I went to return a box of kitchen tile that I purchased in April 2023 they told me that as of March 23 no returns after 90 days. Even with my business card that I was using to purchase flooring items. I got screwed by the assistant manager and the manager, so I politely cut up my business credit and threw it on the counter and said keep ur card I will never be back to Lowes aka Lowest place again. Not only did they screw me today but they never notified me being that I was a business customer with a business c/c. They suck for not notifying there customer.

Just purchased a GE washer and dryer combo. It was delivered today and it was the most miserable rainy day. Thank goodness it was David and Elvis from Syracuse delivering. It was a bit convoluted getting them into the house but they made it look simple. They knew exactly what they were doing. Very professional and friendly. They tested the machines and were out of here. I couldn't have gotten a better installation from anyone. Real professionals. Thank you David and Elves.

Refrigerator and range delivered by independent from warehouse out of town. Does not do hookup or switch door hinges. Doors do not close without pushing them and neither seal causing ice build up in freezer. Have purchased ice maker that now needs to be installed

My husband and I are very grateful for "Mark's" help in finding nuts/bolts among the "millions" that are there. He even discovered a package of what we needed which was hung in the wrong place, thus hidden! Thanks again, Mark!!

Just bought a washing machine and the salesman Franklin was great, but the company's ordering computer system was HORRIBLE, saying that there were 100 units in stock, went to order and system then said zero in stock, Franklin did a wider search finding -2 available?!? So next day he called and said computer now says 100 units in stock and we don't have to wait 1-2 more months for Syracuse Warehouse to restock and we got our model delivered and installed 2 days later - yesterday. What a mental rollercoaster Lowes put us through. Needing to buy a refrigerator soon but doubt we will be looking at Lowe's. If it wasn't for Franklin I would have rated Lowe's a 1. He is a really great asset to Lowe's but the IT department needs to get the software fixed ASAP!

If you are ever one to consider ordering a lawnmower (or dare I say anything you can not pick up directly), I would avoid this Lowe’s and potentially any Lowe’s at all cost!!!! I ordered a zero turn lawnmower online to which the system said I would receive via delivery in 2 days. This was amazing as I really needed a new mower after my previous one stopped running. However, I receive a call a couple days after my order where I am notified that my mower can not be delivered when they stated because they mower needed to be assembled. We then agree on a different date. This has to work because it was agreed upon right? WRONG!!!! I receive an email saying the mower will be delivered 3 days after the “new” date. I call to see if I am able to just pick the mower up and assemble it myself. They say of course, please go to the customer service and they will bring it out. I get up to their store, they cancel my order because they have to renew it with a pick up order. They could not figure out how to order it, so they call out the manager of lawn and garden to “fix” it. He makes the order and charges my card. He tells me to go out back so they can load the mower on my trailer. After about 30 minutes, I am then notified that the mower I have been told is at the store and waiting to be assembled and ultimately I can come and get; there is no mower!!! I ended being at this store for over a hour for a mower they “had” just to be told they have no mower to provide to me after buying it. To say I was irritated is the biggest understatement in the world.What to do now? Head to Home Depot! I walked in spoke with the worker in lawn and garden, they tell me the mower is in stock and help check me out! I ended up driving from Lowe’s over to Home Depot, buy the lawnmower, they bring it out to me (fully assembled), load it on my trailer all in less than 20 minutes!!!Morale of this review, when you consider buying something from Lowe’s, go to Home Depot!

The lumber department is a joke, nothing on the shelves but bent and twisted pieces, no employees anywhere near the lumber department. The only employees in the store were standing around chatting with each other. If you need any usable pieces of lumber, avoid the vestal New York store.

Owen, Paint Department Associate is the Best PERIOD! He always greets me with a smile and he is happy to help! I live about 15 miles away and I go to Lowe's in Binghamton sometimes twice a day. In short, I cannot say enough about how great Owen is in providing customer service.01/31/2024 My wife Megan and I went to Lowe's in Vestal, NY to pickup various LED bulbs for our home. Mark, Electrical Associate was absolutely amazing, very personable, engaging and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made for an Outstanding customer service experience! Kudos to Mark and his stellar customer service skill set!

