I love this pet store, the owners and staff are so incredibly nice, and even better they truly care for the little critters in their care. I purchased 2 Whites Tree Frogs from them a while back and they have been the healthiest and happiest little dudes I've gotten from a pet store. I highly recommend this shop!

A large variety of Beautiful exotic animals! The feeder insects are always in stock. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. Best place in the area for reptile and small pets.

I love this place it has a wide variety of reptiles and other animals too I would highly recommend checking the place out to buy a reptile. Or their bunnys, ferrets, and other stuff to. The lady who owns the place is very nice and welcoming she has a parrot that she lets run loose while your there which is cool. They have an Adult iguana named Lucy that sleeps all day 😅

Shelley is a great person with great animals! Whatever you need she has it! This was the first pet shop that I was amazed at! I didn't want to leave lol. We are now friends and I'm the lucky one! Shelly is phenomenal! I lost my car due to a horrific accident and then 3 weeks later my house burnt down and she had no hesitation to take my lizard's in and care for them until we are back on our feet. She's always been there to help us and cares for her animals so well. I'm so touched and grateful for her. I highly recommend her shop. Thank you so much!!! You have such a huge heart and you are one of the only people that I trust to properly care for my babies. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am. I owe you so much!

Love this place!! My bearded dragon Maximus is the best. He was people friendly and ready to be my pet. You can tell a lot of time was spent with him. They have a great variety of exotic pets and anything you would need to care for them and feed them. Their reptile club days are awesome the children have so much fun! They do crafts and learn about all the animals. They even do great classroom and home events. Shelley is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very cozy little place. If they do t have what you want then Shelly can probably find it for you. Got 2 marbled newts here Came from the breeder the next day. They care about their animals and their humans here.

Really great place for pets. Gave great advice for my pets. Helped amazingly with my snake and gecko that wasn't eating, she saved their lives. Highly recommended. Even pet sits.

I had never gone here before today and was very surprised. I’m usually very wary of family/person owned pet stores as ones I’ve gone to the owners/workers are very rude and the animals are kept in horrible conditions. I walked in and immediately was surprised the reptiles were kept in amazing condition and the owner was great! I loved looking around at all the amazing animals and stuff they had. I definitely recommend petzotics and will be coming here again!

Best place to go is def Petzotics 100% it’s owned by one awesome woman who takes very good care of her animals and the store very well. I actually got my ghost boa Bobby from her he was only 3 months old when I got him, now going on about 6. He’s doing great I’m very happy with her service of providing a reptile/mammal shop for everyone to go to and get the experience of seeing these amazing animals and bringing one home to love and enjoy the feeling of owning a reptile and getting to see how they live their daily lives and getting to raise them and care for them.

Just went down today to get my yellow uromastyx. Really nice employee and great selection of reptiles. My uro was very healthy and actually ate when I got him home. Would recommend to anyone who would like a reptile.

Place very clean and the person that was working at the was very helpful. She also told my family and i about some of the reptiles and you can hold them. I like the place but would be better if closer to syracuse.

Absolutely awesome shop! So any exciting creatures to look at, you can tell they are loved and cared for dearly. Great selection . Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It was an absolute blast for the kids !!

I called trying to get a sugar glider and was told they’d have it on Tuesday it didn’t come so she said thebreeder said Friday each time I had a ride arranged and my work schedule to fit picking him up.today I was told she’d call the breeder to find out and call me back cuz I wasl leaving to get him at 330 she never called anytime and I tried calling and was hung up on.I believe this is a scam and to the store owner someone did hang up on me I didn’t imagine a phone being picked up and being hung up nobody ever called me back so that’s really untrue I would have waited to hear something instead of arranging rides
