My 5 year old Dyson was not working properly and I was becoming very disenchanted with the brand, considering what I originally paid. Decided to take it here after it severely bogged down. I accidentally showed up a few minutes after closing time and they still let me in. Turn around time was fast. My vacuum is working like new again. Very happy. Thank you!

Perfectly nice people but they sincerely do not get customer service. Bought four different vacuums from them over the span of 18 months and one of them did not work properly and returned it several times to get repaired. Recently when I brought it back the gentleman told me it was my fault for buying it because he tried to talk me out of it. He’s a very nice guy but does not really go the extra mile to retain customers.

I think the prices are a bit high. I know a lot of these places say they have to sell vacuums for a set price based off the manufacturer. But that's not completely true... It's cozy inside and I like coming here. It's one of the few local vacuum stores, and I highly recommend coming here or A to Z (same owners) over aerus Electrolux in Bing. I have a few different brands of vacuums, one being an aerus, I went to that location and they didn't supply filters or bags at the store.. they had to order them. That's BULL. So buy from here and get your bags belts and filters here as well. I can't almost guarantee they have supplies for most brands on site.

took in my vacuum for a free yearly check up. It was in need of lots of work, Vestal Store replaced almost everything & most was covered by warranty so my cost was peanuts & the machine is like new. GREAT JOB!

Didnt care for them!! $60.00 is their base price to start. And they dont call you to tell you the problem before they fix it so you dont know the bill til you get there
