Bought our 780 Series SPA during covid. First, this was a bad time to order because of limited stock, color selection and especially their price (50% markup). The 800 lb. spa had to be delivered around back of the house so they parked on the side lot and tipped the trailer so the spa would drop onto its side and onto a clear piece of plastic which had one rope to drag it to its final spot. It had just rained the night before which made it impossible to drag the spa on the ground. The plastic piece had only one rope instead of two since the last people using it broke it off, thus making it difficult to "drag" with one person. Only two guys came to install it, even though I paid for three. LOL Never got reimbursed for this! They could not move it on the wet grass, so they put the spa back on to the trailer and drove on the wet grass to the back of the house to be dropped off again. Being that the ground was soft, we had lovely ruts which I had to fix later. With my help we proceeded to push this spa up three steps onto a concrete patio. I say it took two hours or more to complete this task.But that is just the beginning. LOL. I winterized it in the Fall 2022 and reopened it in the spring ~May 2023. When I opened the service access panel to reinstall the pump plugs etc, is when I noticed about an 1.5" of water in the bottom of the plastic tray the spa is built on. I could not determine the source of where water was coming from, since I had the entire spa covered with a tarp. I was not sure if the water was sitting there prior to the last season or not. You can only see the water in the corners (see pictures) and I noted that the (2x3") wooded frame supports is sitting in water, and something had to done soon before the wood rots. This is one of the biggest complaints I read about in customer reviews and now I see why. Anyway, since the Spa was under warranty I called 21st Century for service. The service man proceeded to take the spa lid and all four side-panels off. I noted he used one power philips screw driver through the entire process. He used the wrong bit to take the spa panel screws off and this by itself destroyed a half dozen or so screws. Basically he was lazy and did not want to go back to the service van to get the right size bit. He said it was cheap Chinese hardware was the problem. LOL Then, after poking 50 holes into the spa insulation (see pictures w/ black tape), he could not determine where the water was coming from. And get this, just before he put it all together, he said he did not see any water and implied it was all in my imagination. (See pictures showing water in corners of spa) Just before he left he said I have to pay him $120 for service call! LOL So now the issue was dropped in my lap to fix. Over the next few weeks I used my wet-vac to remove the water out of the two corners at the main access panel. I ran the spa and the pumps to see if the pumps or piping was leaking. Nothing! The only thing I could figure is rain water was leaking between the side panels and into the spa basin. So I still have the same problem . I called 21st Century Spa Service Manager, and basically he could not help me and gave me the direct phone number to the manufacturer. I tried calling the manufacturer several times and nothing. I could never get thru! I should of figured. So I rented some tools so I can lift one side of the spa and I drilled several 1/4" drain holes into the basin-corner (see pictures) on the side that was pitched towards to the lawn. As soon as the spa was put down on the patio, water came out of all the holes I drilled. (See pictures attached.) So for now the problem was resolved, but never found out how the water got into it in there in the first place? It is my conclusion that 21st Century just wants your money and customer care just don't exist. Not once did they try to follow up with me to see if I resolved my water problem. My advise, think twice before you buy from these people.

Had a catastrophic event after finally putting a deck on our pool, it was late in last season (2023) and we decided to wait until the spring (budget purposes). We were their first job this season and they did a FANTASTIC job! Mike and Carson worked all day to restore our pool to better than new. It was a weight off our shoulders and looking forward to using it lots this year! Eric was wonderful as well! Honored our quote from September. I always go to 21 Century for my pools needs this is all the more reason to continue! Thanks so very much!

I had an excellent experience with 21st Century from start to finish. Mark took his time to explain the features and benefits of the hot tubs that were in stock, and was very patient and thorough as he answered all of my questions. Ultimately I chose 21st Century due to his industry knowledge. The delivery team consisting of Dan, Rob, and Eric were wonderful and made sure to thoroughly inspect the hot tub after getting it in place and ensure I didn’t have any further questions. All around I had a very positive experience and cannot wait to start enjoying my new hot tub.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just go somewhere else, don’t even bother with them. Terrible customer service once the sale is made, way overpriced, zero communication, pool installed incorrectly, installers left cigarette butts all over the yard and they do not stand behind any of their work. They also delete any negative comments or reviews from their Facebook page and block you.

Had liner replacement completed. It did take a bit of time as it was the beginning of the season. However, we were given a realistic estimate on time frame. Eric was helpful and professional. Not a pushy salesman. Rich and Nate did an awesome job with the installation of the liner.

We were lucky that they had just received a delivery of hot tubs and we were able to purchase ours the same day. Worked with them to get my pool closed this year. Also plan to work with them next year for a total pump and filter replacement. So far they have been responsive and professional. The guys they sent out to close the pool actually ring the door bell and talk to me before going out to work on the pool.So far it is a much better experience than I've had with another shop in town. They do a great job they help me with testing my water and I buy all my chemicals from them. I googled and searched around their prices are about 10% cheaper than I could find online. The staff is always friendly the girls always meet you with a smile at the front desk. They have plenty of patients to help me get my water in the pool to the right levels. Everybody is very knowledgeable and very professional. They actually have a discount program that you purchase and you receive discounts all year long. Highly recommend them.They also have a separate company that can help you level concrete. It’s pretty amazing it’s called poly level definitely check it out if you have any concrete that has sunken like sidewalks, driveways patios, etc.
