because I wonāt be using it again. If I was one with a membership where I paid for this inconvenience of a service itād probably send me into a self loathing spiral of depression for how absolutely stupid I was to pay to be stuck waiting an extra hour. (itās now 5:47 and itās still not picked. Shocked)Please spare yourselves for this torture and donāt use their curbside pickup. Itāll just cause your depression to worsen and your anger issues to spikeEDIT: itās now 6:10 and iām still waiting for it to be ready.

We use Samās club pickup often! It is great not having to bring the kids in! Masks are required in store. The associates that bring out your order are very quick and friendly! Once your order is ready you will receive a text to let them know when you arrive. Then you just let them know what spot you are in and they load your vehicle!

Sams club associates blantly forgot to tell us that thier are different members ships .so myself and daughter came here today to grab some groceries and were told our memberships dont allow us to shop before 10a.m.mind you this is our first time shopping here and we unaware of this policy .š”wish there was a cosco near .horrible experience and had to wait an entire hour with the groceries ridiculous

Sam's club is great for bulk purchases! We typically buy all of our paper products from here as the capability to save a lot of money is there when things like paper plates, toilet paper and paper towels, as well as bottled water.Sam's club requires a membership in order to shop. You must frequent Sam's club quite a bit in order to get your money's worth out of the membership.

I show up 3 hours early for 4am appointment for water delivery from Hollis,ME and I become empty less than one hour, the receiving office is helpful, also thereās a Walmart near the store if you are not a member at this store , and I slept at the shoulder but I am not sure if thatās allowed or not!

Clean, well stocked, and the customer service team is outstanding. We have never had an issue in our 12 yr membership that couldn't be resolved completely and with professionalism and kindness. We closed our Sam's Mastercard more than a year ago. We got an offer at check out, $100 off the TV we wanted anyway and $50 off the food we purchased, plus a $50 gift card to use during the month of December AND double points plus 30 cents off gas at any gas station for one full year. š

Update.....8 29 23 After many calls to their serta Simmons customer service and Sam's customer service and even Sam's local store which did try to help...the serta people were no help. After a month and a half of no refund tgey told me I was gonna have ri wait another 30 days. I asked for a supervisor and was rold 24 to 48 hours. No one ever called me back. I finally went on fb and sent a message. . Got results! Friday I was given a 50.00 gift card for the inconvenience and today my refund was in my account! So fb is the way to go for customer service issues when you have problems with something you returned online and have an issue getting a refund. My advice always take it back in store. When the local bjs opens I will be changing membership used to have it in NC and will use it for gas discount as well. No more Sam's once bjs opens.Bought a bed online for my mom. We returned it once and had it picked up as it easily got a dent or digital. She's all of 120 lbs. They brought us a new one. Same thing happened. So we called serta and asked for our money back to get new bed. They picked bed up July 10th and we are still waiting for refund. I have spoke with several people at serta and Sam's customer service number but they keep assuring me refund will go thru. First it was ...you will get quickly...then 30 days...then an extra 8 days. Today is the 8th day and no money has been deposited. And money has been deposited. So I have sent email and waiting for reply as to why no refund has been sent ....over 600.00!

I have been a club business member for over 15 years and pay for the highest membership class. I am very aware of the struggle of staffing and running business today and I never really complain about things when they are bad, until now. My son went to the club to pick up some items for my business, he forgot to take the business card with him. That's on us.. when I spoke to the manager on duty to rectify the situation she absolutely refused to help. Kept saying that he was not listed on the account. This may be true, however it is a business card that has no name on it and is intended for any of my employees to shop for the business, or atleast that was the original design. Not only refused to help with this but offered no suggestions like the current free trial being offered at this time that could have atleast got the products I needed. She was very arrogant in the way she spoke and was almost laughing as she refused to help. I am certainly not a person who expects alot from others, but this was ridiculous. I spend between 15 and 20 thousand a year at Sam's club but that is all over, I have priced and ordered products that I would normally buy here through other suppliers and will be canceling my membership here. Big business wont care about that but I hope everyone that reads this does. My theory, if management treats customers this way, what can you expect from the staff working under the management.

It was great until I had a question about scan and go. I try to get help from someone in a green vest walking right by me, close enough to hear me. She just stuck up her nose and fluttered her eyelashes. Purposely ignoring me. That made me feel great. Wish I got her name but I was so astonished by her lack of customer service....even though that's her job. I don't understand.

I thought because my family had grown and left my home the need to shop Sam's Club was over. I have since reintroduced myself to Sam's Club through a promotion, and I am happy I did so. The variety and the quality of merchandise is better than I remember. I was able to find an "assistant" when I needed directions and check out was quick and friendly. Being a service worker myself it's important to me how I'm treated as a customer. Very good experience. š

My family have been coming here for years, no trouble. Just today my mom asked one of those people who give free samples if she could get a piece of paper towel. The kid said he didnāt have any, came back and he had a huge role. My mom asked if she could have a piece and he said no. After my mom left, he proceeds to rip a piece off and throw it into the trash. He had this massive smug grin when my mom took a picture of his name tag. Truly appalling.

My first experience shopping was horrible & uncomfortable. When I was looking around to get familiar with the place, I was getting starred at as if I was a target of some sort. I got a few items & I asked if there was any milk left and was told that was all they had (it was empty), okay no biggie it happens. I go to self check out and thats where I was a woman who didn't look like she worked there (no work vest or anything, just normal clothes) cause all she was a lanyard which she was covering her name. She asked if I found everything okay, at that point I had just put my card in the reader to pay when she interrupted. I turned to her to say that milk was what I didn't find that I needed but she at the same moment yelled at me and pointed "You NEED to put the pin in!" I tried to tell her I didn't know my pin and I was going to run it credit (I moved and my bank is in a different state) and she kept yelling at me the same thing over and over. I yelled back (don't disrespect me or you'll get the same back your giving) that I didn't know it. She was rude and said it's a security thing they do now for people who steal. Like bi$#& what!?!?! I'm trying to pay!!!

This is our first experience having a membership at Sams club. I do not think it is necessary to get the premium membership unless you shop there often and need things like tires , glasses, etc. The deli and bakery is yummy. Products ftom Member's mark are great!

Why do they wait until 10 am to open on a Weekday? Who the heck want to wait around until then hen to get shopping? Waist of a member ship.Selection is limited at best. Rarely does anyone say hi that work here they seem miserable.. the ready-made area is a hot mess, serving people, raw undercooked, pretzels and again employees like extremely miserable with working conditions and environment, with absolutely zero joy in their lives being expressed.Just about zero chance I would renew my membership let alone upgrade it for such crummy service. Horrible customer service when it is actually available. Store hours are completely out of touch with reality..

An associate named Bonnie needs to be investigated for her behavior towards other associates and members.I visited last week here in the morning/afternoon on 6/3 and while waiting to be checked out to exit the store. I witnessed Bonnie yelling at an associate and a member stepped in to intervene (they were there for an order or something) and Bonnie told the member to "stay out of it" which promptly made that member leave the store. The associate ended up leaving the work area too. It look like there was 2 other associates who ignored what was going on and kept doing thier job.Ever since my last visit, I don't feel remotely comfortable going into Sam's Club. I will order online until BJs comes in town. This behavior should be frowned upon especially when it is hard enough for any place to have enough workers to serve us customers, who also wants to be treated right.
