Heather and Heidi are absolutely wonderful! They have groomed my Yorkie for 15 years, and now also cut my cats nails and my angry chihuahua's nails. Heather knows how to handle him and works on him quickly enough it's a tolerable experience. Not many groomers would deal with his attitude...I cannot speak high enough of these girls

Been taking my dog Cooper to them since he was a puppy. Always well cared for and he comes back happy with a nice cut and smells clean. Very happy with the service I receive there. Can't put a price on great service for our furry family members

I used to love Heidi and Heather when they worked at PetSmart, they always groomed my shih tzu Cheeky perfectly, so I thought when they started their own business, I could take her there, nothing doing, they don't answer me or give me the time of day. Now Cheeky has passed on and I have an 8 month shih tzu male that is a skittish about grooming and wish they could help or give advice, but I won't ever bother asking them anything ever again. Would give them 5 stars for their grooming ability only, but would give no stars for the way they treated an old customer, wish it could be different.
