Great experience! Got my dogs groomed for the first time . I was super nervous about it. They put my mind at ease. Super friendly staff. Great work. The boys did good. 10/10. Will definitely be coming back.

Do NOT bring your pet here!!! When I picked up my dog, he was still wet. At first glance I thought that the uneven hair cut was because of the water, but after we got home and he dried off we noticed he was uneven everywhere. They had shaved certain areas unnecessarily and left other areas uncut. I also requested his nails to be done and we saw that some were not properly done. We even had to brush him out when we got home because his hair was tangling due to the water or whatever else they left on him. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. DO NOT COME HERE! Not worth the money at all.

I just wanted to give you an amazing review. I saw the other review complaining about not being able to get in touch with you. That is so sad to see. People just do not understand. There are not enough hours in the day. You groom everyone’s fur kids and handle the rest of the business. Do not listen to the negative responses. We support you!!! Especially our fur kids.

Sure would be nice to get a call back for my dog for a nail clipping. I've called at least 5 times and nothing. I've driven by going other places and seems open. Want to visit small businesses in our area to support but ..have to move on. The 5 stars were from a previous visit....kinda sad actually...

We asked for a small trim and they shaved our puppy in this freezing weather and took a chunk off the top of his head and didn’t even mention that they made the mistake. We specifically asked to not trim or do anything to his tails and they cut his tail hair. We are very disappointed. And the cut is not very good with a lot of uneven spots and around his mouth and ears were not cut. Will not be going back.

This salon is so very friendly. My dogs dont like most salons cause they just want to get it done fast but this salon takes their time and becomes friends with your dog and you. I highly recommend this salon!