Didn't know where to start looking fir what I needed, asked for help and the gentleman I asked nicely put his work on hold and walked to where I needed to be. Usually most people will point and give u an aisle to go to which usually is wrong and ur off to find another employee and ask again

The lady who ordered my washer/dryer on black Friday messed up my address and and phone number and created a nightmare headache for me. So unprofessional and the delivery team will make the decision if they want to deliver it on Sunday or reimburse me so I lose my deal if they chose no. How sickening to make me wait 4 days to find out even if I can get it delivered or if I have to spend more time to be refunded

Used to love this store. Over the past 10 years has gone down hill a lot. Every time I need a small part it's out of stock. Ordered 2 doors recently and had them delivered. Both doors were damaged and bowed. One of the doors looked like it was a damaged return they sent me. Had some questions about a recent appliance purchase and was left on hold for 35 minutes, finally just hung up. Not the this specific stores fault but the lowes website is also the worst. Every other major appliance retailer will let you add instalation online as part of the purchase, but lowes makes you set it up seperatly with the store.

We love Lowe's, always have. There is everything that you need. Today we picked up a freezer, bought an air-conditioning unit, and some other needed & wanted items. I also had three keys made in minutes for under $10. The store is very busy, most of the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowable. But, unfortunately we waited over 45 minutes for our freezer to be brought up front to us. My husband stood in the store and I sat in our hot truck out front of the store.

Lowe's is my candy store! I can spend hours wandering the aisles finding stuff I never intended to buy.I have never had a problem with receiving a Veterans discount.

Non existent customer service. I made a large purchase, which was due to arrive at my house today. I called the store 48 hours before, to make sure installation was included, after recieving an email suggesting I pay for installation. I was told it was being installed as a part of the package I already purchased. I then was assured I'd be called soon by the delivery people to confirm a window. A day before, my order was still "processing". I called the store again and was promised that was normal and the call from them would be the morning of the 9th. When my order was still listed as pending on the delivery page, I called the store directly at 10am to inquire about the delivery. At 6pm I called again. The order was now listed as, "running a little late", but still on track to arrive. I called another time and asked to speak to the manager. I was then informed that the order was never coming. I was slightly over their delivery distance threshold. The store told me that they will see to it that my order was canceled. This was the first I was told that I was not going to receive my order. I then called customer service. After a very long week, Now I have $3500 tied up. After researching, I discovered that I was well within the delivery threshold, which made this worse. They did have my correct address, so they made up a lie about the distance.Lowes doesn't care about wasting your day, displayed lack of empathy, and holds onto your money for supplies that were never delivered. Do better Lowe's.

I ordered a washer a couple of days ago, that came first thing this morning.The third party shipper told me that they had no charged battery to use their wrench to take out the shipping bolts. I was their second delivery for the day. Then they had no hand cart to move the washer to my utility room. Fortunately, I had a heavy duty cart to let them use. They obviously did not set up the machine as I now had to remove the shipping bolts.After they left my driveway, they left a large water bottle full of urine in my driveway.I called the manager of the Vestal Lowe's and complained. He forwarded my complaint to the shipper in Syracuse. They called me to apologize and said that this has happened before with their delivery people, and these guys will be reprimanded and docked pay.This is not Lowe's fault. I think that the shipper should of refunded the fee I paid for the take away and for their employees leaving a biohazzard in my driveway. I do belive that this is a punishable offense by law.

'House' and 'Rich' were great help this afternoon. Everything we needed was on the top of a rack and they didn't hesitate. Two isles closed and seven items. Plus...they helped us open them to ensure the condition of the products. Nice job guys.

I WAS LOOKING FOR A COUPLE OF PIECES OF WOOD FOR A SHELF I HAVE FOR DRY FOOD STORAGE WITH NO LUCK WITH THE PROPER SIZE WOOD I DID FIND A PLASTIC ENCLOSED SHELF THAT YOU PUT TOGETHER, IT ASSEMBLED EASY AND IS DURABLE

WHAT IS GOING ON?> I cannot believe this. Job 798030079. Carpet was in stock, but you put it as custom order. This is an apartment that has been rented. I used Lowes because it was supposed to be fast. What a mistake. They have no idea. Now I have been on hold for 20 minutes and counting. I defy you to get in touch with the store in Vestal, NY. I recommend you use your usual carpet compony

Good place for all home improvements. Took a look for new counter tops. Great place to kill time while you wait for your car to be towed after it broke down. I will be back to purchase some new countertops after closing on my new home!

This store used to be the go to for supplies. If I hadn't bought their brand humidifier, I wouldn't go back. Don't worry lowes, I created my own ladder to get down an item! Nobody offers help unless you are an older person.. and the website is never correct with the items location.
