Great little cookie shop downtown. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by super friendly staff. I got the macadamia nut and white chocolate cookie sandwich with cookie dough ice cream, and my wife got a chocolate chip cookie ala mode with cookie dough ice cream. Both were great, it also just happened that as we walked in they had literally just pulled out the fresh cookies straight out of the oven.

Ummmm not sure where to begin really. I ordered cookies for my wife... two cookies, and a thing of milk.... 11.47 cents.The cookies were gross. Not warm when delivered, so greasy they were inedible (you can even see the grease on the bottom of the box in the photo) and for the price... I thought they would be larger than an average cookie.As for the milk.... I can’t tell you because they forgot it. They said they would return the cost of the milk, which they haven’t. But it’s not worth the hassle for the 3 dollars.It also took an hour to get the cookies.... an HOUR!! We were staying at an air bnb that was a 15 minute walk from the place!I will never be back.... avoid this place.

OMG!!! These people are desert & marketing geniuses!!!Open till 3am & they deliver!We got the large cookie icecream sandwich w/ a Chocolate S'mores top, Chocolate Chunk & Peanutbutter bottom w/ Cookies n' Cream icecream... Yup, approximately 1,400 calories but we walked here so no worries (lol).5 Stars doesn't do it justice... This place frekin rocks!To top things off... Inconsistent quality. Half the time cookies are overdone or not warm. Other half delicious. Not sure why such quality issues. Over priced as well in my opinion.

Cookies here are really good! Warm delicious treats but they come at a price. Since the price per cookie is two or three times more than elsewhere, the service should be parallel, unfortunately it has degraded a bit. I’m writing not to put this place down, but for them to catch their mistakes and get better. During the pandemic no food business could afford to provide poor hygiene like they did before. There was a lot of hair around the displays and a nice long one in my cookie sandwich. Please pay closer attention cleaning and even closer attention handing over cookies to a customer who paid $17 for a few of them.

Never will use them again, they came to deliver. “Couldn’t contact me via phone” even though I checked contactless delivery. Went back to the store, didn’t tell me. I call after seeing no updates..and they just thought it was ok to keep my money and not delivery anything. I had my full address and email and could have reached out. I called the store and after making up excuses that were not acceptable the employee hung up on me because they “can’t deal with me right now”

I tried placing an online order for cookies in town, first their website said our address did not exist even though we are right down the road. They also put our order in for pick up when we specified delivery because it was for my employees during a shift. They did NOT communicate the swap and wouldn’t even give me a discount after I sent somebody on company time to pick it up. By the time this fiasco was resolved the cookies were cold, and my NIGHT was RUINED!If you find yourself desiring a late-night cookie, take your business elsewhere.

You can't beat hot, fresh cookies at 1am; price per cookie is a little high, but it's SO worth it! If you're looking for instant gratification, I would recommend ordering inside instead of delivery. They have hot cookies waiting for you when you walk in the door, but you're gonna wait a minute for them if you order delivery

Ordered 6 cookies online at 5:43 for a 6 pm pick up, which was their time frame posted not mine. Walked in at 6:10, I was told it would be 10ish more minutes before my cookies were ready.... whats the point of doing online ordering if you're not going to start the order until the pick up time?

Late night (or anytime) must if you have a sweet tooth!! Their cookies are delicious, warm, and delicious (yeah, twice...). Insomnia even delivers until 3 am, which I haven't tried yet, but definitely will. The ice cream cookie sandwiches are to die for! The pricing is very reasonable and there's even a rewards program. A+!

Insomnia cookies is the best place to get late night cookies. The lines can be a little long, but it’s worth it. I got the white chocolate macadamia cookies and they were fresh and good. In the right container, the cookies keep there freshness for a long time.

It was that time of the month. I was all out of cookies...and she was hungry. A quick Google search showed cookies and brownies both were on her don't come home list with out list. I had a life choice to make. Try this place out or sleep in the dog house. I love her and want her to know this so Insomnia cookies was on the way. It was a quick fix to my problem. I stopped there and they were a life saver. My life to be exact. I want to reach out and thank you guys for having yummy cookies hot and ready.

Used to deliver to more than JUST STUDENTS. many of the students in this area are rude and arrogant so I don't understand why theyr the only ones who deserve delivery from this service. These guys used to deliver to me in Johnson city . Guess we know what customers they really care about. Cookies aren't any better than what you'd make from a box you get from the store. They just add stuff like m and m and peanut butter cups and call them special. Pretty standard stuff.

This place needs to train its employees ordered the "monster sundae" and the girl told us she never made one before and then come to find out we never got toppings that we paid for. $7 for a tiny amount of ice cream and was nothing special. Probably won't be returning.

Any place that delivers freshly made, warm cookies till 3am deserves 5 stars! Ha ha! Angela is the manager here and was very helpful. I was temporarily displaced due to hurricane Irma and was staying in a hotel right off of Orange Ave and Colonial. The sweet smell of freshly baked cookies is what initially lured me in. They have the two greatest combinations! Ice cream and cookies! Not only do they deliver locally, you can order online and have the cookies of your choice delivered to whom ever! The cookies are delicious and the ice cream compliments the cookies well! I will be returning and ordering online!

The quality kinda went downhill. I order cookies every Friday night and lately they don't have the cookies I ordered and they are cold and hard by the time they show up. The whole website changed and it hardly ever works correctly. I tried signing up for the cookie membership account again but your website keeps telling me my email is invalid yet I've got emails from your company there before. I had a bunch of points on my account before you changed the website that are now gone or not accessible because my email address is all of a sudden invalid.

Cookies are pretty good but the special ones aren't worth the price. I have had bad luck with the delivery but I dont live close to campus. Good if you need a late night easy fix but if your not close you might end up waiting a while.

Great cookies, always warm and melt in your mouth (and hands). I recommend any of the ice cream sandwiches as it combines the best of both worlds. My only complaint here is the severe lack of seating. I think it's a high top table and 3 other bar stool areas. Not ideal for the traffic they have and you look like a dork walking down the street with a cookie and milk in your hand lol.

Great brownies and cookies but the guy that made my brownie a la mode was too focused on interacting with people and making jokes than getting my order correct. I got a cold brownie with a scoop of ice cream on top. And waited way too long for the brownie. The other times i was there everything was perfect.
